本发明涉及装饰材料领域,具体涉及一种耐水环保纸面石膏板;方案为:包括石膏基体和护面纸,石膏基体和护面纸之间通过粘结材料粘合而成;护面纸的成分由如下配料组成:植物纤维30‑40%,松香5‑8%,玻璃纤维10‑20%,阳离子淀粉5‑10%,乳化蜡5‑10%,硫酸铝10‑20%,水10‑50%;石膏基体的成分由如下配料组成:脱硫石膏30‑45%,磷石膏20‑35%,滑石粉10‑15%,水10‑50%;粘结材料的成分由如下的配料组成:环氧树脂50‑60%,水性胶黏剂5‑10%,高岭土5‑15%,改性淀粉10‑30%;本发明提供一种接缝处不易开裂、耐水性好且强度高的环保纸面石膏板。

一种耐水环保纸面石膏板
技术领域
本发明涉及装饰材料领域,具体涉及一种耐水环保纸面石膏板。
背景技术
目前,石膏板已经成为装潢领域重要的板材。质地轻、强度高、防火、防蛀、易于加工是目前石膏板的优点。虽然纸面石膏板优点多多,但是纸面石膏板也有缺点:(1)接缝处易开裂,造成隔音效果减弱,(2)使用时间长,表层容易脱落。
发明内容
本发明克服现有技术的不足,所要解决的技术问题是提供一种接缝处不易开裂、耐水性好且强度高的环保纸面石膏板。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明所采用的技术方案为:
一种耐水环保纸面石膏板,其特征在于,包括石膏基体和护面纸,所述石膏基体和所述护面纸之间通过粘结材料粘合而成;
所述护面纸的成分由如下配料组成:植物纤维30-40%,松香5-8%,玻璃纤维 10-20%,阳离子淀粉5-10%,乳化蜡5-10%,硫酸铝 10-20%,水10-50%;
所述石膏基体的成分由如下配料组成:脱硫石膏30-45%,磷石膏 20-35%,滑石粉10-15%,水10-50%;
所述粘结材料的成分由如下的配料组成:环氧树脂 50-60%,水性胶黏剂 5-10%,高岭土 5-15%,改性淀粉10-30%。
优选地,所述阳离子淀粉为氧化淀粉、磷酸酯淀粉或羧甲基淀粉的一种或两种。
优选地,所述水性胶黏剂为聚乙烯醇水性胶黏剂、乙烯乙酸酯水性胶黏剂或丙烯酸水性胶黏剂的一种。
一种耐水环保纸面石膏板的制备方法,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:
1)将所述护面纸均匀的通过滚轴平铺于工作台上,护面纸平整无异物;
2)将所述粘结材料均匀的平铺于护面纸上,厚度为1-3毫米;
3)将所述石膏基体平铺到粘结材料的正上方,根据不同规格,石膏体的厚度可做相应调整;
4)将步骤3)得到的石膏板进行烘干,得到成品,进行包装。
与现有技术相比本发明具有以下有益效果。
1、本发明可以提供一种接缝处不易开裂的纸面石膏板。
2、本发明可以提供一种耐水性好且强度高的环保产品。

一种耐水环保纸面石膏板,包括石膏基体和护面纸,所述石膏基体和所述护面纸之间通过粘结材料粘合而成;
所述护面纸的成分由如下配料组成:植物纤维30%,松香8%,玻璃纤维 10%,氧化淀粉5%,乳化蜡8%,硫酸铝 10%,水29%;
所述石膏基体的成分由如下配料组成:脱硫石膏45%,磷石膏 20%,滑石粉 10%,水25%;
所述粘结材料的成分由如下的配料组成:环氧树脂 60%,聚乙烯醇水性胶黏剂5%,高岭土 15%,改性淀粉20%。
实施例2
一种耐水环保纸面石膏板,其特征在于,包括石膏基体和护面纸,所述石膏基体和所述护面纸之间通过粘结材料粘合而成;
所述护面纸的成分由如下配料组成:植物纤维40%,松香7%,玻璃纤维 15%,羧甲基淀粉8%,乳化蜡5%,硫酸铝 10%,水15%;
所述石膏基体的成分由如下配料组成:脱硫石膏30%,磷石膏 30%,滑石粉 15%,水25%;
所述粘结材料的成分由如下的配料组成:环氧树脂 50%,乙烯乙酸酯水性胶黏剂10%,高岭土 15%,改性淀粉25%。
实施例3
一种耐水环保纸面石膏板,其特征在于,包括石膏基体和护面纸,所述石膏基体和所述护面纸之间通过粘结材料粘合而成;
所述护面纸的成分由如下配料组成:植物纤维35%,松香6%,玻璃纤维 20%,磷酸酯淀粉5%,乳化蜡10%,硫酸铝 10%,水14%;
所述石膏基体的成分由如下配料组成:脱硫石膏40%,磷石膏 30%,滑石粉 10%,水20%;
所述粘结材料的成分由如下的配料组成:环氧树脂 55%,乙烯乙酸酯水性胶黏剂10%,高岭土 5%,改性淀粉30%。
实施例4
一种耐水环保纸面石膏板,其特征在于,包括石膏基体和护面纸,所述石膏基体和所述护面纸之间通过粘结材料粘合而成;
所述护面纸的成分由如下配料组成:植物纤维38%,松香8%,玻璃纤维 10%,羧甲基淀粉5%,乳化蜡5%,硫酸铝 10%,水24%;
所述石膏基体的成分由如下配料组成:脱硫石膏45%,磷石膏 20%,滑石粉 10%,水25%;
所述粘结材料的成分由如下的配料组成:环氧树脂 55%,丙烯酸水性胶黏剂 5%,高岭土 10%,改性淀粉30%。
实施例5
一种耐水环保纸面石膏板,其特征在于,包括石膏基体和护面纸,所述石膏基体和所述护面纸之间通过粘结材料粘合而成;
所述护面纸的成分由如下配料组成:植物纤维35%,松香5%,玻璃纤维 20%,氧化淀粉5%,乳化蜡5%,硫酸铝 10%,水20%;

一种耐水环保纸面石膏板,其特征在于,包括石膏基体和护面纸,所述石膏基体和所述护面纸之间通过粘结材料粘合而成;

一种耐水环保纸面石膏板,其特征在于,包括石膏基体和护面纸,所述石膏基体和所述护面纸之间通过粘结材料粘合而成;
所述护面纸的成分由如下配料组成:植物纤维30%,松香5%,玻璃纤维 10%,羧甲基淀粉5%,乳化蜡5%,硫酸铝 10%,水35%;
所述石膏基体的成分由如下配料组成:脱硫石膏30%,磷石膏 20%,滑石粉 10%,水40%;
所述粘结材料的成分由如下的配料组成:环氧树脂 50%,聚乙烯醇水性胶黏剂10%,高岭土 15%,改性淀粉25%。
将本发明实施例1-7与市售纸面石膏板进行对比,结果如下,见下表。
从表中,可以看出,本发明的纸面石膏板的耐水性与抗压强度明显好于市售产品,具有优异的性能。
将本发明的纸面石膏板与市售石膏板用于卫生间的墙面,同一个墙面上下分别用相同面积的石膏板,保持空气湿度90%,经过3个月的加速试验后,结果如下表。
从表中得知,在同样湿度的情况下,本发明的纸面石膏板经过3个月的加速试验后,接缝处依然没有开裂,说明本发明护面纸与石膏基体的接缝紧密,性能良好。
以上所述仅是本发明的优选实施方式,应当指出,对于本技术领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明原理的前提下,还可以做出若干改进和润饰,这些改进和润饰也应视为本发明的保护范围。

1.一种耐水环保纸面石膏板,其特征在于,包括石膏基体和护面纸,所述石膏基体和所述护面纸之间通过粘结材料粘合而成;
所述护面纸的成分由如下配料组成:植物纤维30-40%,松香5-8%,玻璃纤维 10-20%,氧化淀粉、磷酸酯淀粉或羧甲基淀粉的一种或两种5-10%,乳化蜡5-10%,硫酸铝 10-20%,水10-50%;
所述石膏基体的成分由如下配料组成:脱硫石膏30-45%,磷石膏 20-35%,滑石粉 10-15%,水10-50%;
所述粘结材料的成分由如下的配料组成:环氧树脂 50-60%,水性胶黏剂 5-10%,高岭土 5-15%,改性淀粉10-30%。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种耐水环保纸面石膏板,其特征在于,所述水性胶黏剂为聚乙烯醇水性胶黏剂、乙烯乙酸酯水性胶黏剂或丙烯酸水性胶黏剂的一种。
