Abstract

Description

本发明与在高压电缆导线股隙中注入液体,气体或其他介质用的配件有关,并可用来将组件中的液体或气体排空,或通过该电缆及相关组件和/或一个中高压电缆进行介质冲刷。
配件有一个中心主体部,有第一及第二端和一个侧壁,有一个内通道,从该侧壁伸到该第一端。该侧壁上有一个管接头,供将液体,气体或其他介质人该侧壁注入该通道,一个有中心孔的插管在该主体部的该第一端,使注入物可通过组件的接口进入其内部。或者将一个适当的泵与管接头连接,从组件内抽出液体或气体或介质。一个尺寸及形状适配的裙部可在组件接口的外表面上定位,裙部内表面上有一个锁圈,和接口外表面上的相应环形槽配合。裙部将配件在接口上锁定,同时允许配件围绕其纵轴线旋转360°,便利配件的使用,而又防止在介质注入或抽出操作时因配件与接口分离,而使插管与接口脱离。环形锁圈槽使配件可对直插拔,不需旋转,旋转可能产生大摩擦力,阻碍安装和拆卸。主体部的第二端上有拉环,可用带电操作杆将配件安装在接口上,旋转到要求的位置,或从接口上取下。
为便于对发明充分了解现参照附图予以叙述,附图如下:

参看图1及2,示可拆卸的高压接头组件或称肘管200。肘管200有主体部202,用绝缘弹性体材料204模制。一个用导电弹性体材料制作的外罩206,模制在主体202上,其界面上没有空隙。
罩206在股段210上有间断,主体部202上的绝缘弹性体材料204向上伸,离开孔212及214,形成突出部230,有大致截头圆锥形的截面,大直径基部232与主体部202的罩206相邻,小直径自由面234与之远离。邻近自由面234有环形槽236,容纳下文叙述的盖上的止动棱。一个中心孔240从自由面243穿过突出部230,通过导电弹性体材料罩224,通入股段210的中心孔212,如图2所示。
中心孔240在罩层206中造成间断,又在绝缘主体204中造成间断。为使主体绝缘204恢复完整,并使罩层206完全,使用了图1所示的盖250。盖250有一个中空的截头圆锥形裙部252,与突出部230的外表面形状非常一致。在裙部252的内表面254上,远离自由端256处,有一个环形的卡棱258,形状与位置适合嵌入环形槽236,保持盖250与突出部230的组合。裙部252的内表面254,的尺寸,提供与突出部230外表面的过盈配合,阻止空气,密封防潮。
绝缘杆262的尺寸为:当插入突出部230的孔240中时,将形成孔240的绝缘材料232扩大,从而使杆262紧夹在过盈配合状态中。于是将孔240充满,恢复突出部230的介电强度,如图1所示。
从接口注入液体,气体或其他介质,或排空气体,以及泵出用于冲刷电缆或接头件的液体,气体或其他介质,都可在电缆及接头件的完全通电状态中进行。为此必须将盖250除去,更换上一个配件,配件可使适当的液体,气体或介质,通过接口注入组件,或将电缆导线腐蚀产生的气体(氢)排出。并且在电缆的另端上的一个可拆卸的接头件上安装相似的配件,从这配件更换清洁的干燥介质,可将液体,水汽和污染物从电缆中逐出。通过注入道康宁电缆复原液XZ-2614号,电缆绝缘的某种电机械损坏,称为“树枝状结晶”被遏止,并恢复电缆绝缘的原有性质。
一种适当的配件300如图3及4所示。配件300有一个中心体部302,用绝缘弹性体材料模制,有芯303,其第一端为304,第二端为306。一个传统设计的凸接头310与侧壁308连接,可在上面接泵装置(未示)的适当的软管(未示)。管接头310有管312,从侧壁308通过芯303,向内伸入中心体部302。一个插管314可和芯303一体成形,有中心孔316;与中心体部302及芯303中的管312连接,向着配件300的开口端,伸到第一端304以外。一个上体部与中心体部302的第二端306附近的中心体部302连接,起拉环322的作用。可将一个本行业中常见而图中未示的带电操作杆插入拉环322,将配件300在突出部230上安装或拆除。
有一个中空裙部324从中心体部302的端部304上伸出,也用绝缘弹性体材料制作,形成中心体部302一部分,有截头圆锥形的内表面326,与突出部230的外表面非常一致,提供与突出部230外表面的过盈配合。一个环形卡棱328的形状及位置,适合嵌入环形槽236,保持配件300与突出部230为组装配合。这种突出部230外表面与配件300内表面326的非常一致性,以及用插管314塞入孔240中,且二者都是过盈配合,保持了当将材料注入或从组件及电缆中抽出时电缆组件及电缆的电路完整。裙部324的内表面上有槽330,与裙部的自由端相邻,容纳组件200罩层206的肩台,形成其间的密封。
使用配件300时,用一个带电操作杆,从图1所示的位置上除去盖250,暴露图2所示的突出部230。然后将配件300放在突出部230上,如图5所示,将插管314插入孔240同时将其扩张,以助于将配件300夹持,而环形卡棱328便嵌入环形槽236。可将配件300在这位置上旋转,卡棱328在槽236中活动,直至接头310的位置适合通过适当的软管330与泵连接。配件300可绕其纵轴线旋转360°。
一旦注入或排出程序完成,便将软管330拆除,用带电操作杆拆除配件300。将盖250重新盖回。
虽然已经示出,描述并指出了应用到最佳实例上的本发明的新颖特点,但应理解:熟悉本领域者可对已说明的装置的形式和细节及其操作作各种省略替代和变化,而不脱离本发明的精神。

Claims (7)

1、一种用于可分离高压接头组件(200)的可拆卸介质注入配件(300),接头组件有一个有贯通到组件内部中心孔(240)的接口(230),其特征在于:
一个主体部(320)有第一端(304)和第二端(306),至少有一个侧表面(308),该主体部内该侧表面与该第一端之间有通道(312,313);
一个插管(314)有一个孔(316)穿过,在该主体部的该第一端附近,与该通道(312,313)连接,插管供直接插入该接口的孔中;
与该侧表面(308)连接的管接头装置(310),供将介质送入该通道(312,313)或从其中抽出;
一个裙部(324)在该第一端(302)附近与该主体部(304)连接,其尺寸及形状适合在将该插管,(314)插入该组件接口(230)的孔(240)中时,可将裙部定位在该组件接口(230)的外表面上。
2、如权利要求1所述的配件(300),其特征在于该主体部(302)及该裙部(324)都用绝缘材料制造。
3、如权利要求1所述的配件(300),其特征在于该主体部(302)与该裙部(324)都用弹性体绝缘材料制造。
4、如权利要求1所述的配件(300),其特征在于该裙部(324)有一个与所述的该主体部第一端相邻的第一端,和一个第二自由端,二者间有内表面(326),在该裙部(324)的内表面(326)上有锁紧装置(328),将该配件(300)在该组件接口(230)的外表面上锁紧。
5、如权利要求4所述的配件(300),其特征在于该锁紧装置(328)是一环形棱其尺寸配合组合接口(230)外表面上的对应槽(236)。
6、如权利要求1所述的配件(300),其特征在于有一与该主体部(302)的该第二端(306)连接的拉环(320),供将该配件(300)向组件接口(230)上安装,或从其上拆除。
7、如权利要求5所述的配件(300),其特征在于该裙部(324)内表面(326)上的槽(330)在该裙部(324)的该第二端的附近。
