本发明公开了一种抗菌塑料,由以下质量份数的原料制成:聚氯乙烯28‑30份,苯基硅油4‑7份,苯胺4‑5份,乙烯基三甲氧基硅烷7‑9份,钙锌盐1‑3份,钛酸酯4‑5份,硅橡胶3‑5份,聚丙烯纤维4‑7份,碳纤维5‑8份,钛白粉6‑7份,纳米氧化铝4‑6份,羟丙基甲基纤维素6‑8份,山梨醇4‑6份,氧化锌5‑8份。本发明抗菌能力强,能够防止细菌滋生,强度高,耐热行好。

本发明涉及无机非金属材料技术领域,尤其涉及一种抗菌塑料。
背景技术
塑料管在输送自来水的过程中,由于水中存在各种微生物,在塑料内管壁上常常会产生一些青苔,为细菌等微生物提供了滋养空间,对人们的健康带来潜在的威胁,目前急需一种塑料管制品来解决上述存在的问题。
发明内容
为解决上述存在的问题,本发明提供一种抗菌能力强,能够防止细菌滋生,强度高,耐热行好的抗菌塑料。
本发明解决上述技术问题采用的技术方案为:一种抗菌塑料,由以下质量份数的原料制成:
聚氯乙烯28-30份,苯基硅油4-7份,苯胺4-5份,乙烯基三甲氧基硅烷7-9份,钙锌盐1-3份,钛酸酯4-5份,硅橡胶3-5份,聚丙烯纤维4-7份,碳纤维5-8份,钛白粉6-7份,纳米氧化铝4-6份,羟丙基甲基纤维素6-8份,山梨醇4-6份,氧化锌5-8份。
上述的抗菌塑料,由以下质量份数的原料制成:
聚氯乙烯29份,苯基硅油6份,苯胺4.6份,乙烯基三甲氧基硅烷8份,钙锌盐2份,钛酸酯4.5份,硅橡胶4份,聚丙烯纤维5份,碳纤维6份,钛白粉6.5份,纳米氧化铝5份,羟丙基甲基纤维素7份,山梨醇5份,氧化锌6份。
本发明解决技术问题所带来的有益效果在于:本发明抗菌能力强,能够防止细菌滋生,强度高,耐热行好。

聚氯乙烯29份,苯基硅油6份,苯胺4.6份,乙烯基三甲氧基硅烷8份,钙锌盐2份,钛酸酯4.5份,硅橡胶4份,聚丙烯纤维5份,碳纤维6份,钛白粉6.5份,纳米氧化铝5份,羟丙基甲基纤维素7份,山梨醇5份,氧化锌6份。

一种抗菌塑料,由以下质量份数的原料制成:
聚氯乙烯30份,苯基硅油7份,苯胺5份,乙烯基三甲氧基硅烷9份,钙锌盐3份,钛酸酯5份,硅橡胶5份,聚丙烯纤维7份,碳纤维8份,钛白粉7份,纳米氧化铝6份,羟丙基甲基纤维素8份,山梨醇6份,氧化锌8份。
