本发明公开了一种高压电力穿刺线夹,包括线压上盖和线压下盖,所述线压上盖和线压下盖之间的中间位置设有齿轮,所述齿轮上横向设有固定螺栓,所述齿轮的左侧与下齿条相啮合,右侧与上齿条相啮合,所述下齿条对应的线压上盖上设有齿条限位槽,而所述上齿条对应的线压下盖上同样设有齿条限位槽,所述下齿条下部的左侧固定设有啮合下盖,所述上齿条上部的右侧设有啮合上盖,所述啮合上盖和啮合下盖上都设有弧形的绝缘护套,所述绝缘护套上设有穿刺刀片。本发明通过齿轮、齿条相互啮合夹紧电力线缆,和通过传统的螺栓组件夹紧电力线缆相比,具有优异的防松动效果,有效保证长期工作的稳定可靠性。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及架空线路电力金具技术领域,具体为一种高压电力穿刺线夹。
背景技术
在架空电力线路的施工中,当电缆需做分支或接续时,需要用接续线夹将两根绝缘导线连接在一起。接续线夹尤其是穿刺型接续线夹具有安装简便,低成本,安全可靠免维护的特点。无需截断主电缆、无需剥去电缆的绝缘层即可做电缆分支,接头完全绝缘,可带电作业,可以在电缆任意位置作现场分支;不需使用终端箱、分线箱;且接头耐扭曲,防震、防水、防腐蚀老化;综合效益明显,性价比优于以往的传统连接方式。
传统的穿刺线夹主要由增强壳体、穿刺刀片、防水硅脂、高强度螺栓和螺母组成,其螺母优选力矩螺母,其结构较为成熟,也得到较为广泛的应用。但是传统穿刺线夹也存在不足之处,夹线的压力依靠普通螺栓组件的压力,其牢固性较差,容易松动。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种结构新颖、稳定可靠的高压电力穿刺线夹。
本发明采用的技术方案为:
一种高压电力穿刺线夹,包括线压上盖和线压下盖,其创新点在于:所述线压上盖和线压下盖之间的中间位置设有齿轮,所述齿轮上横向设有固定螺栓,所述齿轮的左侧与下齿条相啮合,右侧与上齿条相啮合,所述下齿条对应的线压上盖上设有齿条限位槽,而所述上齿条对应的线压下盖上同样设有齿条限位槽,所述下齿条下部的左侧固定设有啮合下盖,所述上齿条上部的右侧设有啮合上盖,所述啮合上盖和啮合下盖上都设有弧形的绝缘护套,所述绝缘护套上设有穿刺刀片,所述绝缘护套与穿刺刀片所对应的线压上盖和线压下盖上同样设有绝缘护套与穿刺刀片,所述线压上盖和线压下盖两侧之间设有导柱,所述导柱的内侧设有导轨,所述导轨分别与啮合下盖和啮合上盖相配合。
本发明的有益效果如下:
本发明通过齿轮、齿条相互啮合夹紧电力线缆,和通过传统的螺栓组件夹紧电力线缆相比,具有优异的防松动效果,有效保证长期工作的稳定可靠性;本发明结构新颖,牢固稳定,提高了整个穿刺线夹的使用寿命。

具体实施方式
如图1所示的一种高压电力穿刺线夹,包括线压上盖1和线压下盖2,所述线压上盖1和线压下盖2之间的中间位置设有齿轮3,所述齿轮3上横向设有固定螺栓4,所述齿轮3的左侧与下齿条5相啮合,右侧与上齿条6相啮合,所述下齿条5对应的线压上盖1上设有齿条限位槽7,而所述上齿条6对应的线压下盖2上同样设有齿条限位槽7,所述下齿条5下部的左侧固定设有啮合下盖8,所述上齿条6上部的右侧设有啮合上盖9,所述啮合上盖9和啮合下盖8上都设有弧形的绝缘护套10,所述绝缘护套10上设有穿刺刀片11,所述绝缘护套10与穿刺刀片11所对应的线压上盖1和线压下盖2上同样设有绝缘护套10与穿刺刀片11,所述线压上盖1和线压下盖2两侧之间设有导柱12,所述导柱12的内侧设有导轨13,所述导轨13分别与啮合下盖8和啮合上盖9相配合。

1.一种高压电力穿刺线夹,包括线压上盖和线压下盖,其特征在于:所述线压上盖和线压下盖之间的中间位置设有齿轮,所述齿轮上横向设有固定螺栓,所述齿轮的左侧与下齿条相啮合,右侧与上齿条相啮合,所述下齿条对应的线压上盖上设有齿条限位槽,而所述上齿条对应的线压下盖上同样设有齿条限位槽,所述下齿条下部的左侧固定设有啮合下盖,所述上齿条上部的右侧设有啮合上盖,所述啮合上盖和啮合下盖上都设有弧形的绝缘护套,所述绝缘护套上设有穿刺刀片,所述绝缘护套与穿刺刀片所对应的线压上盖和线压下盖上同样设有绝缘护套与穿刺刀片,所述线压上盖和线压下盖两侧之间设有导柱,所述导柱的内侧设有导轨,所述导轨分别与啮合下盖和啮合上盖相配合。
