本发明公开了一种抗氧健齿片及其制备方法,由生物活性玻璃、金银花提取物、氯化锶、氟化钠、硝酸钾、醋酸氯己定、重质碳酸钙、甘醇露、预胶化淀粉、羧甲基淀粉钠、安赛蜜、聚乙二醇、薄荷脑和十二烷基硫酸钠制备而成,将各原料研磨后过筛,均匀混合,加入乙醇制粒,烘干后粉碎成粉末并混合,混合均匀后进行压片,即可。本发明健齿片中含有多酚类、黄酮类、维生素类以及氨基酸类等多种生物还原剂,具有消炎抗敏,抗溃疡,预防或缓解牙龈炎,达到固齿的效果;能填补牙釉表面缺失,减少牙齿敏感;能去除表面污垢,减少牙结石的产生;能杀灭口腔细菌,减少口腔细菌对牙齿和牙龈的伤害,能有效清洁口腔,减少口臭,长期使用,可间接提高机体免疫。

背景技术
目前,国内口腔卫生用品,以牙膏为主,漱口水为辅,二者皆为半液体或液体形态物品,不仅包装体积大,携带不方便,使用繁琐,更重要的是其中的生物活性成分在高水量的环境中易降解失效,同时无法控制好每次的用量。而现有的用于口腔卫生的抗氧健齿片采用易于崩解的一种片剂,临用时才放入高水环境,迅速崩解于口腔中,形成活性高、功能全、口感优良、易定量且携带使用方便的口腔保健产品。弥补了现有的牙膏和漱口水的低效能固齿、清洁口腔的缺陷。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种抗氧健齿片及其制备方法,以解决上述背景技术中提出的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:
一种抗氧健齿片,由以下质量百分比的原料制备而成:生物活性玻璃1.8~2.2%,金银花提取物3~4%,氯化锶0.4~0.6%,氟化钠0.4~0.6%,硝酸钾2.7~3.3%,醋酸氯己定0.25~0.35%,重质碳酸钙10~14%,甘醇露41~51%,预胶化淀粉14~18%,羧甲基淀粉钠3.5~4.5%,安赛蜜2.0~2.4%,聚乙二醇3.7~4.3%,薄荷脑2.8~3.2%,十二烷基硫酸钠2.8~3.2%。
作为本发明进一步的方案:具体由以下质量百分比的原料制备而成:生物活性玻璃2.0%,金银花提取物3.5%,氯化锶0.5%,氟化钠0.5%,硝酸钾3.0%,醋酸氯己定0.3%,重质碳酸钙12%,甘醇露46%,预胶化淀粉16%,羧甲基淀粉钠4.0%,安赛蜜2.2%,聚乙二醇4.0%,薄荷脑3.0%,十二烷基硫酸钠3.0%。
作为本发明再进一步的方案:所述金银花提取物的制备过程为:加水进行两次回流提取,第一次回流提取1.5~2.5h,第二次回流提取50~70min,合并两次提取液,减压浓缩,将浓缩液的pH值调至6.5~7.5,过滤后通过大孔树脂进行提纯,用水洗涤大孔树脂,合并流出液和水洗液,在50~56℃下浓缩干燥,研磨成粉,并过140~160目筛,即可。
一种所述的抗氧健齿片的制备方法,具体制备步骤如下:
(1)将上述原料分别进行研磨,过180~220目筛,并按配比称取各原料,备用;
(2)将生物活性玻璃、金银花提取物、氯化锶、氟化钠、硝酸钾、醋酸氯己定、重质碳酸钙、一半的甘醇露和薄荷脑均匀混合,加入乙醇溶液制粒,烘干后粉碎成粉末,过120~140目筛,制得粉末A;
(3)将另一半的甘醇露与预胶化淀粉、羧甲基淀粉钠、安赛蜜混合均匀,加入乙醇溶液制粒,烘干后粉碎成粉末,过120~140目筛,制得粉末B;
(4)将聚乙二醇、十二烷基硫酸钠分别研磨成粉末,再过140~160目筛,混合后加入粉末A、粉末B,混合均匀后进行压片,即可。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:本发明健齿片中含有多酚类、黄酮类、维生素类以及氨基酸类等多种生物还原剂,消炎抗敏,能有效缓解溃疡的发展,预防或减轻牙龈炎,达到固齿的效果,而且帮助溃疡较快恢复正常,减轻溃疡的痛苦;能杀灭口腔细菌,减少口腔细菌对牙齿和牙龈的伤害,能有效清洁口腔,减少口臭,长期食用,可间接提高机体免疫,改善机体的综合素质。

金银花提取物的制备过程为:加水进行两次回流提取,第一次回流提取1.5h,第二次回流提取70min,合并两次提取液,减压浓缩,将浓缩液的pH值调至6.8,过滤后通过大孔树脂进行提纯,用水洗涤大孔树脂,合并流出液和水洗液,在50℃下浓缩干燥,研磨成粉,并过140目筛,即可。
上述实施例中抗氧健齿片的制备步骤如下:
(1)将上述原料分别进行研磨,过180~220目筛,并按配比称取各原料,备用;

(4)将聚乙二醇、十二烷基硫酸钠分别研磨成粉末,再过140~160目筛,混合后加入粉末A、粉末B,混合均匀后进行压片,即可。
实施例2
抗氧健齿片,由以下质量百分比的原料制备而成:生物活性玻璃2.0%,金银花提取物3.5%,氯化锶0.5%,氟化钠0.5%,硝酸钾3.0%,醋酸氯己定0.3%,重质碳酸钙12%,甘醇露46%,预胶化淀粉16%,羧甲基淀粉钠4.0%,安赛蜜2.2%,聚乙二醇4.0%,薄荷脑3.0%,十二烷基硫酸钠3.0%。
金银花提取物的制备过程为:加水进行两次回流提取,第一次回流提取2h,第二次回流提取60min,合并两次提取液,减压浓缩,将浓缩液的pH值调至7.0,过滤后通过大孔树脂进行提纯,用水洗涤大孔树脂,合并流出液和水洗液,在53℃下浓缩干燥,研磨成粉,并过150目筛,即可。
上述实施例中抗氧健齿片的制备步骤如下:
(1)将上述原料分别进行研磨,过200目筛,并按配比称取各原料,备用;
(2)将生物活性玻璃、金银花提取物、氯化锶、氟化钠、硝酸钾、醋酸氯己定、重质碳酸钙、一半的甘醇露和薄荷脑均匀混合,加入乙醇溶液制粒,烘干后粉碎成粉末,过130目筛,制得粉末A;
(3)将另一半的甘醇露与预胶化淀粉、羧甲基淀粉钠、安赛蜜混合均匀,加入乙醇溶液制粒,烘干后粉碎成粉末,过130目筛,制得粉末B;
(4)将聚乙二醇、十二烷基硫酸钠分别研磨成粉末,再过130目筛,混合后加入粉末A、粉末B,混合均匀后进行压片,即可。
实施例3
抗氧健齿片,由以下质量百分比的原料制备而成:生物活性玻璃2.2%,金银花提取物3%,氯化锶0.6%,氟化钠0.4%,硝酸钾3.3%,醋酸氯己定0.25%,重质碳酸钙14%,甘醇露42.65%,预胶化淀粉18%,羧甲基淀粉钠3.5%,安赛蜜2.4%,聚乙二醇3.7%,薄荷脑3.2%,十二烷基硫酸钠2.8%。
金银花提取物的制备过程为:加水进行两次回流提取,第一次回流提取2.5h,第二次回流提取50min,合并两次提取液,减压浓缩,将浓缩液的pH值调至7.2,过滤后通过大孔树脂进行提纯,用水洗涤大孔树脂,合并流出液和水洗液,在56℃下浓缩干燥,研磨成粉,并过160目筛,即可。
上述实施例中抗氧健齿片的制备步骤如下:
(1)将上述原料分别进行研磨,过220目筛,并按配比称取各原料,备用;
(2)将生物活性玻璃、金银花提取物、氯化锶、氟化钠、硝酸钾、醋酸氯己定、重质碳酸钙、一半的甘醇露和薄荷脑均匀混合,加入乙醇溶液制粒,烘干后粉碎成粉末,过140目筛,制得粉末A;
(3)将另一半的甘醇露与预胶化淀粉、羧甲基淀粉钠、安赛蜜混合均匀,加入乙醇溶液制粒,烘干后粉碎成粉末,过140目筛,制得粉末B;
(4)将聚乙二醇、十二烷基硫酸钠分别研磨成粉末,再过160目筛,混合后加入粉末A、粉末B,混合均匀后进行压片,即可。

Claims (4)
1.一种抗氧健齿片,其特征在于,由以下质量百分比的原料制备而成:生物活性玻璃1.8~2.2%,金银花提取物3~4%,氯化锶0.4~0.6%,氟化钠0.4~0.6%,硝酸钾2.7~3.3%,醋酸氯己定0.25~0.35%,重质碳酸钙10~14%,甘醇露41~51%,预胶化淀粉14~18%,羧甲基淀粉钠3.5~4.5%,安赛蜜2.0~2.4%,聚乙二醇3.7~4.3%,薄荷脑2.8~3.2%,十二烷基硫酸钠2.8~3.2%。
2.根据权利要求1所述的抗氧健齿片,其特征在于,具体由以下质量百分比的原料制备而成:生物活性玻璃2.0%,金银花提取物3.5%,氯化锶0.5%,氟化钠0.5%,硝酸钾3.0%,醋酸氯己定0.3%,重质碳酸钙12%,甘醇露46%,预胶化淀粉16%,羧甲基淀粉钠4.0%,安赛蜜2.2%,聚乙二醇4.0%,薄荷脑3.0%,十二烷基硫酸钠3.0%。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的抗氧健齿片,其特征在于,所述金银花提取物的制备过程为:加水进行两次回流提取,第一次回流提取1.5~2.5h,第二次回流提取50~70min,合并两次提取液,减压浓缩,将浓缩液的pH值调至6.5~7.5,过滤后通过大孔树脂进行提纯,用水洗涤大孔树脂,合并流出液和水洗液,在50~56℃下浓缩干燥,研磨成粉,并过140~160目筛,即可。
4.一种如权利要求1或2所述的抗氧健齿片的制备方法,其特征在于,具体制备步骤如下:
(1)将上述原料分别进行研磨,过180~220目筛,并按配比称取各原料,备用;
(2)将生物活性玻璃、金银花提取物、氯化锶、氟化钠、硝酸钾、醋酸氯己定、重质碳酸钙、一半的甘醇露和薄荷脑均匀混合,加入乙醇溶液制粒,烘干后粉碎成粉末,过120~140目筛,制得粉末A;
(3)将另一半的甘醇露与预胶化淀粉、羧甲基淀粉钠、安赛蜜混合均匀,加入乙醇溶液制粒,烘干后粉碎成粉末,过120~140目筛,制得粉末B;
(4)将聚乙二醇、十二烷基硫酸钠分别研磨成粉末,再过140~160目筛,混合后加入粉末A、粉末B,混合均匀后进行压片,即可。
