Abstract
本发明公开了一种潜水式推流曝气机,其特征在于,在电机的输出端端盖上连接有机体座,所述电机的输出轴插入机体座内部中间部位,空心散气叶轮安装在输出轴上,在机体座的顶部中间部位设有密封座,所述空心散气叶轮与密封座之间通过机械密封连接在一起,在机体座的顶部连接有进气管,支撑座安装支撑在电机底端。通过以上设置,本发明用于用于污水处理的曝气充氧,可以直接向污水中充氧曝气,同时又能通过推流作用将氧气向周边扩散,甚至将污水池底的污泥搅动并进行充氧。本发明结构简单,积曝气、充氧、推流于一体,曝气充氧效果好,又降低了能耗。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种用于污水处理领域中的曝气充氧装置,具体说是一种在曝气充氧的同时还具有推流作用的潜水式推流曝气机。
背景技术
现有用于污水处理的曝气充氧设备,主要是有单纯用于生化池曝气充氧的作用,没有推流循环功能。而用于污水处理的水下推流器只具有推流作用,却没有充氧曝气作用。现有用于污水处理的曝气充氧设备曝气设备,只能对局部进行充氧,使充氧不均匀,且没有推流循环作用。存在动力大,能耗高的弊端。由于进气方式的不同,使潜水深度局限性大。
发明内容
本发明的目的便是提供一种既具有充氧曝气功能,又能起到推流作用的潜水式推流曝气机。
为了实现上述目的,本发明在电机的输出端端盖上连接有机体座,所述电机的输出轴插入机体座内部中间部位,空心散气叶轮安装在输出轴上,在机体座的顶部中间部位设有密封座,所述空心散气叶轮与密封座之间通过机械密封连接在一起,在机体座的顶部连接有进气管,进气管顶端设有消音器,所述进气管与密封座、机械密封和空心散气叶轮的内部相贯通,支撑座安装支撑在电机的底端。
通过以上设置,本发明用于污水处理的曝气充氧,可以直接向污水中充氧曝气,同时又能通过推流作用将氧气向周边扩散,甚至将污水池底的污泥搅动并进行充氧。本发明结构简单,积曝气、充氧、推流于一体,曝气充氧效果好,又降低了能耗。

具体实施方式
如图1所示,本发明在电机1的输出端端盖2上连接有机体座3,所述电机1的输出轴4插入机体座3内部中间部位,背部安装有螺旋叶片11的空心散气叶轮5安装在输出轴4上,在机体座3的顶部中间部位设有密封座6,所述空心散气叶轮5与密封座6之间通过机械密封7连接在一起,在机体座3的顶部连接有进气管8,进气管顶端设有消音器10,所述进气管8与密封座6、机械密封7和空心散气叶轮5的内部相贯通,支撑座9安装支撑在电机的底端。通过以上设置,本发明安装放置在污水池中,进气管8顶端部分及消音器10伸出到污水池面,电机1带动空心散气叶轮5旋转,在散气叶轮5周围形成负压区,通过空心散气叶轮5上的弧形出气管道将外部的空气经由消音器10及进气管8自吸引入到污水中,形成微小气泡,在空心散气叶轮5背部的螺旋叶片11的推流作用下,向四周均匀扩散。由于本发明的空心散气叶轮5背部为螺旋叶片状,甚至能将污水池底的污泥搅动,并进行充氧。

1.一种潜水式推流曝气机,其特征在于:在电机的输出端端盖上连接有机体座,所述电机的输出轴插入机体座内部中间部位,空心散气叶轮安装在输出轴上,在机体座的顶部中间部位设有密封座,所述空心散气叶轮与密封座之间通过机械密封连接在一起,在机体座的顶部连接有进气管,进气管顶端设有消音器,所述进气管与密封座、机械密封和空心散气叶轮的内部相贯通,支撑座安装支撑在电机的底端。
