背景技术
工业级的谷氨酸中谷氨酸含量低,且带有一定量的杂质,要运用到食品加工业需要进一步的精制提纯。传统的精制系统不能满足大量、连续化的精制工序,需要停运后进行辅料、助剂的添加等等。
发明内容
发明目的:本发明目的在于针对现有技术的不足,提供一种谷氨酸精制系统。
技术方案:为了达到上述发明目的,本发明具体是采用以下方法来实现:一种谷氨酸精制系统,包括配料罐、脱色罐、压滤器、等电提取罐、离心机和流化床干燥机,所述配料罐、脱色罐、压滤器、等电提取罐、离心机和流化床干燥机依次相连。
其中,所述配料罐另连接去离子水箱。
其中,所述脱色罐与活性炭加料箱相连。
其中,所述等电提取罐另连接硫酸加液箱。
有益效果:本发明与传统技术相比,能够进行连续性大量化的工业级谷氨酸精制提纯,有效提高了精制效率,减少了企业的生产成本。
