技术领域
本发明涉及中药技术领域，特别是涉及一种治疗附件炎的中药制剂。
背景技术
附件炎是指输卵管和卵巢的炎症。是致病微生物侵入生殖器官后引起输卵管、卵巢感染的常见疾病。此病未婚、已婚女性均可发生，临床上常与盆腔结缔组织炎相伴发生。附件炎可使输卵管闭锁，导致不孕，诱发其他并发症。
目前，治疗附件炎的药物较多，但存在疗效不稳定、易复发、副作用大等不足。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是：为解决现有技术的不足，本发明提供了一种治疗附件炎的中药制剂。
一种治疗附件炎的中药制剂，由如下重量份的原料药制成：党参13-17份、熟地黄13-17份、鸡血藤13-17份、金银花13-17份、败酱草13-17份、黄芪8-10份、当归8-10份、土茯苓8-10份、忍冬藤8-10份、山茱萸8-10份、海藻8-10份、五倍子4-6份、益母草4-6份、鹿角霜4-6份、川芎4-6份、胆草4-6份、桃仁4-6份、莪术4-6份、升麻4-6份、牡丹皮4-6份。
所述的治疗附件炎的中药制剂，其优选是：由如下重量份的原料药制成：党参15份、熟地黄15份、鸡血藤15份、金银花15份、败酱草15份、黄芪9份、当归9份、土茯苓9份、忍冬藤9份、山茱萸9份、海藻9份、五倍子5份、益母草5份、鹿角霜5份、川芎5份、胆草5份、桃仁5份、莪术5份、升麻5份、牡丹皮5份。
所述的治疗附件炎的中药制剂的制备方法是：按照所述重量份数称取各原料药，将称取好的各原料药混合、杀菌后装袋即可。
用法及用量：将制成的中药制剂加适量水煎煮，加热至沸点后继续煎煮20-30分钟，过滤得药液，用此方法连续煎煮三次，将三次煎煮所得药液合并，平均分为两份，患者每天早、晚各服用一份；20天为一个疗程。
本发明用上述各原料药及其配比所制成的中药制剂，具有清热利湿、益气活血、解毒化瘀的作用，从而达到治疗附件炎的目的。
本发明与现有技术相比所具有的有益效果是：本发明具有疗效显著、不易复发、无毒副作用、制备方法简单的优点。
下面结合临床实验说明本发明的有益效果：
（1）临床资料：本发明共治疗附件炎患者39例，年龄为22-43岁。
（2）治疗方法：将制成的中药制剂加适量水煎煮，加热至沸点后继续煎煮20-30分钟，过滤得药液，用此方法连续煎煮三次，将三次煎煮所得药液合并，平均分为两份，患者每天早、晚各服用一份；20天为一个疗程。
（3）疗效评价标准：
治愈：症状消失，实验室检查正常。
好转：症状减轻，实验室检查明显好转。
未愈：症状未见改善。
（4）治疗结果：本发明共治疗附件炎患者39例，经过2-4个疗程的治疗，治愈32例，占82%，好转5例，占13%，未愈：2例，占5%，有效率为100%。治愈32例中，2个疗程治愈6例，3个疗程治愈15例，4个疗程治愈11例，治愈患者随访1年以上均未见复发。结果表明，本发明具有疗效显著、不易复发、无毒副作用的优点。
