Abstract

一种轮椅的摇把式人工驱动装置,由摩擦轮、轴承座、万向节、连接轴和摇把相连组成;在轮椅的两个驱动轮上设有摩擦轮,摩擦轮的轴头安装在轴承座上;轴承座的底部固定在轮椅的架体上;在轴头、摇把的一端分别连接一个万向节,两个万向节之间用连接轴固定相连成一体;摩擦轮的轴头通过万向节、连接轴和摇把相连成一体;以此传递摇把的旋转动力;在摇把上设有挡板,在挡板下面设有导管,摇把插入导管内;在导管的上、下两端设有支撑,支撑的两端分别和导管、轮椅的架体相连成一体。

一种轮椅的摇把式人工驱动装置,属于残人用品领域。
背景技术
不能行走的人们,以轮椅作为代步工具,通过上肢的手臂旋转轮椅的扶手圈,能够达到移动的目的。然而,在旋转轮椅的过程中,由于残人的袖子往往和轮椅的车轮相接触,车轮上的灰尘污染了衣服,达不到衣着清洁的要求。
发明内容
本申请的目的是要提供一种轮椅的摇把式人工驱动装置,以此消除上述缺陷。该装置由摩擦轮、轴承座、万向节、连接轴和摇把相连组成;在轮椅(指没有扶手圈的轮椅)的两个驱动轮的车胎外侧的斜坡上分别设有摩擦轮,摩擦轮采用充气摩擦轮(脚轮的一种);摩擦轮和驱动轮的车胎侧壁的斜坡紧密接触;摩擦轮通过自身所带的轴头安装在轴承座上;轴承座采用双轴承结构(结构特征属于公共常识,在此不再详细描述);轴承座的底部固定在轮椅的架体侧壁上;固定后的摩擦轮的轴头和轮椅的驱动轮呈异面垂直状态;
在轴头、摇把的一端(指没有安装摩擦轮的那一端)分别连接一个万向节,万向节采用十字形万向节;两个万向节的十字形错开45度,错开角度后的两个万向节之间用连接轴固定相连成一体;连接轴用一段圆管做成;摩擦轮的轴头通过万向节、连接轴和摇把相连成一体;以此传递摇把的旋转动力;
摇把采用之字形的直角摇把,其结构特征和单缸柴油机所用的摇把相同;摇把的横截面为圆形;在摇把上设有挡板,挡板为圆环形的板体,挡板套装在摇把上面的折弯处,挡板和摇把垂直(指和插入导管的摇把部分垂直)相连成一体;挡板用于扩大摇把的上端和导管的接触面;在摇把的挡板下面设有导管,导管用一段圆管做成;摇把插入导管后定位在挡板上,且能够在导管的圆孔内灵活转动;
在导管的上、下两端的侧壁分别设有支撑,支撑用一段方管做成;支撑的两端分别和导管、轮椅的架体两侧垂直相连成一体;支撑对摇把具有定位作用;
使用时,残人的双手分别握住两个摇把,通过旋转摇把使摩擦轮带动轮椅的驱动轮转动,实现轮椅的移动功能。
本申请有益的技术效果是:通过摇把、摩擦轮的结构驱动轮椅的移动,操作方便,不脏衣服。

如图1 、2所示,一种轮椅的摇把式人工驱动装置,以此消除上述缺陷。该装置由摩擦轮1、轴承座2、万向节3、连接轴10和摇把4相连组成;在轮椅(指没有扶手圈的轮椅)的两个驱动轮5的车胎外侧的斜坡上分别设有摩擦轮1,摩擦轮1采用充气摩擦轮(脚轮的一种);摩擦轮1和驱动轮5的车胎侧壁的斜坡紧密接触;摩擦轮1通过自身所带的轴头6安装在轴承座2上;轴承座2采用双轴承结构(结构特征属于公共常识,在此不再详细描述);轴承座2的底部固定在轮椅的架体侧壁上;固定后的摩擦轮1的轴头6和轮椅的驱动轮5呈异面垂直状态;

1.一种轮椅的摇把式人工驱动装置,其特征在于:该装置由摩擦轮(1)、轴承座(2)、万向节(3)、连接轴(10)和摇把(4)相连组成;在轮椅的两个驱动轮(5)的车胎外侧的斜坡上分别设有摩擦轮(1),摩擦轮(1)采用充气摩擦轮;摩擦轮(1)和驱动轮(5)的车胎侧壁的斜坡紧密接触;摩擦轮(1)通过自身所带的轴头(6)安装在轴承座(2)上;轴承座(2)采用双轴承结构;轴承座(2)的底部固定在轮椅的架体侧壁上;固定后的摩擦轮(1)的轴头(6)和轮椅的驱动轮(5)呈异面垂直状态;
