Abstract

本发明公开了一种治疗肾结石的中药配方，每副药由以下组分按质量配比制成：金钱草30—35克，石韦20—25克，车前草15—20克，木通10—12克，海金沙，15—20克，鸡内金，15—20克，滑石粉15—20克，三棱10—12克，莪术10—15克，黄芪8—12克。本中药配方通过各组份药材的合理配伍，对肾结石的疗效果好，该药能够改变人体的内在环境，排除血液内产生结石的有毒物质，去除其产生结石的物质接触；溶化较大结石，使其变小而排除体外，一周为一疗程，一疗程的治愈率为72%，二个疗程可治愈率83%。

技术领域
本发明属于中药领域，特别涉及一种治疗肾结石的中药配方。
背景技术
肾结石是我国石灰岩地区的多发病，属于中医“淋证”范畴，是以小便不爽，尿道刺痛为特点，常以小便排出沙石为主症，中医称之为“石淋”。
目前，临床上治疗肾结石的药物较多，但由于肾脏的结构特殊，药物治疗的效果及药物的化石溶石功能不甚理想，多数病人不得以而转入手术治疗 ；而手术治疗往往伴有药物过敏等副作用，术后易复发，经济开支大，创伤大，治疗时间长，给病患带来严重的经济和身体负担。
发明内容
本发明提供一种治疗肾结石的中药配方，每副药由以下组分按质量配比制成：
金钱草30—35克，石韦20—25克，车前草15—20克，木通10—12克，海金沙，15—20克，鸡内金，15—20克，滑石粉15—20克，三棱10—12克，莪术10—15克，黄芪8—12克；
将上述药材放入锅中，加清水1500克，用大火烧到沸腾后，用文火熬煮20分钟后去除药渣；
一日2-3次，每次300-400克，每天适当作原地跳跃，可以打下结石。
本发明中药药理如下：
金钱草
性味：甘、咸，微寒；
归经：归肝、胆、肾、膀胱经；
功用主治：清利湿热，通淋，消肿。
石韦
性味：苦甘，凉；
归经：入肺经、膀胱经；
功用主治：利水通淋，清肺泄热，凉血止血。
车前草
性味：甘，寒；
归经：归肝、肾、肺、小肠经；
功用主治：清热利尿，祛痰，凉血，解毒。
木通
性味：苦，凉；
归经：入心、小肠、膀胱经；
功用主治：泻火行水，通利血脉。
海金沙
性味：甘淡，寒；
归经：入小肠、膀胱经；
功用主治：清热解毒，利水通淋。
鸡内金
性味：甘，平；
归经：归脾、胃、小肠、膀胱经；
功用主治：健胃消食，涩精止遗。
滑石粉
性味：甘、淡，寒；
归经：归膀胱经、肺经、胃经；
功用主治：利水通淋，清热解暑，收湿敛疮。
三棱
性味：辛、苦，平；
归经：归肝、脾经；
功用主治：破血行气，消积止痛。
莪术
性味：辛、苦，温；
归经：归肝、脾经；
功用主治：行气破血，消积止痛。
黄芪
性味：甘，温；
归经：归肺、脾经；
功用主治：补气固表，利尿托毒，排脓，敛疮生肌。
本中药配方通过各组份药材的合理配伍，对肾结石的疗效果好，该药能够改变人体的内在环境，排除血液内产生结石的有毒物质，去除其产生结石的物质接触 ；溶化较大结石，使其变小而排除体外，清除体内毒素后，由于净化了机体内环境，有效的防止了结石的再次发生和出现，一周为一疗程，一疗程的治愈率为72%，二个疗程可治愈率83%。

实施例1：每副药由以下组分按质量配比制成：
芸香草40克 金钱草4克 车前子5克 菟丝子10克 茯苓8克 牛膝10克；
实施例2：每副药由以下组分按质量配比制成：
芸香草45克 金钱草4克 车前子8克 菟丝子10克 茯苓12克 牛膝10克；
实施例3：每副药由以下组分按质量配比制成：
芸香草50克 金钱草6克 车前子5克 菟丝子10克 茯苓12克 牛膝10克；
典型病例
1吴某，男，36岁，乡镇干部，患肾结石，病症较轻，连续服药一周后，经常做蹦跳动作，主要症状基本消失；主要理化检测指标有所改善。
2杨某，男，54岁，乡镇干部，患肾结石，病症较重，经常做蹦跳动作，连续服药二周后，主要症状基本消失；主要理化检测指标有所改善。
3潘某，女，51岁，农民，患肾结石，病症较轻，连续服药一周后，经常做蹦跳动作，主要症状基本消失；主要理化检测指标有所改善。

Claims (1)

1.一种治疗肾结石的中药配方，其特征在于每副药由以下组分按质量配比制成：
金钱草30—35克，石韦20—25克，车前草15—20克，木通10—12克，海金沙，15—20克，鸡内金，15—20克，滑石粉15—20克，三棱10—12克，莪术10—15克，黄芪8—12克；
将上述药材放入锅中，加清水1500克，用大火烧到沸腾后，用文火熬煮20分钟后去除药渣；
一日2-3次，每次300-400克，每天适当作原地跳跃，可以打下结石。
