本发明提供一种抑菌防紫外线面料,包括表层、防晒层、抑菌层以及内层,所述表层由棉纤维构成;所述防晒层由涤纶纤维、尼龙纤维以及牛津纤维构成,其中涤纶纤维所占的质量比为25‑30%,尼龙纤维所占的质量比为25‑30%,牛津纤维所占的质量比为40‑50%;所述抑菌层由银离子、玻璃纤维以及涤纶纤维构成,其中涤纶纤维所占的质量比为25‑30%,玻璃纤维所占的质量比为50‑65%,银离子所占的质量比为5‑10%;所述内层由棉纤维构成;与现有技术相比,本发明具有如下的有益效果:具有很好的抗拉强度,产品经久耐用,耐水洗,不褪色,本发明的布料同时具有很好的防晒和抑菌效果。

本发明是一种抑菌防紫外线面料,属于布料领域。
背景技术
纺织原意是取自纺纱与织布的总称,但是随着纺织知识体系和学科体系的不断发展和完善,特别是非织造纺织材料和三维复合编织等技术产生后,现在的纺织已经不仅是传统的手工纺纱和织布,也包括无纺布技术,现代三维编织技术,现代静电纳米成网技术等生产的服装用、产业用、装饰用纺织品。所以,现代纺织是指一种纤维或纤维集合体的多尺度结构加工技术[1-2]。中国古代的纺织与印染技术具有非常悠久的历史,早在原始社会时期,古人为了适应气候的变化,已懂得就地取材,利用自然资源作为纺织和印染的原料,以及制造简单的手工纺织工具。直至今天,日常生活中的服装、安全气囊和窗帘地毯都是纺织和印染技术的产物。
在现有技术,通过纺织制成的面料,大多不具备抑菌和防紫外线的功能。
发明内容
针对现有技术存在的不足,本发明目的是提供一种抑菌防紫外线面料,以解决上述背景技术中提出的问题,本发明设计巧妙,提高了市场竞争力,达到了结构简单和设计合理的目的。
为了实现上述目的,本发明是通过如下的技术方案来实现:一种抑菌防紫外线面料,包括表层、防晒层、抑菌层以及内层,所述表层由棉纤维构成;所述防晒层由涤纶纤维、尼龙纤维以及牛津纤维构成,其中涤纶纤维所占的质量比为25-30%,尼龙纤维所占的质量比为25-30%,牛津纤维所占的质量比为40-50%;所述抑菌层由银离子、玻璃纤维以及涤纶纤维构成,其中涤纶纤维所占的质量比为25-30%,玻璃纤维所占的质量比为50-65%,银离子所占的质量比为5-10%;所述内层由棉纤维构成。

进一步地,在所述抑菌层中,取玻璃纤维65份,涤纶纤维30份,银离子5份,用玻璃纤维作经纱,涤纶纤维作纬纱,由相互垂直排列即横向和纵向两系统的经纱和纬纱,在织机上根据一定的规律交织形成抑菌层。
进一步地,所述表层、防晒层、抑菌层以及内层连接方式为缝合或粘合。
本发明的有益效果:本发明的一种抑菌防紫外线面料,具有很好的抗拉强度,产品经久耐用,耐水洗,不褪色,本发明的布料同时具有很好的防晒和抑菌效果。

本发明提供一种技术方案:一种抑菌防紫外线面料,包括表层、防晒层、抑菌层以及内层,表层由棉纤维构成;防晒层由涤纶纤维、尼龙纤维以及牛津纤维构成,其中涤纶纤维所占的质量比为25-30%,尼龙纤维所占的质量比为25-30%,牛津纤维所占的质量比为40-50%;抑菌层由银离子、玻璃纤维以及涤纶纤维构成,其中涤纶纤维所占的质量比为25-30%,玻璃纤维所占的质量比为50-65%,银离子所占的质量比为5-10%;内层由棉纤维构成。
表层的厚度为2-3mm,内层的厚度为2-3mm。

所述防晒层由涤纶纤维、尼龙纤维以及牛津纤维构成,其中涤纶纤维所占的质量比为25-30%,尼龙纤维所占的质量比为25-30%,牛津纤维所占的质量比为40-50%;
所述抑菌层由银离子、玻璃纤维以及涤纶纤维构成,其中涤纶纤维所占的质量比为25-30%,玻璃纤维所占的质量比为50-65%,银离子所占的质量比为5-10%;
所述内层由棉纤维构成。
