Abstract
一种耐冲蚀可调节型旋塞阀,包括阀体和旋塞,软质的阀座固定在阀体中和旋塞密封配合,旋塞内置带有通径的保护套,旋塞和保护套转动配合,该保护套的下根部穿出旋塞并和阀体相对固定。本发明的结构合理,保护套和阀体相对固定,在旋塞转动调节时保护套保持不动,始终挡在阀座的前面,通过的介质只能接触到保护套,不会直接冲刷到阀座,阀座几乎没有冲刷磨损,耐冲蚀性能大大增强,明显减少了阀门的维护检修量,提高了工作效率。
Description
技术领域:本发明涉及一种旋塞阀。
背景技术:较多旋塞阀采用软质的阀座配合旋塞,在旋塞半开调节时,介质流过旋塞会直接冲刷到阀座,损害较大。如果输送的介质腐蚀性强、压力大、流速高,对阀座的冲刷磨损会非常明显,使阀门的维护检修次数增加,影响生产。
发明内容:针对现有技术的不足,本发明提供一种结构合理的耐冲蚀可调节型旋塞阀。
本发明包括阀体和旋塞,软质的阀座固定在阀体中和旋塞密封配合,旋塞内置带有通径的保护套,旋塞和保护套转动配合,该保护套的下根部穿出旋塞并和阀体相对固定。
本发明的结构合理,保护套和阀体相对固定,在旋塞转动调节时保护套保持不动,始终挡在阀座的前面,通过的介质只能接触到保护套,不会直接冲刷到阀座,阀座几乎没有冲刷磨损,耐冲蚀性能大大增强,明显减少了阀门的维护检修量,提高了工作效率。

具体实施方式:如图1至图4所示,阀体1布置有旋塞2,软质的阀座3固定在阀体1中和旋塞2密封配合。旋塞2内置带有通径4的保护套5,旋塞2和保护套5转动配合,该保护套5的下根部穿出旋塞2并和阀体1相对固定。
实际上,旋塞2和保护套5之间一般是间隙配合,这样不影响旋塞2转动,也便于装配。保护套5的下根部是方柱形,阀体1的对应位置设有方形凹坑6配合相对固定。当然,保护套5的下根部也可以是其它造型,只需能够和阀体1相对固定不转动即可。
在旋塞2转动调节时,如图5所示,介质通过需要改变方向,对两侧的冲刷会增强,由于保护套5保持不动,始终挡在阀座3的前面,通过的介质只能接触到保护套5,不会直接冲刷到软质的阀座3。保护套5一般采用金属材质制造,硬度较高,也容易生产。

1.一种耐冲蚀可调节型旋塞阀,包括阀体和旋塞,软质的阀座固定在阀体中和旋塞密封配合,其特征为:旋塞(2)内置带有通径(4)的保护套(5),旋塞(2)和保护套(5)转动配合,该保护套(5)的下根部穿出旋塞(2)并和阀体(1)相对固定。
2.根据权利要求1所述的耐冲蚀可调节型旋塞阀,其特征为:保护套(5)的下根部是方柱形,阀体(1)的对应位置设有方形凹坑(6)配合相对固定。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的耐冲蚀可调节型旋塞阀,其特征为:保护套(5)采用金属材质。
