Abstract

本发明涉及风管技术领域,尤其涉及一种银离子抗菌阻燃风管。所述风管由银离子抗菌阻燃材料制成,所述材料由经纱与纬纱交织而成,所述经纱包括下列重量份组分,40‑50份天然纤维、12‑18份阻燃尼龙、6‑8份银纤维和2‑7份静电纤维,所述纬纱包括下列重量份组分,17‑26份人造纤维、47‑56份石菖蒲纤维、35‑56份阻燃腈纶和18‑30份银离子纤维。该风管材料能持续稳定释放负离子,并通过空调通风管送风系统将释放的负离子扩散到周围空气中,对人体有一定的保健作用,且风管具有杀菌作用,有效抑制细菌滋生,保证通风卫生健康,另一方面,该风管能够有效阻燃,减少安全隐患。

本发明涉及风管技术领域,尤其涉及一种银离子抗菌阻燃风管。
背景技术
随着人们生活水平的不断提高,人们在使用中央空调进行室内或食品行业通风时,需用通风管作为风道,普通的空调通风管使用久了后,污垢较多,无法对空气进行杀菌,如果管内有火情,也无法第一时间获得对火情控制,因此无法满足市场需要。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种抗菌性能优异的银离子抗菌阻燃风管。
本发明是这样实现的:
一种银离子抗菌阻燃风管,所述风管由阴离子抗菌阻燃材料制成,所述材料由经纱与纬纱交织而成,所述经纱包括下列重量份组分,40-50份天然纤维、12-18份阻燃尼龙、6-8份银纤维和2-7份静电纤维,所述纬纱包括下列重量份组分,17-26份人造纤维、47-56份石菖蒲纤维、35-56份阻燃腈纶和18-30份阴离子纤维。
进一步地,所述经纱中的天然纤维和阻燃尼龙缠绕方向相同,而经纱中的银纤维和静电纤维的缠绕方向相同,且经纱中的天然纤维和阻燃尼龙缠绕方向与经纱中的银纤维和静电纤维的缠绕方向相反;所述纬纱中的人造纤维和石菖蒲纤维缠绕方向相同,而纬纱中的阻燃腈纶和阴离子纤维的缠绕方向相同,且纬纱中的人造纤维和石菖蒲纤维缠绕方向与纬纱中的阻燃腈纶和银离子纤维的缠绕方向相反。
进一步地,所述天然纤维为棉纤维、亚麻纤维、竹纤维的一种或几种,所述人造纤维为人造棉、莫代尔纤维、聚酯纤维的一种或几种。
进一步地,所述阴离子纤维包括45%纳米复合陶瓷纤维和55%涤纶纤维。
进一步地,所述经纱和纬纱进过浸泡液浸泡,再进行烘干处理,所述浸泡液包括下列重量份组分,3-8份纳米级负离子粉、900-1000发去离子水、1-3份稀释剂和3-4份粘合剂。
本发明与现有技术相比,有益效果在于:该风管材料能持续稳定释放负离子,并通过空调通风管送风系统将释放的负离子扩散到周围空气中,对人体有一定的保健作用,且风管具有杀菌作用,有效抑制细菌滋生,保证通风卫生健康,另一方面,该风管能够有效阻燃,减少安全隐患。

为了使本发明的目的、技术方案及优点更加清楚明白,以下结合实施例,对本发明进行进一步详细说明。
一种银离子抗菌阻燃风管,所述风管由银离子抗菌阻燃材料制成,所述材料由经纱与纬纱交织而成,所述经纱包括下列重量份组分,45份天然纤维、16份阻燃尼龙、7份银纤维和5份静电纤维,所述纬纱包括下列重量份组分,22份人造纤维、50份石菖蒲纤维、45份阻燃腈纶和22份银离子纤维。
经纱中的天然纤维和阻燃尼龙缠绕方向相同,而经纱中的银纤维和静电纤维的缠绕方向相同,且经纱中的天然纤维和阻燃尼龙缠绕方向与经纱中的银纤维和静电纤维的缠绕方向相反;所述纬纱中的人造纤维和石菖蒲纤维缠绕方向相同,而纬纱中的阻燃腈纶和银离子纤维的缠绕方向相同,且纬纱中的人造纤维和石菖蒲纤维缠绕方向与纬纱中的阻燃腈纶和银离子纤维的缠绕方向相反。
天然纤维为棉纤维、亚麻纤维、竹纤维的一种或几种,所述人造纤维为人造棉、莫代尔纤维、聚酯纤维的一种或几种。
阴离子纤维包括45%纳米复合陶瓷纤维和55%涤纶纤维。
经纱和纬纱进过浸泡液浸泡,再进行烘干处理,所述浸泡液包括下列重量份组分,5份纳米级负离子粉、950发去离子水、2份稀释剂和3份粘合剂。

1.一种银离子抗菌阻燃风管,其特征在于:所述风管由银离子抗菌阻燃材料制成,所述材料由经纱与纬纱交织而成,所述经纱包括下列重量份组分,40-50份天然纤维、12-18份阻燃尼龙、6-8份银纤维和2-7份静电纤维,所述纬纱包括下列重量份组分,17-26份人造纤维、47-56份石菖蒲纤维、35-56份阻燃腈纶和18-30份阴离子纤维。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种银离子抗菌阻燃风管,其特征在于:所述经纱中的天然纤维和阻燃尼龙缠绕方向相同,而经纱中的银纤维和静电纤维的缠绕方向相同,且经纱中的天然纤维和阻燃尼龙缠绕方向与经纱中的银纤维和静电纤维的缠绕方向相反;所述纬纱中的人造纤维和石菖蒲纤维缠绕方向相同,而纬纱中的阻燃腈纶和银离子纤维的缠绕方向相同,且纬纱中的人造纤维和石菖蒲纤维缠绕方向与纬纱中的阻燃腈纶和银离子纤维的缠绕方向相反。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种银离子抗菌阻燃风管,其特征在于:所述天然纤维为棉纤维、亚麻纤维、竹纤维的一种或几种,所述人造纤维为人造棉、莫代尔纤维、聚酯纤维的一种或几种。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种银离子抗菌阻燃风管,其特征在于:所述阴离子纤维包括45%纳米复合陶瓷纤维和55%涤纶纤维。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种银离子抗菌阻燃风管,其特征在于:所述经纱和纬纱进过浸泡液浸泡,再进行烘干处理,所述浸泡液包括下列重量份组分,3-8份纳米级负离子粉、900-1000发去离子水、1-3份稀释剂和3-4份粘合剂。
