Abstract

本发明公开了一种镜像还原三维重建复位方法,一般CT或核磁共振三维成像,提供的是伤后骨折病变错位状态的图像,正常的骨折前骨的生长状态的图像无法获取。基于人体左右对称原理,通过对侧健康躯体的三维成像镜像还原技术,可获得患侧骨折前骨生长状态的虚拟图像。将骨碎片图像在此虚拟图像上进行人骨拼图复原,即可获得骨折精确复位图像,模拟进行骨折内固定或支架外固定的虚拟操作,确定最佳的手术方案。

技术领域
本发明涉及医学领域,涉及骨折三维虚拟复位技术。
背景技术
骨折复位一般都是医师根据骨折片经验判断,进行手法或手术复位。但是手术复位前,是无法对手术中的情况进行精确预估的,镜像还原三维重建复位法可使医师充分预估手术情况,术前进行模拟手术,缩短手术时间,提高手术精确性。
目前各种骨折三维重建影像都是患者骨折病变状况的三维重建,没有正常的预复位后的三维重建图形。
发明内容
针对现有的技术缺陷,本发明目的是通过镜像还原三维重建复位法,实现骨折的虚拟精确复位,达到缩短手术时间,提高手术精确性。以下技术方案可实现之。
对骨折患者对侧健康躯体做CT或核磁共振成像,做出骨的三维成像,基于人体左右对称原理,使用镜像法还原技术,即可获得骨折前骨的正常结构的三维虚拟图像。
以骨折前骨的正常状态的三维虚拟图像为基础图像,移动骨折的骨碎片图像,使之与虚拟图像三维重合,完成骨折图像的虚拟复位。
骨折虚拟精确复位后,模拟进行骨折内固定或支架外固定的虚拟操作,确定最佳的手术方案。

Claims (3)

1.基于人体左右对称原理,通过对侧健康躯体的三维成像镜像还原技术,获得患侧骨折前骨的正常生长结构的虚拟图像。
2.在此虚拟图像的基础上移动骨碎片图像,完成人骨拼图,获得骨折精确复位图像。
3.在骨折精确复位图像基础上模拟骨折内固定或支架外固定操作。
