线槽主要用于电气设备内部布线,在1200V及以下的电气设备中对敷设其中的导线起机械防护和电气保护作用,使用产品后,配线方便,布线整齐,安装可靠,便于查找、维修和调换线路。
但是,目前市场上的线槽一般分为两个部分:U型槽和盖子,盖子用螺钉固定在U型槽上,这样的固定方式存在着缺陷:当固定一端时,另一端是活动的,影响了固定效果和增加了固定时间。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种单边卡口线槽,其具有结构简单,固定便捷,省时省力等特点。
为了解决背景技术所存在的问题,本发明是采用以下技术方案的:它包含U型槽、盖子以及螺钉,盖子安装在U型槽上,盖子左侧通过螺钉与U型槽连接,盖子右侧通过卡口固定。
本发明的优点:结构简单,固定便捷,省时省力。

具体实施方式
参照图1,一种单边卡口线槽,它包含U型槽1、盖子2以及螺钉3,盖子2安装在U型槽1上,盖子2左侧通过螺钉3与U型槽1连接,盖子2右侧通过卡口4固定。
本发明的使用方法:把需要布置的线体放入U型槽后,用盖子的卡口对准位置推入U型槽,用打孔机在盖子的另一端进行打口,安装螺钉进行固定。
