Abstract

本发明涉及蔬菜清洗切割装置，包括清洗装置和切割装置，通过对清洗装置的结构进行改进，使得既能深度清洗掉蔬菜上的污物和农药残留，还不对蔬菜进行过度撞击而导致对蔬菜的破坏，同时由于清洗装置的特殊结构，使得清洗之后的蔬菜能够整齐排列，从而更加好的配合后续蔬菜切割装置的切割。通过对切割装置的改进，使得切割的形状和长度都能实时控制，从而使得装置整体上机械化程度和可靠性得到了提高。

技术领域
本发明属于食品处理机械领域，特别是涉及一种蔬菜清洗切割装置。
背景技术
无论是在家庭中还是在食堂、饭店中，都需要对蔬菜进行清洗和切割，目前常规采用水槽清洗和人工切割，但是这样的做法在食堂和饭店效率低下，在家庭中容易耗费人力，并且导致厨房脏乱不堪。
目前也有一些蔬菜清洗机，但是由于是机械，如果想要洗的干净则会对蔬菜进行刷洗和挤压，从而会破坏蔬菜的形状和本身的营养，否则则会清洗不干净。有些专用于食堂和饭店的清洗机仅仅是对其进行浸泡和冲洗，并不会完全洗去蔬菜的残留农药和化肥等物质，并且由于其批量较大，并不能达到蔬菜清洗的目的。而小型的家庭用的蔬菜清洗机又会对蔬菜造成破坏。目前也有一些蔬菜清洗切割装置，但是二者仅仅是简单的结合，各自实现各自的目的，并不能达到1+1大于2的目的。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提出一种蔬菜清洗切割装置。
具体通过如下技术手段实现：
一种蔬菜清洗切割装置，包括清洗装置和切割装置。
所述清洗装置包括外壳、扇形清洗盒、扇形清洗盒移动部件、扇形清洗槽、第一喷嘴组、第二喷嘴组、洗涤剂溶液入口、清水入口、清水出口以及污水出口。
所述外壳包括圆筒状外层和圆筒状内层，所述圆筒状外层和圆筒状内层同心设置，且圆筒状内层能够在圆筒状外层内部沿圆心转动，所述圆筒状内层为多孔的金属圆筒，且圆筒状外层和圆筒状内层均为横向设置，且中部设置竖向半隔板。
所述扇形清洗盒为网状金属制成，弧度与圆筒状内层相同，且能够容置于扇形清洗槽中随着圆筒状内层而旋转，随着扇形清洗盒移动部件而横向移动。所述扇形清洗盒顶部扇形部为扣接形式，当移动出清洗装置后，顶部扇形部的扣接打开，从而形成平板状在切割装置的传送带上传送。
所述扇形清洗盒移动部件用于将扇形清洗盒在扇形清洗槽中横向移动。
所述扇形清洗槽固定设置在圆筒状内层内部，用于容置扇形清洗盒。
所述第一喷嘴组用于喷出溶解了洗涤剂的水，包括横向管道和设置在管道上的多个喷嘴，设置在圆筒状内层的内部的前端，喷嘴朝向为扇形清洗盒。
所述第二喷嘴组用于喷出清水，包括横向管道和设置在管道上的多个喷嘴，所述多个喷嘴均为高压喷嘴，设置在圆筒状内层的内部的后端，喷嘴朝向为扇形清洗盒。
所述洗涤剂溶液入口与清水出口相连接，且设置洗涤剂添加口，所述洗涤剂溶液入口与第一喷嘴组的横向管道相连接。
所述清水入口设置在圆筒状外层的后端，与第二喷嘴组的横向管道相连接；
所述清水出口设置于圆筒状外层的后端下部，通过水泵和水管与洗涤剂溶液入口。
所述污水出口设置于圆筒状外层的前端下部，设置有开闭阀门。
所述切割装置设置于清洗装置的出口端，包括切刀组、切刀组控制部件、传送带以及成品收集槽；
所述切刀组包括并排设置的多个切刀，所述切刀控制部件用于控制切刀组切刀的距离以及下刀时机，所述传送带用于传送蔬菜，所述成品收集槽设置在传送带的末端，用于承接切割后的蔬菜。
所述传送带两侧面设置活动挡板，能够沿着垂直传送带传送的方向移动，从而将切散的蔬菜重新聚拢。
所述传送带上部设置柔性压紧装置，用于将传送带上的蔬菜竖向柔性压紧，并随着切刀的频率上下移动。
所述传送带为金属材质传送带。优选食品级304不锈钢或铜质的传送带。
所述扇形清洗盒移动部件为连接扇形清洗盒与扇形清洗槽的滑轮。
本发明的效果在于：
1，通过设置横向的圆筒状的相对转动的双层外壳，使得下半层始终保持有水，上半层始终保持无水状态，配合沿着圆筒轴心转动的扇形清洗盒，在前进的过程中保持入水-出水-入水-出水循环的清洗状态，完全模仿了人工清洗的状态，并不会对蔬菜进行任何挤压和刷洗的情况下保证了蔬菜残留农药、泥土、残留化肥等等污物的清洗，并且由于没有一直浸泡在水中，不会出现将洗涤剂浸泡到蔬菜中情况的出现，不会造成二次污染。
2，通过不断涮洗的过程中，先喷射带有洗涤剂的水，对蔬菜进行冲洗，然后进入到清水洗涤过程中又喷射清水，从而将洗涤剂也进行冲洗，不造成洗涤剂对于蔬菜的二次污染。
3，通过将清水出口和洗涤剂水入口相连接，使得清水重复利用并且不会造成洗涤剂水的污染，节约了大量的水资源的情况下还保证蔬菜清洗的非常干净。
由于设置了螺旋旋转前进的扇形清洗盒，从而使得不管是茎叶类蔬菜还是根茎类蔬菜，都会朝着一个方向聚拢，从而在后续切割装置切割的时候，完全不用再次进行聚拢操作，从而达到了和切割装置完美的配合。
通过设置切刀组，一次即将蔬菜切割完成，而且切刀距离可以控制，下刀斜度也可以控制，从而完全模拟手工切割方式，效果良好。

具体实施方式
一种蔬菜清洗切割装置，包括清洗装置和切割装置。
所述清洗装置包括外壳、扇形清洗盒、扇形清洗盒移动部件、扇形清洗槽、第一喷嘴组、第二喷嘴组、洗涤剂溶液入口、清水入口、清水出口以及污水出口。
所述外壳包括圆筒状外层和圆筒状内层，所述圆筒状外层和圆筒状内层同心设置，且圆筒状内层能够在圆筒状外层内部沿圆心转动，所述圆筒状内层为多孔的金属圆筒，且圆筒状外层和圆筒状内层均为横向设置，且中部设置竖向半隔板。
所述扇形清洗盒为网状金属制成，弧度与圆筒状内层相同，且能够容置于扇形清洗槽中随着圆筒状内层而旋转，随着扇形清洗盒移动部件而横向移动。
所述扇形清洗盒移动部件用于将扇形清洗盒在扇形清洗槽中横向移动。

具体使用方法为：
将蔬菜放入到扇形清洗盒中，扇形清洗盒随着扇形清洗盒移动部件向末端方向横向移动，同时随着圆筒状内筒旋转，第一喷嘴组中的喷嘴向蔬菜喷出加入了洗涤剂的清水，蔬菜随着转动入水-出水-入水-出水，从而达到在洗涤剂溶液中清洗的目的，然后经过竖向半隔板后，随着转动进入到清水区域，第二喷嘴组喷射清水对蔬菜进行冲洗，同时随着转动入水-出水-入水-出水在清水中进行涮洗。洗涤剂水入口与清水出口相连接，清水的水源均来自第二喷嘴组的喷射，在下部达到涮洗目的后将其通过清水出口泵入到洗涤剂水入口中，通过第一喷嘴组喷射。涮洗之后的蔬菜到达切割装置的传送带上，通过调节传送带传送的速度和切刀切割的频率，可以切割不同尺寸的蔬菜，从传送带切割之后的蔬菜到达成品收集槽中待用。

1.蔬菜清洗切割装置，其特征在于，包括清洗装置和切割装置；
所述清洗装置包括外壳、扇形清洗盒、扇形清洗盒移动部件、扇形清洗槽、第一喷嘴组、第二喷嘴组、洗涤剂溶液入口、清水入口、清水出口以及污水出口；
所述外壳包括圆筒状外层和圆筒状内层，所述圆筒状外层和圆筒状内层同心设置，且圆筒状内层能够在圆筒状外层内部沿圆心转动，所述圆筒状内层为多孔的金属圆筒，且圆筒状外层和圆筒状内层均为横向设置，且中部设置竖向半隔板；
所述扇形清洗盒为网状金属制成，弧度与圆筒状内层相同，且能够容置于扇形清洗槽中随着圆筒状内层而旋转，随着扇形清洗盒移动部件而横向移动；所述扇形清洗盒顶部扇形部为扣接形式，当移动出清洗装置后，顶部扇形部的扣接打开，从而形成平板状在切割装置的传送带上传送；
所述扇形清洗盒移动部件用于将扇形清洗盒在扇形清洗槽中横向移动；
所述扇形清洗槽固定设置在圆筒状内层内部，用于容置扇形清洗盒；
