Description
Technical Field
The present invention relates to a muting technology of a terminal earphone, and more particularly, to a muting circuit and method of a microphone on an earphone.
Background
At present, an earphone adapted to a mobile phone has a microphone muting function. In a common microphone muting circuit, a toggle switch is connected in series with a microphone signal line, and when the toggle switch is turned off, the microphone muting is presented.
FIG. 1 is a prior art mute circuit of a microphone, wherein the microphone normally operates when pins 2-3 of a toggle switch are turned on; when the 1-2 pin of the toggle switch is switched on, the Audio MIC signal of the Audio Jack of the earphone is suspended, and the misreading of the state of the mobile phones of different models is easily caused.
That is, when the toggle switch is turned off, the microphone signal line on the mobile phone side is in a floating state. The judgment of the state is different for different models of mobile phones, for example, iphone6 of apple company interprets the state as a headset without a microphone, so that the built-in microphone of the mobile phone is started, and the mute fails, thereby causing poor applicability and stability of the headset.

Detailed Description
In order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the present invention more apparent, embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings.
As shown in fig. 2, the mute circuit of a microphone on an earphone according to the present invention includes:
a toggle switch, a microphone arranged on the earphone and a ground resistor R1; the toggle switch is a single-pole double-throw 1P2T toggle switch;
wherein, the first end of the 1P2T toggle switch is grounded through the ground resistor R1;
the second end of the 1P2T toggle switch is connected with an Audio signal MIC signal of an Audio Jack of an earphone;
the third end of the 1P2T toggle switch is connected with the first end of the microphone;
the second end of the microphone is grounded.
The second end of the 1P2T toggle switch is a common end of the toggle switch, so that when the first end and the second end of the 1P2T toggle switch are connected, the Audio signal MIC signal of the Audio Jack of the earphone is grounded with the ground resistance.
In the above embodiment, because the one end at the toggle switch is connected with the resistance to ground, when the first end and the second end of the toggle switch are switched on, the Audio signal MIC signal of the Audio Jack of the earphone is grounded through the resistance to ground, and the resistance to ground is equivalent to the impedance of a microphone, at this moment, the terminal can consider that the microphone is accessed for a mobile phone, so that the misjudgment of the terminal can not be caused, and the stability of the system is improved. Meanwhile, the resistor replaces the microphone to achieve the same mute function of the microphone. That is to say, when the microphone signal is in the off state, the microphone signal is connected to the ground resistor, so that the mute effect of the microphone is realized, the terminal is ensured to correctly identify the current earphone state, and the condition identification error of the terminal to the earphone caused by the open circuit of the microphone signal line is avoided.
That is to say, when the microphone signal is in the disconnection state, the microphone signal is connected to the ground resistor, so that the mute effect of the microphone is realized, the terminal can be ensured to correctly identify the current earphone state, and the condition identification error of the terminal to the earphone caused by the disconnection of the microphone signal line is avoided.
When the second end and the third end of the 1P2T toggle switch are connected, the Audio signal MIC signal of the earphone Audio Jack is connected with the first end of the microphone.
The resistance value of the resistance to ground R1 is matched according to the dc impedance of the microphone. The method specifically comprises the following steps: the resistance value of the ground resistor is consistent with the direct current impedance of the microphone. For example, the resistance value of the resistance to ground is 2.2K Ω. That is, the resistance of R1 can be modified according to the dc impedance of different microphones to match different microphone types of headphones.
In the above embodiment, the first terminal of the toggle switch is connected to a ground resistor, and when the pins 1-2 (the first terminal and the second terminal) of the toggle switch are turned on, the MIC signal of the Audio Jack of the earphone is connected to the ground via the 2.2K Ω resistor. 2.2K omega is equivalent to the impedance of the microphone, and the terminal, for example, a mobile phone, still has the microphone to be connected at the moment, so that misjudgment of the terminal is not caused, and the stability of the system is improved. Meanwhile, the resistor replaces the microphone to achieve the same mute function of the microphone. That is to say, when the microphone signal is in the off state, the microphone signal is connected to the 2.2K Ω resistor to the ground, so as to realize the mute effect of the microphone, ensure the mobile phone to correctly identify the current earphone state, and avoid the condition identification of the mobile phone to the earphone caused by the open circuit of the microphone signal line.
The invention relates to a microphone mute circuit of a wired earphone, which comprises a 1P2T toggle switch, a microphone and a resistor. The connection relation of each part is that the common end of the toggle switch is connected with a microphone signal line of the earphone Audio Jack, and the other two ends of the toggle switch are respectively connected with an earphone microphone and a resistor. The function of the toggle switch is to turn on or off the microphone signal, and the function of the resistor is to act as a mute microphone when the toggle switch is turned off.
Through the improved circuit of the toggle switch and the resistor, the resistor is used for replacing the microphone when the microphone of the earphone is in mute state, so that the mobile phone judges that the microphone is still connected, but the function of the microphone is not actually realized, the aim of mute is achieved, misjudgment of the state of the earphone by the mobile phones of partial models can be avoided, and the applicability and the stability of the product are improved.
As shown in fig. 3, a method for muting a microphone of an earphone according to the present invention includes:
step 31, grounding the first end of the 1P2T toggle switch through the ground resistor; connecting a second end of the 1P2T toggle switch with an Audio signal MIC signal of an Audio Jack of an earphone; connecting the third end of the 1P2T toggle switch with the first end of the microphone; a second end of the 1P2T toggle switch is used as a common end of the toggle switch;
step 32, grounding the second end of the microphone.
And step 33, connecting the first end and the second end of the 1P2T toggle switch, so that the MIC signal of the earphone Audio Jack Audio Jack is grounded with the ground resistor.
The method further comprises the following steps:
and step 34, connecting the second end and the third end of the 1P2T toggle switch, so that the MIC signal of the earphone Audio Jack is connected with the first end of the microphone.
The above description is only for the preferred embodiment of the present invention, and is not intended to limit the scope of the present invention. Any modification, equivalent replacement, or improvement made within the spirit and principle of the present invention shall fall within the protection scope of the present invention.
