本发明提供一种骨科膏药，原料的重量组分为：没药13‑15份、三七10‑18份、马钱子7‑12份、乳香2‑5份、丁香3‑8份、香附3‑7份、桂枝11‑17份、樟脑3‑10份、红花4‑9份、川断5‑10份、伸筋草5‑8份，大黄4‑7份。再通过本发明提供的制备方法，有效提升了药物的药效，并有效的将各种中药成分组合配比，充分发挥了其药用价值，制备方法可进一步推广应用，便于工业化的生产加工。

技术领域
本发明涉及中药膏药领域，具体涉及一种骨科膏药。
背景技术
膏药，中药外用的一种，古称薄贴，用植物油或动物油加药熬成胶状物质，涂在布、纸或皮的一面，可以较长时间地贴在患处，它遵循中医辨证论治及中药的功效、主治与归经的原则，充分调动药物互相协调为用的效能，组成多味药物的复方，渗透入皮肤，内传经络、脏腑，起到调气血、通经络、散寒湿，消肿痛等作用。
现在的骨科疾病作为常见的疾病，随着时代和社会的变更，骨科的伤病也在不断发生着变化，使得在现有的医学治疗手段中，常常会采用西医上的手术治疗方法或西药服用治疗，但是虽然手术治疗能够快速有效的解除人体的骨科疼痛，但是在治疗后的时间年限有限，且这种手术治疗对身体状况较弱的人伤害更大，一些服用的西药，虽然一定程度上减少了对患者的伤害，当时见效较慢，且长期服用产生的副作用将更大。
发明内容
针对现有技术的不足，本发明提供了一种骨科膏药，采用将治疗药物制成膏药形式，使得治疗骨科的疗程更快。
为实现以上目的，本发明通过以下技术方案予以实现：
一种骨科膏药，原料的重量组分为：没药13-15份、三七10-18份、马钱子7-12份、乳香2-5份、丁香3-8份、香附3-7份、桂枝11-17份、樟脑3-10份、红花4-9份、川断5-10份、伸筋草5-8份，大黄4-7份。
优选地，原料的重量组分为：没药14-15份、三七12-17份、马钱子9-11份、乳香3-5份、丁香3-6份、香附3-6份、桂枝12-15份、樟脑4-9份、红花5-8份、川断6-9份、伸筋草5-7份，大黄5-7份。
优选地，原料的重量组分为：没药14份、三七14份、马钱子10份、乳香4份、丁香5份、香附5份、桂枝14份、樟脑6份、红花7份、川断8份、伸筋草6份，大黄6份。
本发明提供了一种骨科膏药，通过个药物的混合配比作用，原料中含有的没药具有散血祛瘀，没药具有辛散苦泄，入血分，有散血祛瘀、消肿止痛之功；香附具有理气解郁，调经止痛；樟脑具有杀虫止痒、消肿止痛的功效，也可用于治疗跌打损伤；川断补肝肾，续筋骨，调血脉。治腰背酸痛，足膝无力；伸筋草可被用于骨关节疼痛，能有效治疗风寒湿痹，肢软麻木，跌打损伤。通过本发明提供的配比重要配方，将各种药物有效地结合，充分发挥了其药用价值，且在制备方法中，操作简单，充分保留了中药成分不被破坏，可进一步的工业化推广应用。

本实施例提供一种骨科膏药，原料的重量组分为：没药14份、三七14份、马钱子10份、乳香4份、丁香5份、香附5份、桂枝14份、樟脑6份、红花7份、川断8份、伸筋草6份，大黄6份。

本实施例提供一种骨科膏药，原料的重量组分为：没药14份、三七10份、马钱子9份、乳香2份、丁香8份、香附3份、桂枝15份、樟脑10份、红花4份、川断7份、伸筋草5份，大黄6份。
实施例3：
本实施例提供一种骨科膏药，原料的重量组分为：没药15份、三七12份、马钱子11份、乳香3份、丁香7份、香附4份、桂枝12份、樟脑9份、红花5份、川断7份、伸筋草7份，大黄5份。
实施例4：
本实施例提供一种骨科膏药，原料的重量组分为：没药13份、三七18份、马钱子12份、乳香5份、丁香6份、香附6份、桂枝17份、樟脑3份、红花8份、川断9份、伸筋草6份，大黄7份。
实施例5：
本实施例提供一种骨科膏药，原料的重量组分为：没药13份、三七178份、马钱子7份、乳香2份、丁香3份、香附7份、桂枝11份、樟脑4份、红花9份、川断6份、伸筋草8份，大黄5份。
实施例6：
骨科膏药制备方法，操作步骤如下：
1)分别将上述实施例的马钱子、桂枝、大黄、没药、伸筋草温水浸泡25-30小时，并晾干磨成粉状，备用；
2)将步骤1)磨成的原料按重量份，结合原料中的其他组分放入蒸煮锅中进行蒸煮1-2小时，过滤，得滤液备用；
3)将步骤2)中的滤液加入增粘剂、软化剂、填充剂，搅拌混合厚层黏糊状，然后滩涂于白布上，自然冷却即可。
优选地，步骤2)中控制温度为80-90℃。
对于本发明提供份配方制备的膏药，在实际应用中也取得了良好的效果，现有患者案例：
1、黄某某、男52岁，务农，患有骨质增生3-5年，腿部经常疼痛难忍，近一年卧床不起，使用本发明提供的膏药，30天即可下床行走，50天后疼痛完全消失，现在能够正常干农活。
2、廖某，女，41岁，农民，患有颈椎病4-5年，疼痛时候从腰部到颈椎都产生麻木，重农活也都干不了，多年求医未果，在使用本发明提供的膏药，能够有效的实现了20天后颈椎部位疼痛消除，再30天后，即可实现干重农活，与常人无异。

2.如权利要求1所述的骨科膏药，其特征在于，原料的重量组分为：没药14-15份、三七12-17份、马钱子9-11份、乳香3-5份、丁香3-6份、香附3-6份、桂枝12-15份、樟脑4-9份、红花5-8份、川断6-9份、伸筋草5-7份，大黄5-7份。
