Abstract
本发明公开一种电子产品用环保保护贴膜,其压敏改性EVA胶黏剂层由以下组分组成:改性EVA水溶液、丙烯酸异辛酯、去离子水、过氧化二异丙苯、亚甲基双苯二胺、聚甲基苯基硅氧烷、2,5‑二甲基‑2,5‑二(叔丁基过氧化)己烷、三烯丙基异氰脲酸酯、萜烯树、烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚、二甲基亚砜,改性EVA水溶液进一步通过以下步骤获得:将聚乙烯醇、异辛酸钠、亚硫酸钾盐和硫酸亚铁溶解在离子水中形成水性混合物;依次注入醋酸乙烯酯、丙烯酸、过氧化二异丙苯、氧化剂为叔丁基过氧化氢、亚硫酸钠盐。本发明电子产品用环保保护贴膜实现了EVA胶黏剂层在常温具有粘性和压敏性,且压敏改性EVA胶黏剂层为水性体系环保。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种保护膜,特别涉及一种电子产品用环保保护贴膜。
背景技术
玻璃、金属板材、塑料板材等材料在搬运和使用过程中,其表面容易受到接触性污染或磨痕划伤,所以通常采用保护膜覆盖在其表面使之免受损伤和污染。现有技术中所用到的保护膜基本都为平面保护膜,通常情况下它包括基材层、乳着层和离型层。所述的基材层通常为聚碳酸酯、聚乙烯、PET、定向拉伸聚丙烯或是芳族聚醋等材质所组成,基材层为保护膜的主要结构层;黏着层贴浮于基材层的一侧,通常由含有烷氧基硅烷的聚合物或丙烯酸聚合物等所构成,用以将基材层张贴于欲保护的物体表面;而离型层用于保护未使用状态下的保护膜,使用时将离型层去掉将其粘附在物体表面。这样这种普通的平面保护膜由三层构成,成本比较高,且随着湿度、温度和周围环境的其他情况的变化,黏着层容易受潮或受到化学反应产生基材层脱落的现象;当需要更换或者是处理原来的保护膜时候,由于黏着层长时间贴于被贴物会出现残胶现象,不易处理;并且生产和使用保护膜过程中,黏着层的化学材质和离型层会产生大量污染,同时该保护膜也不可以循环使用,不利于节能环保。
发明内容
本发明提供一种电子产品用环保保护贴膜,此电子产品用环保保护贴膜实现了EVA胶黏剂层在常温具有粘性和压敏性,且压敏改性EVA胶黏剂层为水性体系环保,无刺激性气味,也方便电子产品用环保保护贴膜重复利用和回收,大大减少了污染。
为达到上述目的,本发明采用的技术方案是:一种电子产品用环保保护贴膜,包括聚丙烯薄膜、压敏改性EVA胶黏剂层和离型材料层,所述压敏改性EVA胶黏剂层位于聚丙烯薄膜和离型材料层之间;
所述压敏改性EVA胶黏剂层由以下重量份组分组成:
改性EVA水溶液 100份,
丙烯酸异辛酯 10~20份,
去离子水 20~30份,
过氧化二异丙苯 5~8份,
亚甲基双苯二胺 4~6份,
聚甲基苯基硅氧烷 3~5份,
2,5-二甲基-2,5-二(叔丁基过氧化)己烷 2~4份,
三烯丙基异氰脲酸酯 1~2份,
萜烯树 1~2份,
烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚 0.5~2份;
二甲基亚砜 0.5~1份,
所述改性EVA水溶液包括以下重量份组分组成:
聚乙烯醇 20~40份,
异辛酸钠 6~8份,
亚硫酸钾盐 2~4份,
硫酸亚铁 0.05~0.1份,
醋酸乙烯酯单体 100份,
丙烯酸 10~20份,
过氧化二异丙苯 0.05~1份,
叔丁基过氧化 氢 0.25~0.5份,
亚硫酸钠盐 0.5~1份。
上述技术方案中进一步改进的技术方案如下:
1. 上述方案中,所述步骤二中高压釜的压力为5~10MPa。
2. 上述方案中,所述叔丁基过氧化氢、与亚硫酸钠盐的重量份比例为1:2。
由于上述技术方案运用,本发明与现有技术相比具有下列优点和效果:
1. 本发明电子产品用环保保护贴膜,其采用丙烯酸并结合硫酸亚铁、聚乙烯醇,改性了由乙烯、醋酸乙烯酯形成的乙烯-醋酸乙烯共聚物,配合丙烯酸异辛酯、亚甲基双苯二胺和过氧化二异丙苯实现了EVA胶黏剂层在常温具有粘性和压敏性,且压敏改性EVA胶黏剂层为水性体系环保,无刺激性气味,也方便电子产品用环保保护贴膜重复利用和回收,大大减少了污染;其次,进一步加入2,5-二甲基-2,5-二(叔丁基过氧化)己烷、三烯丙基异氰脲酸酯进一步提高了改性EVA胶黏剂层与聚丙烯薄膜的附着力。
2. 本发明电子产品用环保保护贴膜,其体系中加入烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚、二甲基亚砜能使固体物料更易被水浸湿的物质。通过降低其表面张力或界面张力,使水能展开在固体物料表面上,或透入其表面,而把固体物料润湿;其次,其添加聚甲基苯基硅氧烷改善体系的相容性和表面张力,有利于更好低在涂布过程中实现涂液涂布。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图及实施例对本发明作进一步描述:
实施例1~4: 一种电子产品用环保保护贴膜,包括聚丙烯薄膜1、压敏改性EVA胶黏剂层2和离型材料层3,所述压敏改性EVA胶黏剂层2位于聚丙烯薄膜1和离型材料层3之间;
所述压敏改性EVA胶黏剂层2由以下重量份组分组成:

所述改性EVA水溶液包括以下重量份组分组成,见表2所示,还包括去离子水作为溶剂:

所述改性EVA水溶液进一步通过以下步骤获得:
步骤一、将20~40份聚乙烯醇、6~8份异辛酸钠、2~4份亚硫酸钾盐和0.05~0.1份硫酸亚铁溶解在离子水中形成水性混合物;
步骤二、将步骤一的水性混合物放入高压釜中,再通入乙烯置换出高压釜内的空气;
步骤三、将反应釜夹套水将物料升温至反应温度80℃并搅拌,依次注入100份醋酸乙烯酯单体、10~20份丙烯酸、0.05~1份过氧化二异丙苯、0.25~0.5份叔丁基过氧化氢、0.5~1份亚硫酸钠盐;
步骤四、降温至40℃以下形成所述改性EVA水溶液。
上述步骤二中高压釜的压力为8MPa。

采用上述电子产品用环保保护贴膜时,其采用丙烯酸并结合硫酸亚铁、聚乙烯醇,改性了由乙烯、醋酸乙烯酯形成的乙烯-醋酸乙烯共聚物,配合丙烯酸异辛酯、亚甲基双苯二胺和过氧化二异丙苯实现了EVA胶黏剂层在常温具有粘性和压敏性,且压敏改性EVA胶黏剂层为水性体系环保,无刺激性气味,也方便电子产品用环保保护贴膜重复利用和回收,大大减少了污染;其次,进一步加入2,5-二甲基-2,5-二(叔丁基过氧化)己烷、三烯丙基异氰脲酸酯进一步提高了改性EVA胶黏剂层与聚丙烯薄膜的附着力;再次,其体系中加入烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚、二甲基亚砜能使固体物料更易被水浸湿的物质。通过降低其表面张力或界面张力,使水能展开在固体物料表面上,或透入其表面,而把固体物料润湿;其次,其添加聚甲基苯基硅氧烷改善体系的相容性和表面张力,有利于更好低在涂布过程中实现涂液涂布。

1.一种电子产品用环保保护贴膜,其特征在于:包括聚丙烯薄膜(1)、压敏改性EVA胶黏剂层(2)和离型材料层(3),所述压敏改性EVA胶黏剂层(2)位于聚丙烯薄膜(1)和离型材料层(3)之间;
所述压敏改性EVA胶黏剂层(2)由以下重量份组分组成:
改性EVA水溶液 100份,
丙烯酸异辛酯 10~20份,
去离子水 20~30份,
过氧化二异丙苯 5~8份,
亚甲基双苯二胺 4~6份,
聚甲基苯基硅氧烷 3~5份,
2,5-二甲基-2,5-二(叔丁基过氧化)己烷 2~4份,
三烯丙基异氰脲酸酯 1~2份,
萜烯树 1~2份,
烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚 0.5~2份;
二甲基亚砜 0.5~1份,
所述改性EVA水溶液包括以下重量份组分组成:
聚乙烯醇 20~40份,
异辛酸钠 6~8份,
亚硫酸钾盐 2~4份,
硫酸亚铁 0.05~0.1份,
醋酸乙烯酯单体 100份,
丙烯酸 10~20份,
过氧化二异丙苯 0.05~1份,
叔丁基过氧化氢 0.25~0.5份,
亚硫酸钠盐 0.5~1份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的电子产品用环保保护贴膜,其特征在于:所述步骤二中高压釜的压力为5~10MPa。
3.根据权利要求1所述的电子产品用环保保护贴膜,其特征在于:所述叔丁基过氧化氢、与亚硫酸钠盐的重量份比例为1:2。
