本发明涉及纺织面料领域,尤其涉及抗皱面料,该种抗皱面料可以有效解决以往面料抗皱性较差的问题,利于改善上身效果。其结构包括第一纺织层和第二纺织层,第一纺织层由第一经线和第一纬线交织而成,第二纺织层由第二经线和第二纬线交织而成;所述的第一纺织层和第二纺织层中分别穿插有弹性支撑丝线;所述的第一纺织层和第二纺织层之间设有第一抗皱层,第一纺织层和第二纺织层的外表面分别设有第二抗皱层和第三抗皱层;所述的第一抗皱层、第二抗皱层和第三抗皱层上分别竖向设有透气孔;所述的第二抗皱层和第三抗皱层外表面分别均匀固定设有若干陶瓷凸起。它结构简单,使用方便,适用于多种场所。

本发明涉及纺织面料领域,尤其是一种抗皱面料。
背景技术
随着科技的进步,社会的发展,人们对纺织面料的需求和要求也随之增加和提高。目前,人们穿着的衣服所采用的面料通常情况下都是简单的经线和纬线交织而成,整体比较薄,且抗皱性较差,脱下叠放之后就不再平整,且有的面料清洗之后会留下折痕,不美观,影响上身效果。
发明内容
本发明的技术任务是针对上述现有技术中的不足提供一种抗皱面料,该种抗皱面料可以有效解决以往面料抗皱性较差的问题,利于改善上身效果。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:该种抗皱面料,其特征是,其结构包括第一纺织层和第二纺织层,第一纺织层由第一经线和第一纬线交织而成,第二纺织层由第二经线和第二纬线交织而成;所述的第一纺织层和第二纺织层中分别穿插有弹性支撑丝线;
所述的第一纺织层和第二纺织层之间设有第一抗皱层,第一纺织层和第二纺织层的外表面分别设有第二抗皱层和第三抗皱层;所述的第一抗皱层、第二抗皱层和第三抗皱层上分别竖向设有透气孔;
所述的第二抗皱层和第三抗皱层外表面分别均匀固定设有若干陶瓷凸起。
优选的,所述的第一经线和第二经线为弹力纱线,第一纬线和第二纬线为弹力纱线。
优选的,所述的第一抗皱层内部嵌有弹力支撑部。
本发明具有以下突出的有益效果:
1、由于其结构包括第一纺织层和第二纺织层,第一纺织层由第一经线和第一纬线交织而成,第二纺织层由第二经线和第二纬线交织而成;所述的第一纺织层和第二纺织层中分别穿插有弹性支撑丝线,因此,使用时,该面料由两个纺织层组成,厚度增加,且中间的弹性支撑丝线具有辅助支撑的作用,可以初步起到抗皱的效果,具有很好的推广利用价值。
2、由于所述的第一纺织层和第二纺织层之间设有第一抗皱层,第一纺织层和第二纺织层的外表面分别设有第二抗皱层和第三抗皱层;所述的第一抗皱层、第二抗皱层和第三抗皱层上分别竖向设有透气孔,因此,使用时,该面料总共设有三个抗皱层,可以同时起到抗皱作用,比一般的面料抗皱效果明显很多,透气孔可以起到透气的作用。
3、由于所述的第二抗皱层和第三抗皱层外表面分别均匀固定设有若干陶瓷凸起,因此,使用时,陶瓷凸起可以起到抗皱和耐磨的性能,可以对面料的内外面起到保护作用。
4、由于所述的第一经线和第二经线为弹力纱线,第一纬线和第二纬线为弹力纱线,因此,使用时,第一纺织层和第二纺织层本身也具有一定的弹性,能够起到一定的抗皱效果。
5、由于所述的第一抗皱层内部嵌有弹力支撑部,因此,使用时,弹力支撑部可以起到加强支撑的作用,进一步起到抗皱的效果。

如图1、图2所示,该种抗皱面料,其结构包括第一纺织层(图中未标记)和第二纺织层(图中未标记),第一纺织层由第一经线5和第一纬线4交织而成,第二纺织层由第二经线8和第二纬线7交织而成;所述的第一纺织层和第二纺织层中分别穿插有弹性支撑丝线(图中未示出)。使用时,该面料由两个纺织层组成,厚度增加,且中间的弹性支撑丝线具有辅助支撑的作用,可以初步起到抗皱的效果。
上述实施例中,具体的,所述的第一纺织层和第二纺织层之间设有第一抗皱层3,第一纺织层和第二纺织层的外表面分别设有第二抗皱层6和第三抗皱层9;所述的第一抗皱层3、第二抗皱层6和第三抗皱层9上分别竖向设有透气孔1。使用时,该面料总共设有三个抗皱层,可以同时起到抗皱作用,比一般的面料抗皱效果明显很多,透气孔可以起到透气的作用。
上述实施例中,具体的,所述的第二抗皱层6和第三抗皱层9外表面分别均匀固定设有若干陶瓷凸起2。使用时,陶瓷凸起可以起到抗皱和耐磨的性能,可以对面料的内外面起到保护作用。
上述实施例中,更为具体的,所述的第一经线5和第二经线8为弹力纱线,第一纬线4和第二纬线7为弹力纱线。使用时,第一纺织层和第二纺织层本身也具有一定的弹性,能够起到一定的抗皱效果。
上述实施例中,更为具体的,所述的第一抗皱层3内部嵌有弹力支撑部10。使用时,弹力支撑部可以起到加强支撑的作用,进一步起到抗皱的效果。

所述的第一纺织层和第二纺织层之间设有第一抗皱层,第一纺织层和第二纺织层的外表面分别设有第二抗皱层和第三抗皱层;所述的第一抗皱层、第二抗皱层和第三抗皱层上分别竖向设有透气孔;
所述的第二抗皱层和第三抗皱层外表面分别均匀固定设有若干陶瓷凸起。
