Abstract

本发明涉及铝箔胶带领域,具体为一种绝热抗氧化性铝箔胶带,包括下铝箔层和上铝箔层,所述下铝箔层和上铝箔层之间依次设有环氧树脂绝缘层,环氧树脂绝缘层和上铝箔层之间设有聚氨酯隔热涂层,所述环氧树脂绝缘层和聚氨酯隔热涂层之间通过阻隔胶块连接,所述下铝箔层的底面设有胶粘层,所述上铝箔层的上表面设有通孔,所述上铝箔层至胶粘层的表面包裹有薄膜塑料层。通过加入聚氨酯隔热涂层,可以使铝箔胶带具有一定的隔热性,降低了铝箔胶带表的温度,避免铝箔胶带的表面因温度过高而扭曲变形,从而保持了胶带表面的整洁度和密封性。

技术领域
本发明涉及铝箔胶带领域,具体为一种绝热抗氧化性铝箔胶带。
背景技术
铝箔胶带采用优质压敏胶,具有粘性好,附着力强,抗老化效果好,保温性能高的优点,广泛应用于冰箱、空凋、汽车、石化、桥梁、宾馆、电子等行业,多用来包裹维修某些精密设备的发热元器受损的部位,然而铝箔胶带在拆封后,胶带侧边的胶水会与空气接触,使胶水被空气慢慢的被氧化,而且胶带侧边的胶水会吸附空气中的灰尘,从而降低了胶水的粘性。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种绝热抗氧化性铝箔胶带,以解决上述背景技术中提出的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:
一种绝热抗氧化性铝箔胶带,包括下铝箔层和上铝箔层,所述下铝箔层和上铝箔层之间设有环氧树脂绝缘层,环氧树脂绝缘层和上铝箔层之间设有聚氨酯隔热涂层,所述环氧树脂绝缘层和聚氨酯隔热涂层之间通过阻隔胶块连接,所述下铝箔层的底面设有胶粘层,所述上铝箔层的上表面设有通孔,所述上铝箔层至胶粘层的表面包裹有薄膜塑料层。
优选的,所述下铝箔层和上铝箔层的左右侧面均设有若干散热孔,每个散热孔均相互对称排列。
优选的,所述通孔设有若干列,每列通孔的数量为八个,八个通孔均以水平等距的方式排列。
优选的,所述阻隔胶块设有若干列,每列阻隔胶块的数量为六个,六个阻隔胶块均以均匀等距的方式排列。
优选的,所述薄膜塑料层为回字形结构,该薄膜塑料层内部矩形的长度与上铝箔层的长度相同,且薄膜塑料层的宽度等于上铝箔层的上表面到胶粘层底面的距离。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:此绝热抗氧化铝箔胶带结构简单,通过加入聚氨酯隔热涂层,可以使铝箔胶带具有一定的隔热性,降低了铝箔胶带表的温度,避免铝箔胶带的表面因温度过高而扭曲变形,从而保持了胶带表面的整洁度和密封性;通过加入散热孔,铝箔胶带在包裹发热元器件时,总是一圈一圈的叠加,使热量聚集,降低了散热效率,因此在下铝箔层和上铝箔层的侧面设有散热孔,可以使铝箔胶带内的热量散去,从而提高铝箔胶带的散热效率,降低铝箔胶带内的温度,从而保持铝箔胶带的密封性;通过加入环氧树脂绝缘层,若下铝箔层损坏时,环氧树脂绝缘层可以为铝箔胶带提供一个绝缘的性能,从而避免了意外的发生,而且阻隔胶块将聚氨酯隔热涂层与环氧树脂绝缘层隔开,可以保证铝箔胶带的安全性能;通过加入薄膜塑料层,可以将铝箔胶带包裹起来,防止铝箔胶带的胶水与空气接触而被氧化,避免了铝箔胶带胶水的粘性降低。

请参阅图1,本发明提供一种技术方案:
一种绝热抗氧化性铝箔胶带,包括下铝箔层3和上铝箔层6,下铝箔层3和上铝箔层6之间设有环氧树脂绝缘层4,环氧树脂绝缘层4和上铝箔层6之间设有聚氨酯隔热涂层5,通过加入聚氨酯隔热涂层5,可以使铝箔胶带具有一定的隔热性,降低了铝箔胶带表的温度,避免铝箔胶带的表面因温度过高而扭曲变形,从而保持了胶带表面的整洁度和密封性。
环氧树脂绝缘层4和聚氨酯隔热涂层5之间通过阻隔胶块9连接,阻隔胶块9设有若干列,每列阻隔胶块9的数量为六个,六个阻隔胶块9均以均匀等距的方式排列,通过加入环氧树脂绝缘层4,若下铝箔层3损坏时,环氧树脂绝缘层4可以为铝箔胶带提供一个绝缘的性能,从而避免了意外的发生,而且阻隔胶块9将聚氨酯隔热涂层5与环氧树脂绝缘层4隔开,可以保证铝箔胶带的安全性能。
下铝箔层3的底面设有胶粘层2,上铝箔层6的上表面设有通孔7,通孔7设有若干列,每列通孔7的数量为八个,八个通孔7均以水平等距的方式排列,下铝箔层3和上铝箔层6的左右侧面均设有若干散热孔8,每个散热孔8均相互对称排列,通过加入散热孔8,铝箔胶带在包裹发热元器件时,总是一圈一圈的叠加,使热量聚集,降低了散热效率,因此在下铝箔层3和上铝箔层6的侧面设有散热孔8,可以使铝箔胶带内的热量散去,从而提高铝箔胶带的散热效率,降低铝箔胶带内的温度,从而保持铝箔胶带的密封性。
上铝箔层6至胶粘层2的表面包裹有薄膜塑料层1,薄膜塑料层1为回字形结构,该薄膜塑料层1内部矩形的长度与上铝箔层6的长度相同,且薄膜塑料层1的宽度等于上铝箔层6的上表面到胶粘层2底面的距离,通过加入薄膜塑料层1,可以将铝箔胶带包裹起来,防止铝箔胶带的胶水与空气接触而被氧化,避免了铝箔胶带胶水的粘性降低。

1.一种绝热抗氧化性铝箔胶带,包括下铝箔层(3)和上铝箔层(6),其特征在于:所述下铝箔层(3)和上铝箔层(6)之间设有环氧树脂绝缘层(4),环氧树脂绝缘层(4)和上铝箔层(6)之间设有聚氨酯隔热涂层(5),所述环氧树脂绝缘层(4)和聚氨酯隔热涂层(5)之间通过阻隔胶块(9)连接,所述下铝箔层(3)的底面设有胶粘层(2),所述上铝箔层(6)的上表面设有通孔(7),所述上铝箔层(6)至胶粘层(2)的表面包裹有薄膜塑料层(1)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种绝热抗氧化性铝箔胶带,其特征在于:所述下铝箔层(3)和上铝箔层(6)的左右侧面均设有若干散热孔(8),每个散热孔(8)均相互对称排列。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种绝热抗氧化性铝箔胶带,其特征在于:所述通孔(7)设有若干列,每列通孔(7)的数量为八个,八个通孔(7)均以水平等距的方式排列。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种绝热抗氧化性铝箔胶带,其特征在于:所述阻隔胶块(9)设有若干列,每列阻隔胶块(9)的数量为六个,六个阻隔胶块(9)均以均匀等距的方式排列。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种绝热抗氧化性铝箔胶带,其特征在于:所述薄膜塑料层(1)为回字形结构,该薄膜塑料层(1)内部矩形的长度与上铝箔层(6)的长度相同,且薄膜塑料层(1)的宽度等于上铝箔层(6)的上表面到胶粘层(2)底面的距离。
