技术领域
本发明涉及一种耐候耐腐蚀直缝埋弧焊钢管,属于钢管技术领域。
背景技术
直缝埋弧焊钢管广泛应用于陆地及海底的石油、天然气、石油化工、采矿、电力、基建工程、钢结构和供水等领域。近年来世界石油勘探重点已由陆地转向海洋,由浅海转向深海,深海油气勘探开发技术已成为当前全球能源领域研究的热点问题。深海环境十分复杂,海底管道对管线钢材料、管道焊接、施工、维护等提出了比陆上更高的要求。因此,深海用钢管的强度、韧性、抗压性能、耐磨性、耐候性、耐腐蚀性能等指标相比陆地管线都有着严格的要求。
发明内容
本发明的目的是克服现有技术的不足,提供一种耐候耐腐蚀直缝埋弧焊钢管,具有耐磨、耐候、耐腐蚀等优点,钢管力学性能稳定、均匀,满足深海油气输送管道对钢管在耐磨性、耐候性、耐腐蚀性等高可靠性方面的要求。
为了实现上述目的,本发明采用如下技术方案:
一种耐候耐腐蚀直缝埋弧焊钢管,所述直缝埋弧焊钢管由管线钢钢板制造,所述管线钢按重量百分比计,其化学成分为:C 0.10-0.20%、Si 0.80-1.05%、Mn 1.0-1.20%、Ni 0.10-0.30%、Cr 1.50-1.80%、Mo 0.10-0.30%、Cu 0.25-0.30%、Nb 0.05-0.07%、P≤0.010%、S≤0.002%、Ti≤0.02%、B≤0.005%、Cu/Ni≤3、余量为铁和不可避免的杂质,所述直缝埋弧焊钢管内壁和外壁涂有防腐涂料层。
所述的防腐涂料层由以下重量份原料制成:醇酸树脂20-30份、环氧树脂3-5份、石油磺酸钡3-5份、环烷酸锌1-2份、烃类溶剂30-50份、钴催干剂1-3份。
所述的烃类溶剂为二甲苯和甲苯的混合物。
与已有技术相比,本发明的有益效果如下:
本发明的耐候耐腐蚀直缝埋弧焊钢管,通过Ni、Cr、Cu等元素最佳配比使得钢管具有高强度,优异的耐腐蚀性能;通过在直缝埋弧焊钢管内壁和外壁涂有防腐涂料层,使钢管具有耐候、耐腐蚀高性能;本发明的钢管具有耐磨、耐候、耐腐蚀等优点,钢管力学性能稳定、均匀,满足深海油气输送管道对钢管在高塑性、高强度、强韧性、耐磨性等高可靠性方面的要求。本发明的耐腐蚀性能:在湿热试验条件下,平均腐蚀率低于0.0032m2h;在盐雾腐蚀试验条件下,平均腐蚀速率低于0.075m2h。

以下结合实施例对本发明作进一步的说明,但本发明不仅限于这些实施例,在未脱离本发明宗旨的前提下,所作的任何改进均落在本发明的保护范围之内。
实施例1:
一种耐候耐腐蚀直缝埋弧焊钢管,所述直缝埋弧焊钢管由管线钢钢板制造,所述管线钢按重量百分比计,其化学成分为:C 0.10-0.20%、Si 0.80-1.05%、Mn 1.0-1.20%、Ni 0.10-0.30%、Cr 1.50-1.80%、Mo 0.10-0.30%、Cu 0.25-0.30%、Nb 0.05-0.07%、P≤0.010%、S≤0.002%、Ti≤0.02%、B≤0.005%、Cu/Ni≤3、余量为铁和不可避免的杂质,所述直缝埋弧焊钢管内壁和外壁涂有防腐涂料层。
所述的防腐涂料层由以下重量份原料制成:醇酸树脂20份、环氧树脂5份、石油磺酸钡3份、环烷酸锌2份、烃类溶剂30份、钴催干剂1份,所述的烃类溶剂为二甲苯和甲苯的混合物。
本实施例1的耐腐蚀性能:在湿热试验条件下,平均腐蚀率为0.0030m2h;在盐雾腐蚀试验条件下,平均腐蚀速率为0.072m2h。
实施例2:
一种耐候耐腐蚀直缝埋弧焊钢管,所述直缝埋弧焊钢管由管线钢钢板制造,所述管线钢按重量百分比计,其化学成分为:C 0.10-0.20%、Si 0.80-1.05%、Mn 1.0-1.20%、Ni 0.10-0.30%、Cr 1.50-1.80%、Mo 0.10-0.30%、Cu 0.25-0.30%、Nb 0.05-0.07%、P≤0.010%、S≤0.002%、Ti≤0.02%、B≤0.005%、Cu/Ni≤3、余量为铁和不可避免的杂质,所述直缝埋弧焊钢管内壁和外壁涂有防腐涂料层。
所述的防腐涂料层由以下重量份原料制成:醇酸树脂25份、环氧树脂4份、石油磺酸钡4份、环烷酸锌2份、烃类溶剂40份、钴催干剂2份,所述的烃类溶剂为二甲苯和甲苯的混合物。
本实施例2的耐腐蚀性能:在湿热试验条件下,平均腐蚀率为0.0015m2h;在盐雾腐蚀试验条件下,平均腐蚀速率为0.035m2h。
实施例3:
一种耐候耐腐蚀直缝埋弧焊钢管,所述直缝埋弧焊钢管由管线钢钢板制造,所述管线钢按重量百分比计,其化学成分为:C 0.10-0.20%、Si 0.80-1.05%、Mn 1.0-1.20%、Ni 0.10-0.30%、Cr 1.50-1.80%、Mo 0.10-0.30%、Cu 0.25-0.30%、Nb 0.05-0.07%、P≤0.010%、S≤0.002%、Ti≤0.02%、B≤0.005%、Cu/Ni≤3、余量为铁和不可避免的杂质,所述直缝埋弧焊钢管内壁和外壁涂有防腐涂料层。
