Abstract
本发明提供一种用于光交换系统的谐振腔器件,包括:谐振腔组,它包含至少两个垂直方向存在位移的谐振腔,相邻的谐振腔通过倏逝波耦合交换光能量;所述谐振腔之间较低折射率的限制层;以及至少一光波导,靠近所述谐振腔组中最底层的谐振腔并发生光能量耦合,用于输入或输出光信号。本发明实施方式中,多个谐振腔在垂直方向存在位移,位于不同的平面内,可以采用CMOS工艺制作,垂直方向的间距可以控制到几个纳米量级,可以实现更高的耦合效率。
