Abstract

本发明公开了一种食品包装盒覆膜用保护膜,由以下重量份的原料制成:树脂30‑50份,玉米淀粉20‑30,生姜5‑10份,润滑剂4‑6份,生物碱5‑10份,茶多酚0.5‑1份、叔丁基羟基茴香醚1‑3份、油性剂2‑5份和氯化石蜡0.2‑0.5份,木质素0.5‑0.8份。本发明通过在包装盒需要外在的薄膜上成分上使用部分传统的薄膜原料,加上可以降解淀粉类物质,以及一些抗腐剂,抗氧化剂,以及油性剂等,使包装盒薄膜光泽度高,并且安全无污染。

技术领域
本发明涉及印刷领域,具体是一种食品包装盒覆膜用保护膜。
背景技术
一般的生产厂家在生产包装盒,都是采用原材料纸板进行裁剪,印刷,覆膜,成型等工序来制作包装盒,现在的厂家一般用的就是普通的薄膜,但是在食品包装中需要考虑到食品的安全,考虑到保存保鲜的功能,一般的包装盒加上普通的薄膜已经不能满足食品的运输以及贮存要求,而昂贵的另类包装盒也因制作繁琐,价格过高,不适宜商贩的使用,而且在使用后,包装盒上薄膜降解能力也决定着包装盒是否适宜现在社会使用。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种养胃土豆饼及其制作方法,以解决上述背景技术中提出的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:
一种食品包装盒覆膜用保护膜,由以下重量份的原料制成:
树脂30-50份,玉米淀粉20-30,生姜5-10份,润滑剂4-6份,生物碱5-10份,茶多酚0.5-1份、叔丁基羟基茴香醚1-3份、油性剂2-5份和氯化石蜡0.2-0.5份,木质素0.5-0.8份。
优选的,所述润滑剂为硅油、脂肪酸酰胺、油酸、聚酯、合成酯、羧酸中的一种或者多种混合制成。
优选的,所述树脂为聚氯乙烯、聚乙烯、聚丙烯、聚苯乙烯中的一种或者多种混合制成。
优选的,所述油性剂为月桂醇与鲸蜡醇按照1:1混合制成的混合物。
优选的,所述生物碱为苦参碱、槐果碱、氧化槐果碱、槐定碱一种或者多种混合制备而成。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:
本发明通过在包装盒需要外在的薄膜上成分上使用部分传统的薄膜原料,加上可以降解淀粉类物质,以及一些抗腐剂,抗氧化剂,以及油性剂等,使包装盒薄膜光泽度高,并且安全无污染。

实施例1
一种食品包装盒覆膜用保护膜,由以下重量份的原料制成:
树脂45份,玉米淀粉30,生姜7份,润滑剂5份,生物碱7份,茶多酚1份、叔丁基羟基茴香醚2份、油性剂3份和氯化石蜡0.3份,木质素0.7份。
所述润滑剂为硅油、脂肪酸酰胺、油酸、聚酯、合成酯、羧酸中的一种或者多种混合制成。
所述树脂为聚氯乙烯、聚乙烯、聚丙烯、聚苯乙烯中的一种或者多种混合制成。
所述油性剂为月桂醇与鲸蜡醇按照1:1混合制成的混合物。
所述生物碱为苦参碱、槐果碱、氧化槐果碱、槐定碱一种或者多种混合制备而成。

所述润滑剂为硅油、脂肪酸酰胺、油酸、聚酯、合成酯、羧酸中的一种或者多种混合制成。

树脂30-50份,玉米淀粉20-30,生姜5-10份,润滑剂4-6份,生物碱5-10份,茶多酚0.5-1份、叔丁基羟基茴香醚1-3份、油性剂2-5份和氯化石蜡0.2-0.5份,木质素0.5-0.8份。
2.一种如权利要求1或2所述的印刷油墨的制备方法,其特征在于,所述润滑剂为硅油、脂肪酸酰胺、油酸、聚酯、合成酯、羧酸中的一种或者多种混合制成。
3.如权利要求3所述的印刷油墨的制备方法,其特征在于,所述树脂为聚氯乙烯、聚乙烯、聚丙烯、聚苯乙烯中的一种或者多种混合制成。
4.如权利要求3所述的印刷油墨的制备方法,其特征在于,所述油性剂为月桂醇与鲸蜡醇按照1:1混合制成的混合物。
5.如权利要求3所述的印刷油墨的制备方法,其特征在于,所述生物碱为苦参碱、槐果碱、氧化槐果碱、槐定碱一种或者多种混合制备而成。
