本发明公开了一种防震胶带，包括基体层，所述基体层的一面粘附有泡沫层，其另一面粘附有粘结层，所述泡沫层的另一面贴附有保护面层，所述粘结层的另一面贴附离型纸层；其中，所述基体层为空心夹层结构，其内夹设多个分散的塑料气泡。本发明一种防震胶带，整体结构强度高，设计合理，其通过基体层空心夹层结构的设计和泡沫层的结构设计，赋予胶带优异的双重防震效果，通过保护面层的设计提高了胶带整体的结构强度，能够有效保障物品在搬运过程中的完好性，使用效果显著。

一种防震胶带
技术领域
本发明涉及胶带领域，特别是涉及一种防震胶带。
背景技术
随着互联网技术的发展，网购已经成了生活常态，由此对物品的包装、完成运输提出了新的要求。胶带是物品在搬运过程中比不可少的工具，其从原料的满足封口性能发展到必须对物品起到防震保护的作用。但现有的胶带还不能完全满足物品运输过程中的防震需求，对于玻璃瓶等物品，运输过程中的碎裂现象还是时有发生。
发明内容
本发明主要解决的技术问题是提供一种防震胶带，能够对被包装物品起到良好的保护作用。
为解决上述技术问题，本发明采用的一个技术方案是：提供一种防震胶带，包括基体层，所述基体层的一面粘附有泡沫层，其另一面粘附有粘结层，所述泡沫层的另一面贴附有保护面层，所述粘结层的另一面贴附离型纸层；其中，所述基体层为空心夹层结构，其内夹设多个分散的塑料气泡。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中，所述塑料气泡为多个条状塑料气泡条。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中，所述塑料气泡的长度和宽度分别为所述基体层长度和宽度的80～90%。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中，所述泡沫层为发泡EVA材料层，其密度为0.65～0.80kg/cm3。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中，所述泡沫层的厚度是所述基体层厚度的1～3倍。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中，所述保护面层为喷涂PTFE涂层的玻璃毡层。
本发明的有益效果是：本发明一种防震胶带，整体结构强度高，设计合理，其通过基体层空心夹层结构的设计和泡沫层的结构设计，赋予胶带优异的双重防震效果，通过保护面层的设计提高了胶带整体的结构强度，能够有效保障物品在搬运过程中的完好性，使用效果显著。

实施例1
一种防震胶带，包括基体层1、泡沫层2、粘结层3、保护面层4和离型纸层5。其中，所述基体层1为PP层或PE层，其为内夹多个分散的塑料气泡6的空心夹层结构，该塑料气泡6为多个条状塑料气泡条，多个条状塑料气泡条构成的整体（即塑料气泡）的长度和宽度分别为基体层1长度和宽度的80～90%。起到隔音、防震的功能。
所述泡沫层2和粘结层3分别粘附在上述基体层1的两个表面上。其中，泡沫层2是密度为0.65～0.80kg/cm3的发泡EVA材料层，其厚度是基体层1厚度的1～3倍，起到二次防震保护的作用，其表面贴附一层喷涂PTFE涂层的玻璃毡层，对胶带整体起到防水、防氧化和增强的作用。
所述粘结层3为压敏胶黏剂，其表面贴附一层离型纸层。

1.一种防震胶带，其特征在于，包括基体层，所述基体层的一面粘附有泡沫层，其另一面粘附有粘结层，所述泡沫层的另一面贴附有保护面层，所述粘结层的另一面贴附离型纸层；其中，所述基体层为空心夹层结构，其内夹设多个分散的塑料气泡。
2.根据权利要求1所述的防震胶带，其特征在于，所述塑料气泡为多个条状塑料气泡条。
3.根据权利要求2所述的防震胶带，其特征在于，所述塑料气泡的长度和宽度分别为所述基体层长度和宽度的80～90%。
4.根据权利要求1所述的防震胶带，其特征在于，所述泡沫层为发泡EVA材料层，其密度为0.65～0.80kg/cm3。
5.根据权利要求1所述的防震胶带，其特征在于，所述泡沫层的厚度是所述基体层厚度的1～3倍。
6.根据权利要求1所述的防震胶带，其特征在于，所述保护面层为喷涂PTFE涂层的玻璃毡层。
