本发明涉及一种用于86底盒中接线的设备,具体涉及一种带12V电源指示灯4路总线接线排。采用自带螺丝插拔式接线端子设计而成的接线排一次接线锁紧后,后续使用均为插拔式,方便后续检修和故障筛查。接线排设计了一个LED指示灯能方便检测电路中12V电源是否接通。4组接线端子不分出入,方便总线手拉手连接布线规范。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种用于86底盒中接线的设备,具体涉及一种带12V电源指示灯4路总线接线排。
背景技术
现阶段的家用装修使用的86底盒中的接线端子主要集中在强电应用,没有专门针对总线的通用接线端子。由于总线布线最优接线方式为手拉手连接,总线接线一般采取直接接线然后用电工胶布包裹,后续检修和故障解筛查很不方便,需要先拆除电工胶布然后剥开线材,对线材也有损耗,多次接线后对导致线头断开线材被迫剪短。如果采用自带螺丝插拔式接线端子设计而成的接线排一次接线锁紧后,后续使用均为插拔式,方便后续检修和故障筛查。接线排设计了一个LED指示灯能方便检测电路中12V电源是否接通。4组接线端子不分出入,方便总线手拉手连接布线规范。
发明内容
为了在86底盒中有总线接线规范等问题,本发明提供一种带12V电源指示灯4路总线接线排。该带12V电源指示灯4路总线接线排是由4PIN自带螺丝缩紧接线端子公头一、4PIN自带螺丝缩紧接线端子公头二、4PIN自带螺丝缩紧接线端子公头三、4PIN自带螺丝缩紧接线端子公头四、4PIN接线端子母头一、4PIN接线端子母头二、4PIN接线端子母头三、4PIN接线端子母头四、LED指示灯、电阻、印刷电路板及热缩管等构成,采用自带螺丝插拔式接线端子设计而成的接线排一次接线锁紧后,后续使用均为插拔式,方便后续检修和故障筛查。接线排设计了一个LED指示灯能方便检测电路中12V电源是否接通。4组接线端子不分出入,方便总线手拉手连接布线规范,印刷电路板连接4PIN接线端子母头一、4PIN接线端子母头二、4PIN接线端子母头三、4PIN接线端子母头四、LED指示灯及电阻,热缩管包裹印刷电路板,4PIN自带螺丝缩紧接线端子公头一插入4PIN接线端子母头一,4PIN自带螺丝缩紧接线端子公头二插入4PIN接线端子母头二,4PIN自带螺丝缩紧接线端子公头三插入4PIN接线端子母头三,4PIN自带螺丝缩紧接线端子公头四插入4PIN接线端子母头四。输入低压总线线材一双绞线12V、GND、A、B接入4PIN自带螺丝缩紧接线端子公头一插入4PIN接线端子母头一,如输入线路12V供电正常LED指示灯将亮起,如输入线路12V供电异常LED指示灯将不会亮起。总线设备一接入4PIN自带螺丝缩紧接线端子公头二插入4PIN接线端子母头二,即接入了总线网络。总线设备二接入4PIN自带螺丝缩紧接线端子公头三插入4PIN接线端子母头三,即接入了总线网络,输出低压总线线材二双绞线12V、GND、A、B接入4PIN自带螺丝缩紧接线端子公头四插入4PIN接线端子母头四,向下一总线设备三延伸,如图所示。本发明的有益效果是:在86底盒中总线接线规范,接线排设计了一个LED指示灯能方便检测电路中12V电源是否接通,结构简单方便使用效果好,产品实物见图2。
