技术领域
本发明涉及护肤品领域，尤其涉及一种白骨壤果淀粉制备的爽身粉的方法。
背景技术
爽身粉的主要成分是滑石粉、硼酸、碳酸镁及香料等。爽身粉也因所含硼酸成分不同，分为成人用和儿童用两种。爽身粉除了能吸收汗液，滑爽皮肤，也可减少痱子发生。夏季浴后或理发后，扑散在身上或头部，能给人以舒适芳香的感觉。
大多数爽身粉中都含有滑石粉，含有不可分离铅，进入婴儿体内不能被很快排泄，长期蓄积，就会危害神经、造血及消化系统，严重影响婴儿的智力和身体发育。本发明要解决的问题是利用天然成分--白骨壤果淀粉代替滑石粉，制备一种纯天然成分，有效吸收汗液并爽滑肌肤的爽身粉，其价格低廉，制备工艺简单，让婴儿皮肤更清爽,更平滑。
发明内容
本发明的主要目的是提供一种白骨壤果淀粉制备的爽身粉。
本发明的另一个目的是提供上述白骨壤果淀粉制备的爽身粉的方法。
为达到上述目的，本发明采取以下技术方案：
一种白骨壤果淀粉制备的爽身粉，含有以下原料，按下述重量数份配制：
白骨壤果淀粉50～70份、白骨壤叶30～40份、海藻提取物5～10份、甜杏仁油3～8份、水溶性珍珠粉4～7份、维生素E1～2份；
上述白骨壤果淀粉制备的爽身粉，其具体制作步为：
第一步提取：将配料比白骨壤叶干燥粉碎至80目，与乙醇水溶液混合，经醇提，然后去除乙醇，得白骨壤叶提取液；
第二步混合：在步骤一的白骨壤叶提取液里加入白骨壤果淀粉和水溶性珍珠粉搅拌5～10分钟，然后加入海藻提取物、甜杏仁油和维生素E搅拌10～20分钟搅拌均匀制得浆液；所述白骨壤叶提取液与其它配料的重量比为3︰7；
第三步均质：将步骤二的浆液经过均质机均质处理，让其充分均匀；
第四步预糊化：将步骤三均质的浆液喷雾干燥，得成品；
第五步杀菌：将步骤四的成品放入微波杀菌机杀菌后，定量包装。
本发明所述白骨壤果淀粉是红树林一种果实制备的淀粉，白骨壤果富含淀粉，直径1-2cm，无毒，可作为人类食物或猪的饲料，是红树林植被中被作为食物利用得最多最广的一种植物。通常在6-9月份摘收。
本发明所述甜杏仁油属于中性的基础油，由杏树果实压榨而得，具有良好的亲肤性，连最娇嫩的婴儿也可以使用。其含有高营养素的特质，是很好的滋润和混合油。适合婴儿、干性、皱纹、粉刺以及敏感性肌肤使用；它的滋润、软化肤质功能良好，适合做全身按摩用，也能作为治疗痒、红肿、干燥和发炎的配方使用。
本发明所述白骨壤叶是白骨壤的嫩叶，使用嫩叶更容易加工制造，在民间用法：法捣烂外敷，治脓肿。
本发明具有以下有益效果：
1)本发明不含滑石粉，无化学成分，五色素，无矿物油，无刺激，是一种安全、天然的爽身粉。
2)本发明全部应用天然成分，专门针对婴幼儿使用，有效吸收宝宝汗液并爽滑肌肤，并对尿湿疹、痕痒有良好效果。
具体实施方式
下面对本发明的具体实施方式作详细说明：
实施例1
白骨壤果淀粉制备的爽身粉，采用以下原料，按下述重量比进行配制：
白骨壤果淀粉70份、白骨壤叶340份、海藻提取物10份、甜杏仁油8份、水溶性珍珠粉7份、维生素E2份，该白骨壤叶为白骨壤树的嫩叶。
具体制备方法为：
第一步提取：将配料比白骨壤叶干燥粉碎至80目，与乙醇水溶液混合，经醇提，然后去除乙醇，得白骨壤叶提取液。
第二步混合：在步骤一的白骨壤叶提取液里加入白骨壤果淀粉和水溶性珍珠粉搅拌10分钟，然后加入海藻提取物、甜杏仁油和维生素E搅拌20分钟搅拌均匀制得浆液；白骨壤叶提取液与其它配料的重量比为3︰7。
第三步均质：将步骤二的浆液经过均质机均质处理，让其充分均匀。
第四步预糊化：将步骤三均质的浆液喷雾干燥，得成品。
第五步杀菌：将步骤四的成品放入微波杀菌机杀菌后，定量包装。实施例2

1.一种白骨壤果淀粉制备的爽身粉，其特征在于，含有以下原料，按下述重量份数配制：
白骨壤果淀粉50～70份、白骨壤叶30～40份、海藻提取物5～10份、甜杏仁油3～8份、水溶性珍珠粉4～7份、维生素E1～2份；
上述白骨壤果淀粉制备的爽身粉，含有以下制作步骤：
第一步提取：将配料比白骨壤叶干燥粉碎至80目，与乙醇水溶液混合，经醇提，然后去除乙醇，得白骨壤叶提取液；
第二步混合：在步骤一的白骨壤叶提取液里加入白骨壤果淀粉和水溶性珍珠粉搅拌5～10分钟，然后加入海藻提取物、甜杏仁油和维生素E搅拌10～20分钟搅拌均匀制得浆液；所述白骨壤叶提取液与其它配料的重量比为3︰7；

3.根据权利要求1所述的白骨壤果淀粉制备的爽身粉，其特征在于，所述水溶性珍珠粉是200～300目的水溶性海水珍珠粉或水溶性淡水珍珠粉。
