本发明公开一种弹力复合无纺布,所述弹力复合无纺布包括最外层的弹力层、中间层的PVC 树脂层和内层的无纺布基体。本发明提供一种弹力复合无纺布,具有尼龙般柔软性、手感好而且弹性好的优点。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种弹力复合无纺布。
背景技术
无纺布又称不织布,是由定 向的或随机的纤维而构成,是新一代环保材料,具有防潮、透气、柔韧、质轻、不助燃、容易分 解、无毒无刺激性、色彩丰富、价格低廉、可循环再用等特点。如多采用聚丙烯(pp材质)粒料 为原料,经高温熔融、喷丝、铺纲、热压卷取连续一步法生产而成。因具有布的外观和某些性 能而称其为布。
无纺布俗称非织造布,它是将短纤维或者长丝进行定向或随机排列,形成纤网结构,然后采用机械、热轧或化学等方法加固,最后形成的无编织的布料。吸水无纺布是无纺布的一种,其在服装材料、过滤材料、废水处理、卫生用品、医疗用品、化工用品等领域皆应用广泛。传统的吸水无纺布大多由多层无纺布直接组合而成。由于无纺布多由短纤维和长丝无定向排列而成,因此其形成的吸水无纺布在吸水膨胀之后,其中的短纤维和长丝之间的相互作用力急剧减弱,导致丧失拉力延展性,出现拉伸易折断的缺点。同时,传统的吸水无纺布还存在吸水能力差、保水时间短、以及对环境不友好等不足。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种弹力复合无纺布,具有尼龙般柔软性、手感好而且弹性好的优点。
本发明的技术方案是:一种弹力复合无纺布,所述弹力复合无纺布包括最外层的弹力层、中间层的PVC 树脂层和内层的无纺布基体,所述弹力层是由聚氨基甲酸酯纤维交织而成,所述PVC 树脂层的厚度为0.2mm-0.4mm,所述无纺布基体是由丙纶纤维和甲壳聚糖纤维复合而成,所述无纺布基体内均匀排列设置有若干个透气孔。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述透气孔的个数为10个。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述丙纶纤维和甲壳聚糖纤维重量的比例为2:1。
本发明的一种弹力复合无纺布,具有尼龙般柔软性、手感好而且弹性好的优点。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本发明的较佳实施例进行详细阐述,以使本发明的优点和特征能更易于被本领域技术人员理解,从而对本发明的保护范围做出更为清楚明确的界定。
请参阅图1,图1是本发明一种弹力复合无纺布,所述弹力复合无纺布包括最外层1的弹力层、中间层2的PVC 树脂层和内层3的无纺布基体,所述弹力层是由聚氨基甲酸酯纤维交织而成,所述PVC 树脂层的厚度为0.2mm-0.4mm,所述无纺布基体是由丙纶纤维和甲壳聚糖纤维复合而成,所述无纺布基体内均匀排列设置有若干个透气孔,所述透气孔的个数为10个,所述丙纶纤维和甲壳聚糖纤维重量的比例为2:1。
甲壳聚糖纤维具有(1) 抗菌除臭功能。(2) 对皮肤的护理功能。(3) 对过敏性皮肤的辅助治疗功能。(4) 对环境的保护功能。(5) 抗静电功能。甲壳聚糖纤维针织品具有手感柔软亲切、无刺激、高保湿、保温、抑菌除臭功能,对皮肤有很好的养护作用,还有对过敏性皮炎的辅助医疗功能,并符合绿色纺织品标准等优点,是21世纪新一代的保健针织品。针对这些特点,甲壳素纤维应用领域广泛,与棉混纺可制作抗菌除臭保健内衣,各种婴儿服装,医用纺织品等。
在进一步说明,聚氨基甲酸酯纤维的优异性能:突出的高回弹性,聚氨基甲酸酯纤维的高回弹性是目前所有弹性纤维都无法比拟的,它的断裂伸长率大于400%,最高可达800%,即使在300%拉伸形变时,回弹回复率仍在95%以上;优异的抗张强度、抗撕裂强度;耐候、耐紫外线照射能力强;耐化学品、耐洗涤;与染料的亲和性好。聚氨基甲酸酯纤维已被广泛应用于纺织品中,是一种高附加值的新型纺织材料,其使用形式主要有四种:裸丝、包芯纱、包覆纱、合捻线。如丝袜、泳衣、舞蹈衣、莱卡(纯棉包覆聚氨基甲酸酯纤维丝)、服装等,在传统纺织品中,只需加入不到10%数量的聚氨基甲酸酯纤维,就可以使传统织物的档次大为提高,显示出柔软、舒适、美观、高雅的风格。本发明提供一种弹力复合无纺布,具有尼龙般柔软性、手感好而且弹性好的优点。
本发明的具体实施方式,但本发明的保护范围并不局限于此,任何熟悉本领域的技术人员在本发明所揭露的技术范围内,可不经过创造性劳动想到的变化或替换,都应涵盖在本发明的保护范围之内。因此,本发明的保护范围应该以权利要求书所限定的保护范围为准。

1.一种弹力复合无纺布,其特征在于:所述弹力复合无纺布包括最外层的弹力层、中间层的PVC 树脂层和内层的无纺布基体,所述弹力层是由聚氨基甲酸酯纤维交织而成,所述PVC 树脂层的厚度为0.2mm-0.4mm,所述无纺布基体是由丙纶纤维和甲壳聚糖纤维复合而成,所述无纺布基体内均匀排列设置有若干个透气孔。
2.根据权利要求1所述的弹力复合无纺布,其特征在于:所述透气孔的个数为10个。
3.根据权利要求1所述的弹力复合无纺布,其特征在于:所述丙纶纤维和甲壳聚糖纤维重量的比例为2:1。
