下面参照附图,对本发明的疫苗接种装置进行详细描述。

如图4所示,杂物回收抽屉4内设有针头拆分套环81,针头拆分套环81通过套环固定座82与杂物回收抽屉4连接,针头拆分套环81下侧设有针头回收瓶83,针头回收瓶83通过回收瓶固定夹84与杂物回收抽屉4连接,针头回收瓶83右侧设有疫苗瓶回收盒85,疫苗瓶回收盒85下侧设有回收盒固定底座86。
在使用时,医护人员首先需要根据疫苗的特性选择适当的储存温度,打开贮存室顶盖5,将疫苗储存瓶12放置到疫苗固定盘9上,固定盘减震弹簧腿11可以保证疫苗储存瓶12不会在移动过程中产生摇晃碰撞而损坏,之后旋转旋钮组合板15上的制冷调节旋钮20,制冷室21内的制冷剂流动排管23受到制冷剂工作电机24驱动开始循环工作,内部的制冷剂将空气温度降低,冷气通过制冷气体循环管22进入到疫苗贮存室1内,温度传感芯片13感应到疫苗贮存室1内温度的变化,信号转化屏幕14将信号转化为电信号显示,医护人员根据需要调节所需贮藏温度,调节完成后,双手握住搬运支撑腿32上的手部握力环34,将装置移动到需要进行接种的地点,保证落地防滑吸盘35牢固吸附到操作台上,防止装置倾覆。
需要接种的时候,从接种枪防菌仓3内取出疫苗接种枪29,首先打开贮存室顶盖5,取出一瓶疫苗储存瓶12,固定到疫苗瓶固定夹50上,保证更换式穿刺头49穿刺进入疫苗储存瓶12,疫苗储存瓶12内的疫苗便可以进入到更换式接种管72内,然后打开针头更换盒2上侧的更换盒推拉门40,将疫苗接种枪29前端的针头固定座52伸入到针头更换盒2内,接触到针头收纳滚筒44上的一次性接种针头47并用力按压,保证一次性接种针头47和针头固定座52连接,向上抬起疫苗接种枪29,一次性接种针头47便被带出,之后便可以开始接种。
按照正常接种步骤,将一次性接种针头47穿刺到患者的皮肤内,向下扳动接种开关63,气囊送气电机79工作,将外界空气通过气体交换管80吸入到伸缩气囊78内,伸缩气囊78膨胀,将推送软塞77向前推送,挤压更换式接种管72内的疫苗进入人体,由于更换式接种管72的大小固定,所以可以保证进入人体的疫苗剂量符合要求,接种完成后向上扳动接种开关63,伸缩气囊78回缩,带动推送软塞77后退,由于单向出药嘴76和单向入药阀门73的作用,外界气体不会从针头固定座52进入更换式接种管72,所以可以保证疫苗储存瓶12内的药剂被吸入到更换式接种管72,之后按照之前的操作更换一次性接种针头47即可。
更换一次性接种针头47的时候,手持疫苗接种枪29,将使用过的一次性接种针头47塞入到杂物回收抽屉4内的针头拆分套环81中,向上拔起,这样一次性接种针头47便可以和针头固定座52分离,一次性接种针头47便会落入到针头回收瓶83内。
所述贮存室顶盖5右侧设有顶盖承托垫87。这样设置,可以防止贮存室顶盖5下陷落入疫苗贮存室1内。
所述疫苗储存瓶12外侧设有疫苗瓶减震垫环88。这样设置,可以防止疫苗储存瓶12与疫苗固定盘9摩擦碰撞而受损。
所述散热风扇25左侧设有散热通风网89。这样设置,可以加快制冷剂工作电机24的散热效果。
所述组合板保护罩16上设有保护罩垫片90。这样设置,可以避免组合板保护罩16压迫到旋钮组合板15上的开关。
所述雾气扩散扇59外侧设有防划伤罩91。这样设置,可以防止雾气扩散扇59旋转时划伤医护人员。
所述接种枪把手62右侧设有手掌减压垫92。这样设置,可以减轻接种枪把手62对手掌的摩擦和压迫。
所述防潮换气盒48内设有杀菌排灯93。这样设置,可以防止外界细菌进入针头更换盒2内。
以上所述仅是本发明的优选实施方式,应当指出,对于本技术领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明技术原理的前提下,还可以做出若干改进和替换,这些改进和替换也应视为本发明的保护范围。
