The through holes are arranged to balance the water levels of the liquid medicine in the inner cavity and the outer cavity, and the annular baffle plates are arranged, so that the backflow path of the liquid medicine during shaking in the flying process is effectively shortened, and meanwhile, the stability of flying operation is enhanced.
