The display of the existing input content or the content of the search candidate word set is displayed in a manner of pulling down static content below the input box. If the content required by the user does not exist in the currently displayed content, the user is required to manually page to load more content.
However, since the screen area of the electronic device with the display screen including the touch screen is generally small, the amount of static information that can be displayed in the screen is limited, which causes inconvenience for the user to input and a large operation cost for the user to obtain more information. The server 105 may be a server providing various services, such as a background server providing support for retrieval-like applications displayed on the terminal devices 101, 102, 103. The background server may analyze and otherwise process the received data such as the search request, and feed back a processing result (e.g., a search result) to the terminal device.

In some optional implementations of the present embodiment, the first display unit 504 of the information display apparatus 500 provided in the present embodiment is further configured to: and displaying each piece of bullet screen information on a display screen of the terminal according to the display sequence of the set bullet screen information. For specific processing and beneficial effects thereof, reference may be made to the related description of the implementation manner of step 408 in the embodiment 400 corresponding to fig. 4, which is not described herein again.
In some optional implementations of the present embodiment, the first display unit 504 of the information display apparatus 500 provided in the present embodiment is further configured to: and displaying the bullet screen information on a display screen of the terminal according to a preset speed. For the specific processing and the beneficial effects thereof, reference may be made to the related description of the implementation manner of step 204 in the corresponding embodiment of fig. 2, which is not described herein again.
Referring now to FIG. 6, shown is a block diagram of a computer system 600 suitable for use in implementing a terminal device of an embodiment of the present application.
As shown in fig. 6, the computer system 600 includes a Central Processing Unit (CPU)601 that can perform various appropriate actions and processes according to a program stored in a Read Only Memory (ROM)602 or a program loaded from a storage section 608 into a Random Access Memory (RAM) 603. In the RAM 603, various programs and data necessary for the operation of the system 600 are also stored. The CPU 601, ROM 602, and RAM 603 are connected to each other via a bus 604. An input/output (I/O) interface 605 is also connected to bus 604.
The following components are connected to the I/O interface 605: an input section 606 including a display screen, a keyboard, a stylus, and the like; an output portion 607 including such as a display screen and a speaker; a storage section 608 including a hard disk and the like; and a communication section 609 including a network interface card such as a LAN card, a modem, or the like. The communication section 609 performs communication processing via a network such as the internet. The driver 610 is also connected to the I/O interface 605 as needed. A removable medium 611 such as an SD card, a TF card, or the like is mounted on the drive 610 as necessary, so that a computer program read out therefrom is mounted in the storage section 608 as necessary.
In particular, according to an embodiment of the present disclosure, the processes described above with reference to the flowcharts may be implemented as computer software programs. For example, embodiments of the present disclosure include a computer program product comprising a computer program tangibly embodied on a machine-readable medium, the computer program comprising program code for performing the method illustrated in the flow chart. In such an embodiment, the computer program may be downloaded and installed from a network through the communication section 609, and/or installed from the removable medium 611. The computer program performs the above-described functions defined in the method of the present application when executed by a Central Processing Unit (CPU) 601.
The flowchart and block diagrams in the figures illustrate the architecture, functionality, and operation of possible implementations of systems, methods and computer program products according to various embodiments of the present application. In this regard, each block in the flowchart or block diagrams may represent a module, segment, or portion of code, which comprises one or more executable instructions for implementing the specified logical function(s). It should also be noted that, in some alternative implementations, the functions noted in the block may occur out of the order noted in the figures. For example, two blocks shown in succession may, in fact, be executed substantially concurrently, or the blocks may sometimes be executed in the reverse order, depending upon the functionality involved. It will also be noted that each block of the block diagrams and/or flowchart illustration, and combinations of blocks in the block diagrams and/or flowchart illustration, can be implemented by special purpose hardware-based systems which perform the specified functions or acts, or combinations of special purpose hardware and computer instructions.
The units described in the embodiments of the present application may be implemented by software or hardware. The described units may also be provided in a processor, and may be described as: a processor includes an acquisition unit, a retrieval unit, a bullet screen information generation unit, a first display unit, and a second display unit. The names of these units do not in some cases constitute a limitation on the unit itself, and for example, the acquisition unit may also be described as a "unit that acquires information input by a user through a terminal".
As another aspect, the present application also provides a non-volatile computer storage medium, which may be the non-volatile computer storage medium included in the apparatus in the above-described embodiments; or it may be a non-volatile computer storage medium that exists separately and is not incorporated into the terminal. The non-transitory computer storage medium stores one or more programs that, when executed by a device, cause the device to: acquiring information input by a user through a terminal; retrieving according to the information to obtain at least one retrieval result; generating a piece of barrage information for each retrieval result in the at least one retrieval result; displaying the bullet screen information on a display screen of the terminal; and responding to the selection of the user on the bullet screen information, and displaying a retrieval result corresponding to the selected bullet screen information on the display screen.
The above description is only a preferred embodiment of the application and is illustrative of the principles of the technology employed. It will be appreciated by a person skilled in the art that the scope of the invention as referred to in the present application is not limited to the embodiments with a specific combination of the above-mentioned features, but also covers other embodiments with any combination of the above-mentioned features or their equivalents without departing from the inventive concept. For example, the above features may be replaced with (but not limited to) features having similar functions disclosed in the present application.

Claims (10)

1. An information display method, characterized in that the method comprises:
acquiring information input by a user through a terminal;
retrieving according to the information to obtain at least one retrieval result;
for each retrieval result in the at least one retrieval result, generating a similarity for representing the similarity between the retrieval result and the information;
generating a piece of barrage information for each retrieval result in the at least one retrieval result;
sorting the retrieval results according to the sequence of similarity from large to small to obtain the similarity sorting sequence of the retrieval results;
setting the display sequence of each piece of bullet screen information in the bullet screen information as the similarity sequencing sequence of the retrieval results corresponding to the bullet screen information;
determining at least one of the following bullet screen information according to the display sequence of the bullet screen information: the display speed, the character font color, the character font size, the brightness of the picture and the contrast of the picture;
displaying the bullet screen information on a display screen of the terminal;
responding to the selection of the user on the bullet screen information, and displaying a retrieval result corresponding to the selected bullet screen information on the display screen;
wherein, said show on the display screen of terminal said bullet screen information includes:
and displaying each piece of bullet screen information on a display screen of the terminal according to the set display sequence of each piece of bullet screen information.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein the barrage information comprises at least one of: text information and picture information.
3. The method of claim 1, wherein said retrieving according to said information to obtain at least one retrieval result comprises:
and taking the information as the input of the input method application, and searching in a word bank of the input method application to obtain at least one search result.
4. The method of claim 1, wherein said retrieving according to said information to obtain at least one retrieval result comprises:
and taking the information as the input of a retrieval application, and generating at least one retrieval result by using the retrieval result returned by the retrieval application.
5. The method according to any one of claims 1-4, wherein the displaying the barrage information on the display screen of the terminal comprises:
and displaying the bullet screen information on a display screen of the terminal according to a preset speed.
6. An information display apparatus, characterized in that the apparatus comprises:
the terminal comprises an acquisition unit, a processing unit and a display unit, wherein the acquisition unit is configured to acquire information input by a user through the terminal;
the retrieval unit is configured to perform retrieval according to the information to obtain at least one retrieval result;
a similarity generating unit configured to generate, for each of the at least one search result, a similarity characterizing similarity between the search result and the information;
the bullet screen information generating unit is configured to generate a piece of bullet screen information for each retrieval result in the at least one retrieval result, sort the retrieval results in a similarity descending order to obtain a similarity sorting order of the retrieval results, and set a display order of each piece of bullet screen information in the bullet screen information as the similarity sorting order of the retrieval results corresponding to the bullet screen information;
the first display unit is configured to display the barrage information on a display screen of the terminal;
the second display unit is used for responding to the selection of the user on the bullet screen information and displaying a retrieval result corresponding to the selected bullet screen information on the display screen;
wherein, the bullet screen information generating unit further comprises:
the determining module is configured to determine at least one of the following bullet screen information according to the set display sequence of the bullet screen information: the display speed, the character font color, the character font size, the brightness of the picture and the contrast of the picture;
the first display unit is further configured to:
and displaying each piece of bullet screen information on a display screen of the terminal according to the set display sequence of each piece of bullet screen information.
7. The apparatus of claim 6, wherein the barrage information comprises at least one of: text information and picture information.
8. The apparatus according to claim 6, wherein the retrieving unit is further configured to:
and taking the information as the input of the input method application, and searching in a word bank of the input method application to obtain at least one search result.
9. The apparatus according to claim 6, wherein the retrieving unit is further configured to:
and taking the information as the input of a retrieval application, and generating at least one retrieval result by using the retrieval result returned by the retrieval application.
10. The apparatus of any of claims 6-9, wherein the first display unit is further configured to:
and displaying the bullet screen information on a display screen of the terminal according to a preset speed.
