技术领域
本发明属于电缆领域,尤其涉及一种新型阻水发电机用电缆。
背景技术
风能是一种清洁可再生能源,随着能源匮乏的日益加重,风能与存在于自然界的矿物燃料能源,如煤、石油、天然气等的本质不同体现在它不会随着本身的转化和利用而减少,是一种取之不尽、用之不竭的能源。
在自然界中由于风力的方向是不确定的,风机的方向也是随着风力的方向的变化而变化的。风力发电机电缆及所有电气控制和通信电缆均从机舱通过塔筒,直到引到地面控制柜。如果风力方向经常发生改变,就会引起电缆严重扭曲同时在阴雨天还会遇到雨水。随着科学技术的发展风力发电机发出来的电由原来的低压输出变出了中压输出降低了损耗。这就要求一方面此发电系统应具备对电缆扭曲和阻水的保护功能同时电压由低压变成了中压。在这种工作环境下是很难做到的。另一方面必须是考虑电缆本身应具有一定的抗扭曲能力和阻水能力,即在一定温度下电缆扭曲某特定角度和次数以及遇到雨水时,连续几千次甚至上万次,电缆仍然能够保持正常运行,电缆导体不发生断线,绝缘和护套材料也不发生开裂以及因雨水而发生短路。但是,迄今为止还没有一种具有优异的抗扭曲和阻水性能的中压风力发电机专用电缆。
发明内容
本专利是为避免上述现有技术所存在的不足之处,提供一种耐温、耐油、耐紫外光、防水含氯的低烟无卤橡胶形成电缆护套层,使电缆的机械性能有了很大的提高,同时在电缆遇火灾时无有毒气体放出,电缆可随风车自由扭转的新型阻水发电机用电缆。
本发明是采取以下技术方案来实现的:一种新型阻水发电机用电缆,它是由控制线芯、阻水填充层、内护套层、芳纶丝纤维编织屏蔽层、抗扭承重加强层、绝缘层以及外护套层组成,所述控制线芯设置有三组,所述控制线芯是由导体、丁腈绝缘层、非磁性金属铠装层、镀银铜丝屏蔽层以及金属纤维编织屏蔽层组成,所述阻水填充层之外包裹一层内护套层,所述内护套层之外包裹一层芳纶丝纤维编织屏蔽层,所述芳纶丝纤维编织屏蔽层之外包裹一层抗扭承重加强层,所述抗扭承重加强层之外包裹一层绝缘层,所述绝缘层之外包裹一层外护套层,所述内护套层以及外护套层为低烟无卤聚乙烯护套层。
所述控制线芯导体的横截面直径长为2毫米。
综上所述本发明具有以下有益效果:耐温、耐油、耐紫外光、防水含氯的低烟无卤橡胶形成电缆护套层,使电缆的机械性能有了很大的提高,同时在电缆遇火灾时无有毒气体放出,电缆可随风车自由扭转。

如图1所示,一种新型阻水发电机用电缆,它是由控制线芯1、阻水填充层2、内护套层3、芳纶丝纤维编织屏蔽层7、抗扭承重加强层4、绝缘层5以及外护套层6组成,所述控制线芯1设置有三组,所述控制线芯1是由导体11、丁腈绝缘层12、非磁性金属铠装层13、镀银铜丝屏蔽层14以及金属纤维编织屏蔽层15组成,所述阻水填充层2之外包裹一层内护套层3,所述内护套层3之外包裹一层芳纶丝纤维编织屏蔽层4,所述芳纶丝纤维编织屏蔽层4之外包裹一层抗扭承重加强层5,所述抗扭承重加强层5之外包裹一层绝缘层6,所述绝缘层6之外包裹一层外护套层7,所述内护套层3以及外护套层7为低烟无卤聚乙烯护套层。
