本发明公开了一种高效粘蝇胶粘剂,包括引诱剂和粘剂,所述引诱剂包括如下重量份数的原料:1~3份蔗糖、1~3份果糖、1~2份蜂蜜、2~4份蛋清和啤酒液混合物、1~2份鱼虾液;所述粘剂包括如下重量份数的原料:20~40份松香、10~20份矿物油、20~30份乙烯—醋酸乙烯共聚乳液、15~20份氯磺化聚乙烯、15~20份环烷基橡胶油。本发明的高效粘蝇胶粘剂安全无毒、绿色环保、粘度大、无异味,放在饭店、宾馆、厕所内使用不会产生难闻的异味,用后废弃物不会污染环境。本发明的高效粘蝇胶粘剂具备主动引诱苍蝇的功能,做到化被动为主动,大大提高了杀蝇效果。

技术领域
本发明涉及病虫害防治卫生领域,尤其涉及一种高效粘蝇胶粘剂。
背景技术
苍蝇属于典型的“完全变态昆虫”。70 年代末统计,全世界有双翅目的昆虫 132个科 12 万余种,其中蝇类就有 64 科 3 万 4 千8百余种。主要蝇种是家蝇、市蝇、肉蝇、麻蝇等。苍蝇属双翅目,体型小型到中型,触角短于头部和胸部的总长,仅 3 节,末节末端有节鞭或末节背面有一根羽状刚毛,称触角芒。复眼2 只,单眼3 只。口器为舔吸式。前翅膜质,用来飞翔。后翅退化为平衡棒,隐于前翅基部的翅瓣下。苍蝇以前翅发达,后翅退化成平衡棍的主要特征,区别于其他昆虫。头部有一对圆圆的复眼,两眼之间距离的远近是识别雌雄蝇的标志。两眼距离较远的是雌蝇,两眼距离较近的是雄蝇。头部前面有一对短小的触角,是苍蝇灵敏的嗅觉器。
众所周知,苍蝇污染一直是限制餐饮业和食品加工业发展的技术难题,很早以前,国内外研究者关于绿色环保灭蝇工具就进行了大量研究,现在市场上也推出了各种粘蝇纸,虽然其能在一定程度上粘附和杀灭苍蝇,但仍然存在许多关键技术尚未解决,如部分原料有毒且具有异味,不符合人体健康的要求,产品缺少引诱剂,未能从根本上杀灭蚊蝇。
发明内容
本发明的目的是解决现有技术的不足,提供一种能够主动苍蝇并将其牢牢粘住的高效粘蝇胶粘剂。
本发明采用的技术方案是:一种高效粘蝇胶粘剂,包括引诱剂和粘剂,
所述引诱剂包括如下重量份数的原料:1~3份 蔗糖、1~3份 果糖、1~2 份蜂蜜、2~4份 蛋清和啤酒液混合物、1~2份 鱼虾液;所述粘剂包括如下重量份数的原料:20~40份松香、10~20份 矿物油、20~30 份乙烯—醋酸乙烯共聚乳液、15~20份 氯磺化聚乙烯、15~20份 环烷基橡胶油;所述在80°~110°的温度下将粘剂的原料加入混合搅拌,当温度降至40°~60°时加入引诱剂的原料。
作为本发明的进一步改进,所述粘剂还包括有酮胺类防老剂。
本发明采用的有益效果是:本发明的高效粘蝇胶粘剂安全无毒、绿色环保、粘度大、无异味,放在饭店、宾馆、厕所内使用不会产生难闻的异味,用后废弃物不会污染环境。本发明的高效粘蝇胶粘剂具备主动引诱苍蝇的功能,做到化被动为主动,大大提高了杀蝇效果。

实施例1,一种高效粘蝇胶粘剂,包括引诱剂和粘剂,
所述引诱剂包括如下重量份数的原料:1份 蔗糖、1份 果糖、1份蜂蜜、2份 蛋清和啤酒液混合物、1份 鱼虾液;
所述粘剂包括如下重量份数的原料:20份 松香、10份 矿物油、20 份乙烯—醋酸乙烯共聚乳液、15份 氯磺化聚乙烯、15份 环烷基橡胶油;
在80°的温度下将粘剂的原料加入混合搅拌,当温度降至40°时加入引诱剂的原料。
实施例2,一种高效粘蝇胶粘剂,包括引诱剂和粘剂,
所述引诱剂包括如下重量份数的原料: 3份 蔗糖、3份 果糖、2 份蜂蜜、4份 蛋清和啤酒液混合物、2份 鱼虾液;
所述粘剂包括如下重量份数的原料: 40份 松香、20份 矿物油、30 份乙烯—醋酸乙烯共聚乳液、20份 氯磺化聚乙烯、20份 环烷基橡胶油、10份 酮胺类防老剂;
在110°的温度下将粘剂的原料加入混合搅拌,当温度降至60°时加入引诱剂的原料。
实施例3,一种高效粘蝇胶粘剂,包括引诱剂和粘剂,
所述引诱剂包括如下重量份数的原料:2份 蔗糖、2份 果糖、1 份蜂蜜、3份 蛋清和啤酒液混合物、2份 鱼虾液;
所述粘剂包括如下重量份数的原料:30份 松香、15份 矿物油、25 份乙烯—醋酸乙烯共聚乳液、18份 氯磺化聚乙烯、17份 环烷基橡胶油、7份 酮胺类防老剂;
在100°的温度下将粘剂的原料加入混合搅拌,当温度降至50°时加入引诱剂的原料。
蝇为杂食性昆虫,常见的种类则多偏好甜食或腐食,如:食蚜蝇与寄生蝇喜欢访花吸蜜;果蝇与果实蝇喜欢食水果或腐果;丽蝇、家蝇与肉蝇则偏好腐肉与粪便,根据此特性调制特殊的引诱剂,使其对苍蝇具备强大的引诱力,从而诱惑其飞向胶粘剂,从而被粘住。
酮胺类防老剂能够防止或抑制诸如氧、热、光、臭氧、机械应力、重金属离子等因素破坏制品性能,从而延长制品储存和使用寿命。
本发明的高效粘蝇胶粘剂安全无毒、绿色环保、粘度大、无异味,放在饭店、宾馆、厕所内使用不会产生难闻的异味,用后废弃物不会污染环境。本发明的高效粘蝇胶粘剂具备主动引诱苍蝇的功能,做到化被动为主动,大大提高了杀蝇效果。

1.一种高效粘蝇胶粘剂,其特征是包括引诱剂和粘剂,
所述引诱剂包括如下重量份数的原料:1~3份 蔗糖、1~3份 果糖、1~2 份蜂蜜、2~4份蛋清和啤酒液混合物、1~2份 鱼虾液;
所述粘剂包括如下重量份数的原料:20~40份 松香、10~20份 矿物油、20~30 份乙烯—醋酸乙烯共聚乳液、15~20份 氯磺化聚乙烯、15~20份 环烷基橡胶油;
在80°~110°的温度下将粘剂的原料加入混合搅拌,当温度降至40°~60°时加入引诱剂的原料。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种高效粘蝇胶粘剂,其特征是所述粘剂还包括有酮胺类防老剂。
