本发明涉及电缆领域,尤其涉及一种抗磁屏蔽电力电缆。
背景技术
目前,在钢铁厂、电厂以及铜冶炼厂等领域内使用的电缆,对电缆的各方面质量要求都很高,因为这些领域内安全性非常的重要,一般是不容许有安全隐患存在的,那么在这些领域内就应当使用一些具有绝缘性能,抗干扰性强,同时还具有耐热耐高温,防火阻燃好的电缆,才能够更好的保障以及提高安全性。
发明内容
为了克服上述现有技术的缺陷,本发明的目的是提供一种具有阻燃,耐高温,防火的优点的抗磁屏蔽电力电缆。
本发明是采取以下技术方案来实现的:一种抗磁屏蔽电力电缆,它是由铜导体、聚氯乙烯绝缘层、镀银铜带屏蔽层、镀银钢带铠装层以及低烟无卤乙丙烯护套层组成,所述铜导体之外包裹一层聚氯乙烯绝缘层,所述聚氯乙烯绝缘层之外包裹一层镀银铜带屏蔽层,所述镀银铜带屏蔽层之外包裹一层镀银钢带铠装层,所述镀银钢带铠装层之外包裹一层低烟无卤乙丙烯护套层。
所述镀银铜带屏蔽层内部挤包有一根钢丝抗拉线。
所述低烟无卤乙丙烯护套层内部对称挤包有两根铜丝引流线。
综上所述本发明具有以下有益效果:本电缆具有良好的绝缘性能,抗干扰性强,还具有耐热耐高温,防火阻燃的特点,广泛应用于钢铁厂、电厂以及铜冶炼厂等高温场所。

如图1所示:一种抗磁屏蔽电力电缆,它是由铜导体1、聚氯乙烯绝缘层2、镀银铜带屏蔽层3、镀银钢带铠装层4以及低烟无卤乙丙烯护套层5组成,所述铜导体1之外包裹一层聚氯乙烯绝缘层2,所述聚氯乙烯绝缘层2之外包裹一层镀银铜带屏蔽层3,所述镀银铜带屏蔽层3之外包裹一层镀银钢带铠装层4,所述镀银钢带铠装层4之外包裹一层低烟无卤乙丙烯护套层5。
所述镀银铜带屏蔽层3内部挤包有一根钢丝抗拉线6。
所述低烟无卤乙丙烯护套层5内部对称挤包有两根铜丝引流线7。
本电缆的允许弯曲半径为电缆外径的18倍;本电缆的屏蔽抑制系数小于0.85;可以经受交流50HZ,3.5Kv/5min电压而不被击穿。
