本发明公开了一种复合除草剂可分散油悬浮剂的制备方法,属于除草剂领域。本发明从米糠中分别提取得米糠毛油和米糠蛋白,米糠蛋白改性后和壳聚糖复合反应得壳聚糖‑蛋白共价复合物,将米糠毛油作为可分散油分散剂的油溶剂,壳聚糖‑蛋白共价复合物作为乳化剂,并加入分散剂,增稠剂,湿润剂,消泡剂等助剂混合后,先用高速分散均质机预乳化,再高速磨砂,即可得到复合除草剂;本发明将甲基二磺隆和炔草酯釜制备得复合除草剂可分散油悬浮剂,可以抗雨水冲刷,提高除草剂的药效,对叶片渗透力高,润湿效果好,并且降低成本,延缓抗性,对作物安全性高。

技术领域
本发明公开了一种复合除草剂可分散油悬浮剂的制备方法,属于除草剂领域。
背景技术
目前,国际上农药剂型开发朝着安全性强、绿色环保和价格低廉的水基性制剂和无粉尘的固体粒状制剂方向发展。通常当某些农药活性成分加工成水基性制剂悬浮剂时,在应用上有时会出现难题。例如除草剂 4%烟嘧磺隆用于玉米田除草时,药效发挥不理想,这时可以通过添加各种助剂,提高其药效。在选用的助剂中,油类助剂较好,它可以加快杂草对所喷施农药药剂的吸收,较大增强了除草效果。油类助剂在农药应用中提供的效果,通常不比使用表面活性剂的效果差,尤其是在不良环境条件(如干旱)下,对除草剂的增效作用反而比使用表面活性剂要好。考虑到油类助剂在剂型中的相容性问题,一般通过桶混形式加入使用,这样会给用户使用上带来诸多不便。
小麦田单一使用一种除草剂,不能完全有效的控制小麦田杂草的发生,如果用量过大,容易对当季作物或后茬作物造成残留毒害。
发明内容
本发明主要解决的技术问题:针对传统喷洒除草剂后易挥发,药效发挥不理想,高浓度时,易表现出药害和抗药性,采用有机油类助剂制成的可分散油悬浮剂后不易降解,对环境造成伤害的问题,本发明一种复合除草剂可分散油悬浮剂的制备方法,本发明从米糠中分别提取得米糠毛油和米糠蛋白,米糠蛋白改性后和壳聚糖复合反应得壳聚糖-蛋白共价复合物,将米糠毛油作为可分散油分散剂的油溶剂,壳聚糖-蛋白共价复合物作为乳化剂,并加入分散剂,增稠剂,湿润剂,消泡剂等助剂混合后,先用高速分散均质机预乳化,再高速磨砂,即可得到复合除草剂;本发明将甲基二磺隆和炔草酯釜制备得复合除草剂可分散油悬浮剂,可以抗雨水冲刷,提高除草剂的药效,对叶片渗透力高,润湿效果好,并且降低成本,延缓抗性,对作物安全性高。
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明所采用的技术方案是:
(1)称取1~2kg米糠,放入粉碎机中粉碎、过筛得80~100目米糠粉末,将米糠粉末按固液比10:1与水混合,搅拌捏合成米糠饼,用纱布装入米糠饼,放入蒸炉中在90~100℃下用水蒸气加热5~10min,加热后冷却至室温,放入通风处自然干燥直至米糠饼中含水量为10~12%,随后在压力35~40MPa下进压榨得米糠毛油和米糠粕,米糠毛油备用;
(2)将上述米糠粕晒干、粉碎后得50~60目米糠粕粉末,按固液比1:10与去离子混合,机械搅拌30~40min后用质量分数25%氢氧化钠溶液调节pH值为8.0~9.0,继续机械搅拌30~50min,放入离心机中在5000~6000r/min转速下离心分离,得上清液,将上清液依次在30~35MPa,45~50MPa,70~90MPa和120~140MPa压力下高压均质,将均质后的液体用质量分数15%盐酸调节pH为4.0~5.0,离心分离得沉淀物,将沉淀物按固液比1:5与去离子水混合,并调节混合物pH为7.0,装入透析袋中透析20~30h,透析后冷冻干燥得米糠改性蛋白;
(3)将上述米糠改性蛋白按固液比1:20与去离子水混合,机械搅拌混合2~4h,用浓度为2mol/L氢氧化钠溶液调节混合液pH值为8~9,调节后静置8~10h,离心分离去除不溶物得上清液,向上清液中加入蛋白质质量10~15倍的壳聚糖,搅拌混合后形成壳聚糖-蛋白共价复合物,并冷冻干燥,将冷冻物转入干燥器中,保持干燥箱中相对湿度为50~60%,在40~60℃下反应3~5天,壳聚糖-蛋白共价复合物;
(4)按质量百分比计,分别选取2~4%甲基二磺隆,6~8%炔草酯,15~20%上述壳聚糖-蛋白共价复合物,1~3%木质素磺酸钙,1~3%有机硅,1~4%黄原胶,5~10%甲酸油脂,其余的为步骤(1)备用的米糠毛油,放入高速分散均质机中在8000~9000r/min转速下预乳化20~30s,预乳化后置于砂磨料筒中,加入等体积量的氧化锆珠在2500~3500r/min转速下砂磨1~2h,砂磨后即可得到复合除草剂。
本发明的应用方法:将本发明制备得到复合除草剂可分散油悬浮剂以10~20g/hm2(有效成分用量)的施药量于小麦 3~4叶期茎叶,利用喷雾器对小麦杂草进行喷雾处理,可以有效防除春小麦田以野硬草、野燕麦、罔草、早熟禾、雀麦杂草,去除率达到90%以上,而且对春小麦安全,无药害。
本发明的有益效果是:
(1)本发明制备得到复合除草剂可分散油悬浮剂可防除看麦娘、野燕麦、罔草、早熟禾等禾本科杂草,去除率达到90%以上,并具有显著增效作用,降低使用成本,延缓抗性,对作物安全性高;
(2)本发明对米糠进行充分利用,制备得到的米糠毛油来源广泛,可再生,易降解,对环境友好,其应用可完全或部分替代烷烃类溶剂,减少石油资源的占用和环境污染,减轻环境压力;
(3)本发明利用米糠蛋白制备的乳化剂乳化性好,既能够在体系中不产生絮凝、聚结或沉降,性能稳定。
具体实施方式

Claims (1)

1.一种复合除草剂可分散油悬浮剂的制备方法,其特征在于具体制备步骤为:
(1)称取1~2kg米糠,放入粉碎机中粉碎、过筛得80~100目米糠粉末,将米糠粉末按固液比10:1与水混合,搅拌捏合成米糠饼,用纱布装入米糠饼,放入蒸炉中在90~100℃下用水蒸气加热5~10min,加热后冷却至室温,放入通风处自然干燥直至米糠饼中含水量为10~12%,随后在压力35~40MPa下进压榨得米糠毛油和米糠粕,米糠毛油备用;
(2)将上述米糠粕晒干、粉碎后得50~60目米糠粕粉末,按固液比1:10与去离子混合,机械搅拌30~40min后用质量分数25%氢氧化钠溶液调节pH值为8.0~9.0,继续机械搅拌30~50min,放入离心机中在5000~6000r/min转速下离心分离,得上清液,将上清液依次在30~35MPa,45~50MPa,70~90MPa和120~140MPa压力下高压均质,将均质后的液体用质量分数15%盐酸调节pH为4.0~5.0,离心分离得沉淀物,将沉淀物按固液比1:5与去离子水混合,并调节混合物pH为7.0,装入透析袋中透析20~30h,透析后冷冻干燥得米糠改性蛋白;
(3)将上述米糠改性蛋白按固液比1:20与去离子水混合,机械搅拌混合2~4h,用浓度为2mol/L氢氧化钠溶液调节混合液pH值为8~9,调节后静置8~10h,离心分离去除不溶物得上清液,向上清液中加入蛋白质质量10~15倍的壳聚糖,搅拌混合后形成壳聚糖-蛋白共价复合物,并冷冻干燥,将冷冻物转入干燥器中,保持干燥箱中相对湿度为50~60%,在40~60℃下反应3~5天,壳聚糖-蛋白共价复合物;
