Abstract
本发明为一种双电机双离合器混联动力系统,所述的动力系统包括发动机和动力传输系统,所述的动力传输系统包括输入轴、离合器总成、ISG电机总成、发动机高速主动齿轮轴、发动机低速主动齿轮轴、驱动电机总成、驱动电机主动齿轮轴、中间轴总成、主减被动齿轮、差速器总成、液压执行系统、壳体、轴承和螺栓标准件,其特征在于:所述的离合器总成为一个安装在ISG电机转子内部的双离合器总成,设有两套离合器机构,其中一套与发动机高速主动齿轮轴硬连接,另一套与发动机低速主动齿轮轴硬连接,双离合总成的外壳与ISG电机转子采用硬连接。本发明是靠双离合器的接合来实现发动机动力传递端的两个档位切换,保证在进行档位切换时,无动力中断。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种新能源汽车用变速器,特别是公开一种双电机双离合器混联动力系统。
背景技术
已现有荣威550混合动力电驱动箱为例:
其主要结构:双电机混联双离合齿轮箱系统包含两个电机总成,两个单离合器总成,一个同步器总成,若干套齿轮副,若干套液压执行器,和一套差速器总成。
各部件连接方式:其中,变速器系统的输入轴与发动机硬连接; 输入轴与与ISG电机转子硬连接;变速器的主齿轮轴与ISG电机转子之间装有一套单离合器总成;变速器的主齿轮轴上装有两个齿轮和一套同步器总成;变速器的主齿轮轴与TM电机转子之间装有一套单离合器总成;变速器的中间轴上装有两个与主齿轮轴上配合的两个齿轮,以及一个主减齿轮。
工作原理:当ISG端的单离合器接合时,发动机的动力可经齿轮传递至车轮;当TM电机端的单离合器接合时,发动机的动力可经齿轮传递至车轮。
在现有技术的新能源汽车混联传动方案中,动力输入端的两个档位切换是由同步器实现的,这种结构在档位切换时有动力中断,影响汽车的加速性能及驾驶者的感受。
发明内容
本发明的目的是解决现有技术的缺陷,设计一种双电机双离合器混联动力系统,采用一个双离合器总成的结构设计来保证发动机的档位切换时,无动力中断。
本发明是这样实现的:一种双电机双离合器混联动力系统,所述的动力系统包括发动机和动力传输系统,所述的动力传输系统包括输入轴、离合器总成、ISG电机总成、发动机高速主动齿轮轴、发动机低速主动齿轮轴、驱动电机总成、驱动电机主动齿轮轴、中间轴总成、主减被动齿轮、差速器总成、液压执行系统、壳体、轴承和螺栓标准件,所述的输入轴与ISG电机硬连接,其特征在于:所述的离合器总成为一个双离合器总成,安装在ISG电机转子的内部,所述的双离合器总成设有两套离合器机构,其中一套与发动机高速主动齿轮轴硬连接,另一套与发动机低速主动齿轮轴硬连接,所述的双离合总成的外壳与ISG电机转子采用硬连接,所述的中间轴总成包括中间轴及自ISG电机定子一侧起顺序安装在中间轴上并分别与中间轴硬连接的主减主动齿轮、发动机高速被动齿轮、发动机低速被动齿和驱动电机被动齿轮,所述的主减被动齿轮与差速器总成硬连接。
所述的驱动电机工作时,动力经所述的驱动电机主动齿轮轴带动所述的驱动电机被动齿轮,再由所述中间轴上的主减主动齿轮传递给所述的主减被动齿轮,最后通过差速器总成输出至汽车的车轮,相应实现启动车辆或减少发动机怠速损耗。
当所述双离合器总成的其中一个离合器机构接合时,所述的发动机和所述的ISG电机的动力经发动机高速主动齿轮轴或发动机低速主动齿轮轴传递到安装于中间轴上的相应被动齿轮,最终由差速器总成传递给车轮,实现汽车加速,保持高效行驶。
在车辆检测设备检测到随车电源剩余能量达到预先设定范围内时或刹车踏板被踩下时,所述的驱动电机或所述的ISG电机调整为发电模式,为车辆提供制动力,并将所产生的电能为随车电源充电,相应实现能源回收。
为避免汽车高速行驶时,驱动电机被高速的汽车车轮反拖至高转速,在所述驱动电机的转子上设置同步器总成,实现驱动电机转子与驱动电机主动齿轮轴的连接与断开;所述的同步器总成包括一套齿座、结合齿、滑套和回位弹簧,所述同步器总成的齿座安装在驱动电机输出齿轮轴上,所述同步器总成的结合齿安装在驱动电机转子一侧,驱动电机转子在驱动电机主动齿轮轴上自由旋转。
汽车换挡机构工作,通过液压执行系统将所述的同步器总成中的滑套挂入结合齿后,把驱动电机的动力传递给驱动电机主动齿轮轴,再带动安装于中间轴上的驱动电机被动齿轮,最后经过主减主动齿轮带动主减被动齿轮,将动力传递至差速器总成,最后由输出至汽车的两个车轮;汽车换挡机构停止工作,所述同步器总成的滑套在回位弹簧的作用下与结合齿脱离,回复原位,驱动电机转子与驱动电机主动齿轮轴断开,停止动力传输。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明的双电机双离合器混联动力系统采用一个双离合器总成的设计,在发动机动力传递端的两个档位的切换,是靠双离合器的接合来实现的,保证在进行档位切换时,发动机的动力传输无中断,更节能,动力性更好。并且,为了将本发明整体尺寸做小,本发明将双离合器总成的外壳布置在ISG电机的转子上,保证了更小的轴向距离,动力输出更有效。

具体实施方式
根据附图1和2,本发明一种双电机双离合器混联动力系统,包括发动机和动力传输系统,所述的动力传输系统包括输入轴4、双离合器总成3、ISG电机总成、发动机高速主动齿轮轴5、发动机低速主动齿轮轴6、驱动电机总成、驱动电机主动齿轮轴7、中间轴总成、主减被动齿轮14、差速器总成15、液压执行系统、壳体、轴承和螺栓标准件等,所述的输入轴与ISG电机硬连接。
实施例1:
本发明一种双电机双离合器混联动力系统的双离合器总成,安装在ISG电机转子2的内部。所述的双离合器总成3设有两套离合器机构,其中一套与发动机高速主动齿轮轴5硬连接,另一套与发动机低速主动齿轮轴6硬连接,所述的双离合总成3的外壳与ISG电机转子2采用硬连接。所述的中间轴总成包括中间轴及自ISG电机定子1一侧起顺序安装在中间轴上并分别与中间轴硬连接的主减主动齿轮13、发动机高速被动齿轮10、发动机低速被动齿11和驱动电机被动齿轮12,所述的主减被动齿轮14与差速器总成15硬连接。
所述的驱动电机工作时,动力经所述的驱动电机主动齿轮轴7带动所述的驱动电机被动齿轮12,再由所述中间轴上的主减主动齿轮13传递给所述的主减被动齿轮14,最后通过差速器总成15输出至汽车的车轮,相应实现启动车辆或减少发动机怠速损耗。
当所述双离合器总成3的其中一个离合器机构接合时,所述的发动机和所述的ISG电机的动力经发动机高速主动齿轮轴5或发动机低速主动齿轮轴6传递到安装于中间轴上的相应被动齿轮,最终由差速器总成15传递给车轮,实现汽车加速,保持高效行驶。

实施例2:
为避免汽车高速行驶时,驱动电机被高速的汽车车轮反拖至高转速,本发明在所述驱动电机的转子上加装设置了同步器总成,实现驱动电机转子与驱动电机主动齿轮轴的连接与断开。
所述的同步器总成包括一套齿座18、结合齿17、滑套16和回位弹簧,所述同步器总成的齿座18安装在驱动电机输出齿轮轴7上,所述同步器总成的结合齿17安装在驱动电机转子9一侧,驱动电机转子9在驱动电机主动齿轮轴7上自由旋转。
汽车换挡机构工作,通过液压执行系统将所述的同步器总成中的滑套16挂入结合齿17后,把驱动电机的动力传递给驱动电机主动齿轮轴7,再带动安装于中间轴上的驱动电机被动齿轮12,最后经过主减主动齿轮13带动主减被动齿轮14,将动力传递至差速器总成15,最后由输出至汽车的两个车轮。汽车换挡机构停止工作,所述同步器总成的滑套16在回位弹簧的作用下与结合齿17脱离,回复原位,驱动电机转子9与驱动电机主动齿轮轴7断开,停止动力传输。
其他同实施例1。
本发明的同步器总成可根据车辆状态确定是否需要加装,不设置同步器总成也可达到同样的动力输出效果。
Claims (6)
1.一种双电机双离合器混联动力系统,所述的动力系统包括发动机和动力传输系统,所述的动力传输系统包括输入轴、离合器总成、ISG电机总成、发动机高速主动齿轮轴、发动机低速主动齿轮轴、驱动电机总成、驱动电机主动齿轮轴、中间轴总成、主减被动齿轮、差速器总成、液压执行系统、壳体、轴承和螺栓标准件,所述的输入轴与ISG电机硬连接,其特征在于:所述的离合器总成为一个双离合器总成,安装在ISG电机转子的内部,所述的双离合器总成设有两套离合器机构,其中一套与发动机高速主动齿轮轴硬连接,另一套与发动机低速主动齿轮轴硬连接,所述的双离合总成的外壳与ISG电机转子采用硬连接,所述的中间轴总成包括中间轴及自ISG电机定子一侧起顺序安装在中间轴上并分别与中间轴硬连接的主减主动齿轮、发动机高速被动齿轮、发动机低速被动齿和驱动电机被动齿轮,所述的主减被动齿轮与差速器总成硬连接。
2.根据权利要求 1 所述的双电机双离合器混联动力系统,其特征在于:所述的驱动电机工作时,动力经所述的驱动电机主动齿轮轴带动所述的驱动电机被动齿轮,再由所述中间轴上的主减主动齿轮传递给所述的主减被动齿轮,最后通过差速器总成输出至汽车的车轮,相应实现启动车辆或减少发动机怠速损耗。
3.根据权利要求 1 所述的双电机双离合器混联动力系统,其特征在于:当所述双离合器总成的其中一个离合器机构接合时,所述的发动机和所述的ISG电机的动力经发动机高速主动齿轮轴或发动机低速主动齿轮轴传递到安装于中间轴上的相应被动齿轮,最终由差速器总成传递给车轮,实现汽车加速,保持高效行驶。
4.根据权利要求 1 所述的双电机双离合器混联动力系统,其特征在于:在车辆检测设备检测到随车电源剩余能量达到预先设定范围内时或刹车踏板被踩下时,所述的驱动电机或所述的ISG电机调整为发电模式,为车辆提供制动力,并将所产生的电能为随车电源充电,相应实现能源回收。
5.根据权利要求 1 所述的双电机双离合器混联动力系统,其特征在于:为避免汽车高速行驶时,驱动电机被高速的汽车车轮反拖至高转速,在所述驱动电机的转子上设置同步器总成,实现驱动电机转子与驱动电机主动齿轮轴的连接与断开;所述的同步器总成包括一套齿座、结合齿、滑套和回位弹簧,所述同步器总成的齿座安装在驱动电机输出齿轮轴上,所述同步器总成的结合齿安装在驱动电机转子一侧,驱动电机转子在驱动电机主动齿轮轴上自由旋转。
6.根据权利要求5所述的双电机双离合器混联动力系统,其特征在于:汽车换挡机构工作,通过液压执行系统将所述的同步器总成中的滑套挂入结合齿后,把驱动电机的动力传递给驱动电机主动齿轮轴,再带动安装于中间轴上的驱动电机被动齿轮,最后经过主减主动齿轮带动主减被动齿轮,将动力传递至差速器总成,最后由输出至汽车的两个车轮;汽车换挡机构停止工作,所述同步器总成的滑套在回位弹簧的作用下与结合齿脱离,回复原位,驱动电机转子与驱动电机主动齿轮轴断开,停止动力传输。
