Abstract

本发明涉及一种柽柳根的表面防腐处理方法,利用山核桃桃蒲和槐皮提取得到处理液,再进行加压浸泡、熏蒸、浸润等处理步骤,本发明工艺方法简单,处理后的柽柳根的防腐、防虫能力大大提升,可保持3年内不蛀虫、不腐蚀,且有淡淡的丁香香味;将本来是柳编废弃物的槐皮、山核桃桃蒲提取后,作为处理液对柽柳根进行防腐处理,降低了环境污染,节约了防腐成本;先加压处理然后再熏蒸、浸润的工艺保证了柽柳根的原生原貌,方便之后的艺术加工。同时,此方法加工效率高,普通柽柳根防腐处理工艺大概需要3‑4天,本发明仅需16‑20h,大大缩短了柽柳根处理的时间。

一种柽柳根的表面防腐处理方法
技术领域
本发明涉及柳编盆景工艺品领域,具体为一种柽柳根的表面防腐处理方法。
背景技术
柽柳根是一种常用的盆景制作原料,在黄河两岸一些低洼的盐碱地带生长着大量的怪柳,农民每年取枝条进行编织,或砍枝当柴用,日积月累形成苍老奇特的形状。可以选择主干弯曲悬斜或盘根错节者,在初冬或春天挖掘。挖的范围要大些,尽量将主根较完整地挖出来。由于古桩屡砍屡发,有的根奇形怪状,变化多端,有时会获得理想的古桩材料。挖出后,根部仅作部分修剪,但地上枝条要重剪,要将历年吹余下的残枝,枯干全部清除,以显露出枝干的全貌。
由于盆景的特殊性,柽柳根的表面处理尤为重要,如何在保持树根原生态造型的同时,使得柽柳根具有防腐的能力,是一个难题。
发明内容
为解决以上问题,本发明提供以下技术方案:
一种柽柳根的表面防腐处理方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)将柽柳根用清水反复洗净后,放入浓度为0.5-1%的稀醋酸浸泡0.5-1h,去除杂根与多余的树皮;
(2)将20-30份山核桃蒲用2-3倍的乙醇提取1-2h,回收乙醇后得到滤液1,将30-40份槐皮用3-4倍乙醇提取2-3h,回收乙醇后得到滤液2,将滤液1、滤液2混合得到处理液1;
(3)将柽柳根放入处理液1内,保持温度45-50摄氏度,压力0.4-0.6MPa处理1-1.5h,然后缓慢加压至1-1.2MPa继续处理1-1.5h;
(4)将步骤(3)处理后的柽柳根置于105-110℃下,使用10-15份丁香油熏蒸0.5-1h,待含水量为30-35%时停止;
(5)将步骤(4)处理后的柽柳根放入处理液2中浸润5-6h,然后置于30-40℃温度下自然干燥即可;所述的处理液2由2-3份硼酸铜、5-10份液态石蜡、1-2份六甲基磷酰三胺、5-6份松节油、质量分数5%的硫酸6份制成。
有益效果
本发明工艺方法简单,处理后的柽柳根的防腐、防虫能力大大提升,可保持3年内不蛀虫、不腐蚀、不开裂,且有淡淡的丁香香味;将本来是柳编废弃物的槐皮、山核桃蒲提取后,作为处理液对柽柳根进行防腐处理,降低了环境污染,节约了防腐成本;先加压处理然后再熏蒸、浸润的工艺保证了柽柳根的原生原貌,方便之后的艺术加工。同时,此方法加工效率高,普通柽柳根防腐处理工艺大概需要3-4天,本发明仅需16-20h,大大缩短了柽柳根处理的时间。
具体实施方式
实施例1
一种柽柳根的表面防腐处理方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)将柽柳根用清水反复洗净后,放入浓度为0.7%的稀醋酸浸泡0.5-1h,去除杂根与多余的树皮;
(2)将25份山核桃桃蒲用3倍的乙醇提取2h,回收乙醇后得到滤液1,将30份槐皮用3倍乙醇提取3h,回收乙醇后得到滤液2,将滤液1、滤液2混合得到处理液1;
(3)将柽柳根放入处理液1内,保持温度48摄氏度,压力0.5MPa处理1.5h,然后缓慢加压至1.2MPa继续处理1h;
(4)将步骤(3)处理后的柽柳根置于106℃下,使用12份丁香油熏蒸0.6h,待含水量为35%时停止;
(5)将步骤(4)处理后的柽柳根放入处理液2中浸润5h,然后置于35℃温度下自然干燥即可;所述的处理液2由3份硼酸铜、8份液态石蜡、1份六甲基磷酰三胺、6份松节油、质量分数5%的硫酸6份制成。
实施例2
一种柽柳根的表面防腐处理方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)将柽柳根用清水反复洗净后,放入浓度为0.6%的稀醋酸浸泡0.8h,去除杂根与多余的树皮;
(2)将28份山核桃桃蒲用3倍的乙醇提取1.5h,回收乙醇后得到滤液1,将35份槐皮用3.5倍乙醇提取2.5h,回收乙醇后得到滤液2,将滤液1、滤液2混合得到处理液1;
(3)将柽柳根放入处理液1内,保持温度46摄氏度,压力0.45MPa处理1.5h,然后缓慢加压至1.1MPa继续处理1.2h;
(4)将步骤(3)处理后的柽柳根置于108℃下,使用14份丁香油熏蒸1h,待含水量为30%时停止;
(5)将步骤(4)处理后的柽柳根放入处理液2中浸润5.6h,然后置于34℃温度下自然干燥即可;所述的处理液2由2份硼酸铜、9份液态石蜡、1份六甲基磷酰三胺、5份松节油、质量分数5%的硫酸6份制成。
实施例3
一种柽柳根的表面防腐处理方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)将柽柳根用清水反复洗净后,放入浓度为0.6%的稀醋酸浸泡0.8h,去除杂根与多余的树皮;
(2)将柽柳根保持温度45摄氏度,压力0.45MPa处理1.2h,然后缓慢加压至1MPa继续处理1.5h;
(3)将步骤(2)处理后的柽柳根放入处理液中浸润5.6h,然后置于34℃温度下自然干燥即可;所述的处理液由2份硼酸铜、9份液态石蜡、1份六甲基磷酰三胺、5份松节油组成;
(4)将步骤(3)处理后的柽柳根置于108℃下,使用14份丁香油熏蒸1-2h,待含水量为32%时停止。
实施例3中,没有使用提取液进行处理,处理步骤中最后一步才进行熏蒸脱水工艺,产品中有11%出现了开裂的现象,影响了后续制作盆景的艺术性,而且在存放10个月后出现部分腐烂和虫害的现象,远远低于实施例1、2。

Claims (1)

1.一种柽柳根的表面防腐处理方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
(1)将柽柳根用清水反复洗净后,放入浓度为0.5-1%的醋酸溶液浸泡0.5-1h,去除杂根与多余的树皮;
(2)将20-30份山核桃蒲用2-3倍的乙醇提取1-2h,回收乙醇后得到滤液1,将30-40份槐皮用3-4倍乙醇提取2-3h,回收乙醇后得到滤液2,将滤液1、滤液2混合得到处理液1;
(3)将柽柳根放入处理液1内,保持温度45-50摄氏度,压力0.4-0.6MPa处理1-1.5h,然后缓慢加压至1-1.2MPa继续处理1-1.5h;
(4)将步骤(3)处理后的柽柳根置于105-110℃下,使用10-15份丁香油熏蒸0.5-1h,待含水量为30-35%时停止;
(5)将步骤(4)处理后的柽柳根放入处理液2中浸润5-6h即可;所述的处理液2由2-3份硼酸铜、5-10份液态石蜡、1-2份六甲基磷酰三胺、5-6份松节油、质量分数5%的硫酸6份制成。
