本发明公开一种PET双面胶带,所述PET双面胶带包括最外层的PET薄膜层、中间层的粘胶层和内层的基材层。本发明提供一种PET双面胶带,具有无残胶、无起翘、无收缩、耐高温性能的优点。

PET双面胶带
技术领域
本发明涉及一种PET双面胶带。
背景技术
高温橡胶压敏胶带是一种在高温下还能形成比较牢固粘接力的胶带。高温橡胶压敏胶带的粘接力主要是范德华力,因此,粘接面形成后,粘接表面的结构不会被破坏。压敏胶带是对压力敏感、不需加热、不需溶剂、不需较大的压力、只需稍微加压或用手指一按就能实现粘接的一种胶带。其特点是粘之容易、揭之不难、剥而不损。
但是在现有的橡胶压敏胶带中,多用美纹纸作为基材层,这样导致胶带厚度加厚,胶带具有耐温不高,韧性不强,抗拉强度差等缺点。而且当高温橡胶压敏胶带缠绕在一个圆芯上,弯曲形成一个胶带盘时,由于美纹纸厚度较大,导致整卷胶带长度较短。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种PET双面胶带,具有无残胶、无起翘、无收缩、耐高温性能的优点。
本发明的技术方案是:一种PET双面胶带,所述PET双面胶带包括最外层的PET薄膜层、中间层的粘胶层和内层的基材层,所述基材层为玄武岩纤维和玻璃纤维交织而成,所述粘胶层为亚克力胶,所述基材层的厚度为3-7μm,所述PET薄膜层的外侧表面上设置有若干圆孔,所述PET薄膜层的厚度为2-8μm。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述圆孔的个数为6个。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述粘胶层厚度为1-3μm。
本发明的一种PET双面胶带,具有无残胶、无起翘、无收缩、耐高温性能的优点。

下面结合附图对本发明的较佳实施例进行详细阐述,以使本发明的优点和特征能更易于被本领域技术人员理解,从而对本发明的保护范围做出更为清楚明确的界定。
请参阅图1,图1是本发明一种PET双面胶带,所述PET双面胶带包括最外层1的PET薄膜层、中间层2的粘胶层和内层3的基材层,所述基材层为玄武岩纤维和玻璃纤维交织而成,所述粘胶层为亚克力胶,所述基材层的厚度为3-7μm,所述PET薄膜层的外侧表面上设置有若干圆孔,所述PET薄膜层的厚度为2-8μm,所述圆孔的个数为6个,所述粘胶层厚度为1-3μm。
PET薄膜是一种性能比较全面的包装薄膜。其透明性好,有光泽;具有良好的气密性和保香性;防潮性中等,在低温下透湿率下降。PET薄膜的机械性能优良,其强韧性是所有热塑性塑料中最好的,抗张强度和抗冲击强度比一般薄膜高得多;且挺力好,尺寸稳定,适于印刷、纸袋等二次加工。PET薄膜还具有优良的耐热、耐寒性和良好的耐化学药品性和耐油性。特点:它在常温下稳定,加热时(玻璃化温度以上)收缩,并且是在一个方向上发生70%以上的热收缩。热收缩聚酯薄膜包装的优点是:①贴体透明,体现商品形象。②紧束包装物,防散性好。③防雨、防潮、防霉。④无复原性,有一定防伪功能。热收缩聚酯薄膜常用于方便食品、饮料市场、电子电器、金属制品,特别是收缩标签是其最主要的应用领域。
在进一步说明,亚力克胶具有可室温固化、操作方便、粘接强度高、快速定位、高弹性、固化物无毒等众多优点;单组份、具有优异的耐水、耐热、耐寒、耐老化、耐酸碱、耐腐蚀性、耐油和无白化等优良特性;专用于有机玻璃(PMMA)、亚克力硬塑料的粘接;亚克力UV无影胶水是通过UV紫外线光作用引发胶液快速固化的透明胶液。具有固化速度快、收缩率低、中低粘度、高强度、高透明、无溶剂、无气泡、无白化、无黄变、不雾化、耐水性好及密封性能优异的特性。适用于亚克力(PMMA)、玻璃、水晶、金属、工艺品、塑料等材料的自粘或互粘。亚克力胶是溶剂型亚克力胶水胶粘剂,分别使用于PS/PMMA/ABS/PC等材料、主要应用于塑胶玩具,塑胶工艺制品等之间粘接,具有优异之接著性;初步粘接快速,用途广泛。亚克力胶还具有防水、减震、耐热、隔音等效果,具有粘着力强、耐候性佳的特性,易于模切,对塑胶、金属、木材、纸张和有机硅等不易黏贴表面都具有很好的粘合性。在高低温环境下具有良好的持久性,对高表面能和低表面材料具有出色的粘合力。玻璃强度、初粘性和剪切强度平衡性好。抗化学溶剂、抗潮湿、抗紫外线。本发明提供一种PET双面胶带,具有无残胶、无起翘、无收缩、耐高温性能的优点。

1.一种PET双面胶带,其特征在于:所述PET双面胶带包括最外层的PET薄膜层、中间层的粘胶层和内层的基材层,所述基材层为玄武岩纤维和玻璃纤维交织而成,所述粘胶层为亚克力胶,所述基材层的厚度为3-7μm,所述PET薄膜层的外侧表面上设置有若干圆孔,所述PET薄膜层的厚度为2-8μm。
2.根据权利要求1所述的PET双面胶带,其特征在于:所述圆孔的个数为6个。
