背景技术

中医认为，动脉硬化是因情志、饮食、体质等导致肝肾阴阳两虚；风、火、痰互相为患，血随气逆，上冲于脑或横蹿经络所致。其病机可归纳为虚、风、火、痰、瘀等方面。虚：由于年老体衰，病后体虚，烦劳过度或精血不足，不能上奉于脑；火：因精神刺激，肝阳暴张，引动心火，或五志过极，心火暴动，或脾胃不和，脾失健运，寒湿生痰，痰气交阻，则清阳不升、浊阴不降，上损于脑；瘀：久病气运无力，或风火相煽，灼伤血脉，血溢脉外或痰气交阻，气滞则血瘀，气血不能上荣于脑。
根据中医理论，针对动脉硬化的发病机理，以平肝泻火、祛瘀开窍为治则，进行辩证配伍组方，以达到标本兼治的目的。

本发明以实施例1所给出的一种治疗动脉硬化的中药组合物，做临床疗效总结如下：
一、一般性资料：本发明中药组合物应用于临床观察病例76例，其中男43例，女33例，年龄40～80岁。
二、临床症状：
1、年龄在40岁以上，有头痛、头晕、性情急躁，记忆力减退；易激动，睡眠障碍（失眠或多眠）等神经功能症状；
2、掌颊反射阳性；
3、眼底检查可有视网膜小动脉硬化的改变，表现为视网膜小动脉变细，反光带增宽，重者呈钢丝状或银丝状，在动脉交叉处有压迫现象；
4、有5年以上高血压史；
5、血胆固醇≥6.0mmal/l；
6、其他器官有动脉硬化的表现；
7、脑电阻图，脑血管弹性减退，表现为主峰角变钝，重搏消失，上升时间延长，不同程度的波幅下降。
三、用法用量：临床应用时，一天一剂，水煎两遍取汁约400ml，分早、晚两次温热服用，十天为一疗程。
四、疗效标准：
1、有效：临床症状消失或好转，实验室检查数据好转或正常；
2、无效：临床症状和实验室数据无变化。
五、治疗效果：该临床观察病例中，服药5-15个疗程，有效62例，无效14例。治疗期间未发生毒副作用。
六、典型病例：
病例1：赵某，男，59岁。患高血压10年有余，经常头晕、头痛，烦躁易怒。近期头晕加剧，右侧肢体麻木，谈吐不清，约10分钟后症状消失；重复2次。诊见：面红耳赤，舌暗红，苔黄燥，脉弦滑。西医诊断为：高血压、脑动脉硬化。服用本发明的中药组合物制备的药剂5个疗程后，血压稳定，临床症状好转，继续服用8个疗程，临床症状消失，实验室检查数据正常。随访半年未见复发。
病例2：廖某，女，60岁。患脑动脉硬化史8年多，体胖易喘、头晕神疲、气短、自汗、面色无华。近期突然感到左侧肢体麻木无力，左手不能持物，左腿不能抬起，吐字不清，10分钟后自行消失恢复正常，但以后一周多次发作。诊见：舌苔薄白、脉细无力。西医诊断为：脑动脉硬化、脑供血不足。服用本发明的中药组合物制备的药剂4个疗程后，各种症状大为减轻；续服6个疗程后，临床症状消失，实验室检查数据正常。

1.一种治疗动脉硬化的中药组合物，其特征在于：其中药原料及重量份配比为：代赭石10-30份，桑椹10-20份，鸡血藤10-20份，罗布麻5-15份，龟板10-20份，菟丝子10-20份，垂盆草10-20份，倒扣草5-15份，九节菖蒲10-20份，红花5-15份，川芎10-20份，黄芪10-20份，天门冬10-20份，胆南星5-15份，山茱萸10-20份，远志10-20份，木通5-15份， 龙眼肉10-20份，丹参10-20份，天麻5-15份，栀子10-20份，甘草5-15份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种治疗动脉硬化的中药组合物，其特征在于：其中药原料及重量份配比为：代赭石20份，桑椹15份，鸡血藤15份，罗布麻10份，龟板15份，菟丝子15份，垂盆草15份，倒扣草10份，九节菖蒲15份，红花10份，川芎15份，黄芪15份，天门冬15份，胆南星10份，山茱萸15份，远志15份，木通10份，龙眼肉15份，丹参15份，天麻10份，栀子15份，甘草10份。
