本发明涉及一种高效液体分布管。
背景技术
目前,在石油化工领域存在很多需要对液体工艺介质进行分布,以满足汽液接触的工艺生产要求,传统的分布方式有:溢流式、喷洒式,因分布不均匀造成汽液接触不充分,造成传质传热效果差。
发明内容
对工艺生产过程中的液体进行精确分布,提高工艺要求的传质传热效果。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:它包括分布管,所述分布管下段管壁同一水平线上等距钻有四个直径为2.5mm的圆孔,圆孔从管外通到管内,圆孔方向与分布管相切,四个圆孔全部标高相同。
本发明的有益效果是,本实用型技术通过改变液体进入管内的流动方向达到液体的精确分布,提高了汽液接触的面积,更有利于工艺方面的传质传热。

具体实施方式
在图1-2中,它包括分布管1,所述分布管1下段管壁同一水平线上等距钻有四个直径为2.5mm的圆孔2,圆孔2从管外通到管内,从而使得液体呈螺旋状进入管内,并可沿管内壁呈膜状分布,圆孔2方向与分布管1相切,四个圆孔2全部标高相同。
