Abstract

本发明涉及一种高速齿轮变速箱体的激光修复工艺,具体步骤如下:A.对齿轮变速箱表面进行处理,并进行失效分析;B.对齿轮变速箱体进行预热,同时对箱体的待修复部位进行180‑220℃局部预热;C.根据失效分析的结果,优化工艺参数,进行逐层激光熔覆,从箱体表面的最低点开始激光熔覆,每层熔覆层的厚度小于或等于0.3mm,后一层熔覆层覆盖在前一层熔覆层上;所采用的合金粉末的组分及重量百分比含量为C:0.5‑1.0%,Cr:19‑23%,Si:2.0‑5.0%,B:1.5‑2.0%,W:3.0‑5.0%,Ni:12‑14%,其余为Fe;D.进行检测。本发明只需对箱体进行200℃去油处理,不需要预热较高的温度,控制了整体变形,从而可以减小除熔覆部位以外的组织性能影响,并减小熔覆变形。

技术领域
本发明涉及工业齿轮变速箱的激光熔覆工艺,具体为一种高速齿轮变速箱体的激光修复工艺。
背景技术
工业中传动器在每个行业都应用,齿轮变速箱在传动中承受极大扭力时会给变速箱轴承位产生偏向磨损,导致失效,国内钢厂每年因变速箱损伤导致的齿轮、轴承等失效直接经济损失千万元。而变速箱的设计和制造通常是用铸钢和板件的组合拼接件,而铸铁和铸钢件的焊接性极差,采用普通的堆焊方式极易导致箱体的变形和焊接裂纹,使修复效果失败。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种高速齿轮变速箱体的激光修复工艺,该工艺不需要预热较高的温度,控制了整体变形。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明提供了一种高速齿轮变速箱体的激光修复工艺,具体步骤如下:
A.对需要进行修复的齿轮变速箱表面进行处理,并进行失效分析;
B.对齿轮变速箱体进行预热,同时对箱体的待修复部位进行180-220℃局部预热;
C.根据失效分析的结果,优化工艺参数,进行逐层激光熔覆,从箱体表面的最低点开始激光熔覆,每层熔覆层的厚度小于或等于0.3mm,后一层熔覆层覆盖在前一层熔覆层上;
采用预置送粉的方式,以快速横流二氧化碳激光器为光源对齿轮进行连续搭接扫描;激光功率为1.8-2.0KW,标高为260mm 至280mm,光斑尺寸为10mm×1.8mm,扫描速度为110mm/min 至130mm/min,搭接量为6.5mm,送粉量为10g/min 至14g/min ;所采用的合金粉末的组分及重量百分比含量为C:0.5-1.0%,Cr:19-23%,Si:2.0-5.0%,B:1.5-2.0%, W:3.0-5.0%, Ni:12-14%,其余为Fe;
D.进行检测。
所述步骤A 是将齿轮变速箱上的灰尘、油污、锈蚀清除;检测箱体各部位的尺寸,确定失效部位及其磨损量,确定箱体变形量;去除齿轮变速箱体失效部位的疲劳层1mm 至2mm,并进行清洗。
所述步骤D 是检测齿轮变速箱表面硬度;检测箱体变形量;对箱体表面进行机械加工;进行探伤、校验。
本发明的技术效果:本发明利用激光独具的单色性、相干性、方向性和高亮度的特点,通过制定的激光熔覆工艺,用具有高的耐磨性和湿润性的铁基合金粉末对产品表面熔覆。只对箱体200℃去油处理而不需要预热较高的温度,控制了整体变形,由于激光加工技术是急热急冷的过程,对基体的热量输入少,从而可以减小对熔覆部位以外的组织性能的影响,并减小熔覆变形,熔覆后表面硬度达30-40HRC,耐磨性好、无裂纹、气孔等缺陷。
具体实施方式
本实施例的高速齿轮变速箱体的激光修复工艺,具体步骤如下:
A.对需要进行修复的齿轮变速箱表面进行处理,并进行失效分析;
B.对齿轮变速箱体进行预热,同时对箱体的待修复部位进行200℃局部预热;
C.根据失效分析的结果,优化工艺参数,进行逐层激光熔覆,从箱体表面的最低点开始激光熔覆,每层熔覆层的厚度小于或等于0.3mm,后一层熔覆层覆盖在前一层熔覆层上;
采用预置送粉的方式,以快速横流二氧化碳激光器为光源对齿轮进行连续搭接扫描;激光功率为1.9KW,标高为270mm,光斑尺寸为10mm×1.8mm,扫描速度为120mm/min,搭接量为6.5mm,送粉量为12g/min ;所采用的合金粉末的组分及重量百分比含量为C:0.5%,Cr:23%,Si: 5.0%, B: 2.0%, W:3.0%, Ni:12%,其余为Fe;
D.进行检测。

经检测,齿轮变速箱经激光修复后,表面硬度达38HRC。

1.一种高速齿轮变速箱体的激光修复工艺,其特征在于:具体步骤如下:
A.对需要进行修复的齿轮变速箱表面进行处理,并进行失效分析;
B.对齿轮变速箱体进行预热,同时对箱体的待修复部位进行220℃局部预热;
C.根据失效分析的结果,优化工艺参数,进行逐层激光熔覆,从箱体表面的最低点开始激光熔覆,每层熔覆层的厚度小于0.3mm,后一层熔覆层覆盖在前一层熔覆层上;
采用预置送粉的方式,以快速横流二氧化碳激光器为光源对齿轮进行连续搭接扫描;激光功率为1.9KW,标高为260mm 至280mm,光斑尺寸为10mm×1.8mm,扫描速度为110mm/min至130mm/min,搭接量为6.5mm,送粉量为12g/min ;所采用的合金粉末的组分及重量百分比含量为C:0.5-1.0%,Cr:19-23%,Si:2.0-5.0%, B:1.5-2.0%, W:3.0-5.0%, Ni:12-14%,其余为Fe;
D.进行检测;
