本发明公开了一种皮革亮洁剂,由以下重量份的原料组成:去离子水50‑60份、对硝基酚2‑4份、2‑甲基‑4‑异噻唑啉‑3‑酮15‑20份、柠檬酸钠6‑9份、棕榈蜡13‑27份、胶态二氧化硅12‑14份、丙三醇18‑20份、茶碱12‑19份、草酸钾2‑6份、软单体3‑11份、交联剂3‑5份、硝基甲烷4‑6份、偶联剂3‑5份、泊洛沙姆2‑4份、聚氧乙烯4‑13份、高氯酸铵4‑7份。本发明的皮革亮洁剂无臭味,无毒害,微具清香气息,与皮肤接触不刺激,对皮革无腐蚀,用量小,对环境影响较小,具有一定的抑菌杀菌效果。

一种皮革亮洁剂
技术领域
本发明涉及一种皮革亮洁剂。
背景技术
皮革是经脱毛和鞣制等物理、化学加工所得到的已经变性不易腐烂的动物皮。革是由天然蛋白质纤维在三维空间紧密编织构成的,其表面有一种特殊的粒面层,具有自然的粒纹和光泽,手感舒适。皮革制品对于使用者来说还具有特殊的心理价值,即炫耀性和自慰性,这就和戴着铜制的戒指和黄金打造的戒指心里感受是一样的。随着生活质量的提高,人们对皮革的需求量只会越来越大,而不可能走向衰落,因此说皮革工业是“日不落产业”一点也不为过。但是皮革之所以柔软,其根本原因就在于制革时,将油脂引入动物皮的内部,形成全面覆盖皮内纤维表面的油膜,即在皮内纤维表面之间用一层适宜厚度的油膜隔开,这样,皮革内部纤维之间移动的摩擦力就相当于油分子的摩擦力,因而皮革就会很柔软。其原理与海绵差不多,不同的是真皮内部表面纤维之间用油膜分隔,使真皮内部之间具有可滑动的孔隙,但它的孔隙比海绵要小,而且真皮内部表面纤维的分布也没有海绵那么有规律。但是,由于引入皮革内部的油脂在自然状态下,会随着时间的久远而慢慢挥发走失,或由于其它原因使油膜遭到破坏,如遇水发生水解或高温环境下,油膜被破坏,油脂挥发走失,因而皮革内部纤维之间就会相互粘结在一起,从而使真皮变硬、变脆。因此皮革内油膜被破坏或油脂走失时,应重新给皮革内部纤维之间的表面,注入形成油膜的优质油脂。
皮革亮洁剂又名皮革清洁剂,主要是用于清洁皮衣、皮沙发、皮包、皮椅、皮鞋等真皮制品的产品,一般是指对真皮制品表面的清洁,不含里面的清洁。目前,市售的皮革清洁护理产品普遍存在功能单一的缺陷。清洗剂多为水基,只具有去污功能,容易造成皮革的板结,加入油性护理成分,常会造成配方不稳定,保质期短;护理剂含有较多的油脂与蜡,为溶解这些成分常需要加热,并在反应釜内乳化,制备工艺复杂。市场上缺少清洗和护理兼顾的产品。因此如何克服现有技术的不足是本领域亟需解决的问题。
发明内容
为了实现上述目的,本发明提供了一种皮革亮洁剂。
本发明的目的是通过以下技术方案实现的:
一种皮革亮洁剂,它是由如下重量份的原料组成:去离子水50-60份、对硝基酚2-4份、2-甲基-4-异噻唑啉-3-酮15-20份、柠檬酸钠6-9份、棕榈蜡13-27份、胶态二氧化硅12-14份、丙三醇18-20份、茶碱12-19份、草酸钾2-6份、软单体3-11份、交联剂3-5份、硝基甲烷4-6份、偶联剂3-5份、泊洛沙姆2-4份、聚氧乙烯4-13份、高氯酸铵4-7份。
所述交联剂为二羟甲基二羟基乙撑脲、三聚氰胺甲醛树脂或二羟甲基乙烯脲。
所述偶联剂为硅烷偶联剂KH560、KH570、DL602中的一种或多种混合物。
所述软单体为丙烯酸十八酯、丙烯酸十六酯中的一种或多种。
有益效果:本发明的皮革亮洁剂无臭味,无毒害,微具清香气息,与皮肤接触不刺激,对皮革无腐蚀,用量小,对环境影响较小,具有一定的抑菌杀菌效果。

所述交联剂为二羟甲基二羟基乙撑脲、三聚氰胺甲醛树脂或二羟甲基乙烯脲。
所述偶联剂为硅烷偶联剂KH560、KH570、DL602中的一种或多种混合物。
所述软单体为丙烯酸十八酯、丙烯酸十六酯中的一种或多种。
其使用方法为:将皮革亮洁剂加水稀释配制成水溶液,然后采用喷涂的工艺将水溶液喷涂在皮革的表面,最后烘干或阴干即可。
