Abstract

本发明公开了一种治疗脓疱疮的中药熏洗剂，属于中药技术领域。发明人针对脓疱疮产生的病因为湿热之邪，选择具有清热利湿，祛风解毒，行气化瘀的中药白花龙胆、马尾连、地耳草、天香炉、豨签、草石蚕、紫荆丫、刺三甲、散血莲、饭团根、龙舌箭，制成熏洗剂，经临床试验，总有效率达到95.8％。

一种治疗脓疱疮的中药熏洗剂
技术领域
本发明涉及一种中药组合物，尤其涉及一种治疗脓疱疮的中药熏洗剂。
背景技术
脓疱疮又名“传染性脓疱病”，俗称黄水疮，是一种常见的化脓性传染性皮肤病。临床特征为发生丘疹、水疱或脓疹，易破溃而结成脓痂，系接触性传染、蔓延迅速，好发病于儿童，常在孩子面部、口角、鼻孔周围或四肢出现皮肤擦烂、渗水的情况，对于孩子的生活会造成很大影响。严重者甚至可引起急性肺炎、急性肾小球肾炎，有时可并发败血症或脑膜炎而导致死亡。该病常由金黄色葡萄球菌或溶血性链球菌感染，可由一种细菌单独引起，也可两种混合感染，临床一般采用抗生素内服或外用治疗。但由于近年来抗生素的大量使用，使得这些致病菌的耐药性大大增强，常用的抗生素已不再适用于治疗脓疱疮。发明人在多年的临床实践中，应用中药治疗脓疱疮，不但取得了较好的疗效，而且无副作用。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种治疗脓疱疮的中药熏洗剂。脓疱疮中医称之为“黄水疮”“滴脓疮”，言其脓水流到之处便生疮故名之。如《洞天奥旨》记载：“黄水疮又名滴脓疮，言其脓水流到之处，即便生疮，故名之也。”又如《医宗金鉴·外科心法》记载：“黄水疮，初如粟米，而痒兼痛，破流黄水，浸淫成片，随处可生。”中医认为，本病多为湿热之邪，侵入肺卫，郁于皮肤。肺热脾湿，二气交杂，内外相搏，复感毒邪而发本病。因此中医以清热利湿，祛风解毒，行气化瘀为治则
本发明的目的是通过以下技术方案实现的，该治疗脓疱疮的中药熏洗剂由以下重量份的中药制成：白花龙胆3-9份、马尾连3-8份、地耳草15-30份、天香炉9-15份、豨签9-12份、草石蚕9-18份、紫荆丫15-18份、刺三甲18-30份、散血莲15-25份、饭团根8-15份、龙舌箭6-9份。
优选的，白花龙胆6份、马尾连5份、地耳草22份、天香炉12份、豨签11份、草石蚕14份、紫荆丫16份、刺三甲24份、散血莲20份、饭团根12份、龙舌箭8份。
制备方法将上述中药水煎制成汤剂。
方中：白花龙胆清热除湿；马尾连清热利湿、泻火解毒；地耳草清热利湿、解毒散瘀；天香炉清热利湿、消肿解毒；豨签祛风湿、通络；草石蚕祛风湿、清热解毒；紫荆丫祛风湿、解毒；刺三甲祛风利湿、清热解毒、舒筋活血；散血莲祛风除湿、活血、解毒；饭团根行气止痛、活血散瘀；龙舌箭行气止痛、活血消肿。
临床资料
一般资料 48位病人均为2013年10月-2014年10月来我院皮肤病科就诊的门诊患者，随机分为治疗组和对照组各24例。对照组男15例，女9例；年龄4-15岁，平均9.5岁，病程3-30天；治疗组男14例，女10例；年龄5-16岁，平均10岁，病程4-35天；两组在性别、年龄、病程比例方面无统计学意义(P＜0.05)，具有可比性。
诊断标准 参照《皮肤性病学》确诊。流行于夏秋季节，好发于暴露部位，有接触传染和自身接种特点，损害以脓疱和脓痂为主。
治疗方法 治疗组采用本发明所述的中药熏洗剂；称取白花龙胆6g、马尾连5g、地耳草22g、天香炉12g、豨签11g、草石蚕14g、紫荆丫16g、刺三甲24g、散血莲20g、饭团根12g、龙舌箭8g。将上述中药水煎成药液熏洗，每日2次，每次30分钟，3天为一个疗程；对照组取氯霉素注射液1克，2％龙胆紫12毫升，两药混合备用。先用淡盐水或温开水清洗脓液，再用棉签蘸氯霉素龙胆紫溶液搽患部，每日3～4次，3天为一个疗程；两组均治疗三个疗程统计疗效。
疗效标准 痊愈：脓痂脱落消失，愈后遗有暂时性色素沉着，皮肤不留瘢痕；有效：脓痂脱落消失50％以上，无新生脓疱；无效：无变化或加重。
治疗结果 两组疗效比较 见表1。

治疗组总有效率达到95.8％，对照组总有效率达到66.7％，治疗组明显优于对照组，两组治愈率、总有效率有显著性差异(P＜0.05)。
具体实施方式
实施例一：称取白花龙胆6g、马尾连5g、地耳草22g、天香炉12g、豨签11g、草石蚕14g、紫荆丫16g、刺三甲24g、散血莲20g、饭团根12g、龙舌箭8g，将上述中药水煎成熏洗剂。
实施例二：称取白花龙胆3g、马尾连8g、地耳草15g、天香炉9g、豨签12g、草石蚕9g、紫荆丫18g、刺三甲30g、散血莲15g、饭团根8g、龙舌箭9g，将上述中药水煎成熏洗剂。
实施例三：称取白花龙胆9g、马尾连3g、地耳草30g、天香炉15g、豨签9g、草石蚕18g、紫荆丫15g、刺三甲18g、散血莲25g、饭团根15g、龙舌箭6g，将上述中药水煎成熏洗剂。

Claims (2)

1.一种治疗脓疱疮的中药熏洗剂，其特征在于该中药熏洗剂由以下重量份的中药制成：白花龙胆3-9份、马尾连3-8份、地耳草15-30份、天香炉9-15份、稀签9-12份、草石蚕9-18份、紫荆丫15-18份、刺三甲18-30份、散血莲15-25份、饭团根8-15份、龙舌箭6-9份。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种治疗脓疱疮的中药熏洗剂，其特征在于该中药熏洗剂由以下重量份的中药制成：白花龙胆6份、马尾连5份、地耳草22份、天香炉12份、豨签11份、草石蚕14份、紫荆丫16份、刺三甲24份、散血莲20份、饭团根12份、龙舌箭8份。
