Abstract

一种用于家用智能配电安全系统远程监控的WIFI通讯模块,包括主控单片机、WIFI收发器、家用智能配电箱开关状态输入接口及处理电路、家用智能配电箱告警状态输入接口及处理电路、主控单片机输出控制接口及处理电路和WIFI通讯模块工作电源;WIFI收发器负责主控单片机与服务器之间的通信,主控单片机输出的控制信号通过接口及处理电路连接控制家用智能配电箱的开关,而家用智能配电箱的开关状态信号和告警状态信号通过接口及处理电路连接至主控单片机,主控单片机再打包通过WIFI收发器上传给服务器。本发明的远程智能监控功能极大提升了家用智能配电箱的技术性能。

Description

用于家用智能配电安全系统远程监控的WIFI通讯模块
技术领域
本发明涉及一种电气终端的智能配电设备,具体涉及一种用于家用智能配电安全系统远程监控的WIFI通讯模块。
背景技术
现有电气终端用户的配电箱大多是用空气开关和漏电保护器拼装而成,保护功能单一,很容易引发电气安全事故和电气火灾。中国专利201420709331.8虽然对上述问题做了改进,增加了智能保护功能,但只能现场操作,不能远程智能监控,智能化程度低,安全防范性能差。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是:解决上述现有技术存在的问题,而提供一种用于家用智能配电安全系统远程监控的WIFI通讯模块,增设家用智能配电箱的智能监控功能,特别是远程智能监控功能,极大提升家用智能配电箱的安全性能和技术性能。
本发明采用的技术方案是:一种用于家用智能配电安全系统远程监控的WIFI通讯模块,包括主控单片机、WIFI收发器、家用智能配电箱开关状态输入接口及处理电路、家用智能配电箱告警状态输入接口及处理电路、主控单片机输出控制接口及处理电路和WIFI通讯模块工作电源;WIFI收发器同时连接主控单片机和服务器,并且负责主控单片机与服务器之间的通信,WIFI收发器接收并解析服务器传过来的指令,并发给主控单片机;主控单片机输出的控制信号通过主控单片机输出控制接口及处理电路连接控制家用智能配电箱的开关电路,而家用智能配电箱的开关状态信号和告警状态信号分别通过开关状态输入接口及处理电路和告警状态输入接口及处理电路连接至主控单片机,主控单片机再将这些采集的家用智能配电箱的开关状态信号和告警状态信号打包通过WIFI收发器上传给服务器。
上述技术方案中,所述的WIFI收发器通过自身的UART口与主控单片机的UART口连接,进行数据通讯。
上述技术方案中,所述的主控单片机输出的控制信号共有12路,经主控单片机输出控制接口及处理电路、数据线和输出接线端子P2-1至P2-12连接至家用智能配电箱的各支路控制电路。
上述技术方案中,所述的主控单片机输出控制接口及处理电路包括集成电路74HC573和电阻、二极管Q0-Q11,其中,处理电路为两块集成电路74HC573,
上述技术方案中,所述的家用智能配电箱的开关状态信号和告警状态信号首先连接至输入接线端子P1-3至P1-19,其中,开关状态信号12路,告警状态信号5路,输入接线端子P1-3至P1-19的开关状态信号和告警状态信号分别经各自的排阻、三极管连接至主控单片机的输入端,使主控单片机获得家用智能配电箱的开关状态信号和告警状态信号,主控单片机再将这些采集的家用智能配电箱开关状态信号和告警状态信号打包通过WIFI收发器上传给服务器。
优点效果:
本发明用于家用智能配电安全系统,能采集家用智能配电箱的开关状态信息和告警状态信息,并打包上传给服务器,服务器再与智能手机或智能终端设备通信,进行显示和告警,同时智能手机或智能终端设备的远程控制家用智能配电箱的指令通过服务器、WIFI收发器和主控单片机处理后输出控制信号连接家用智能配电箱,控制总负载端和各个支路负载端的通断,增设家用智能配电箱的远程监控功能,极大提升家用智能配电箱的智能化程度和技术性能。

具体实施方式:
参见图1、图2、图3、图4,本发明的家用智能配电安全系统远程监控的WIFI通讯模块,包括主控单片机、WIFI收发器、家用智能配电箱开关状态输入接口及处理电路、家用智能配电箱告警状态输入接口及处理电路、主控单片机输出控制接口及处理电路和WIFI通讯模块工作电源;WIFI收发器同时连接主控单片机和服务器,并且负责主控单片机与服务器之间的通信,WIFI收发器接收并解析服务器传过来的指令,并发给主控单片机;主控单片机输出的控制信号通过主控单片机输出控制接口及处理电路连接控制家用智能配电箱的开关电路,而家用智能配电箱的开关状态信号和告警状态信号分别通过开关状态输入接口及处理电路和告警状态输入接口及处理电路连接至主控单片机,主控单片机再将这些采集的家用智能配电箱的开关状态信号和告警状态信号打包通过WIFI收发器上传给服务器,所述的WIFI收发器通过自身的UART口与主控单片机的UART口连接,进行数据通讯,所述的主控单片机输出的控制信号共有12路,经主控单片机输出控制接口及处理电路、数据线和输出接线端子P2-1至P2-12连接至家用智能配电箱的主控制电路和各支路控制电路,所述的主控单片机输出控制接口及处理电路包括集成电路74HC573和电阻、二极管Q0-Q11,其中,处理电路为两块集成电路74HC573,所述的家用智能配电箱的开关状态信号和告警状态信号首先连接至输入接线端子P1-3至P1-19,其中,开关状态信号12路,告警状态信号5路,输入接线端子P1-3至P1-19的开关状态信号赫尔告警状态信号分别经各自的排阻、三极管连接至主控单片机的输入端,使主控单片机获得家用智能配电箱的开关状态信号和告警状态信号,主控单片机再将这些采集到的家用智能配电箱开关状态信号和告警状态信号打包通过WIFI收发器上传给服务器,服务器再与智能手机或智能终端设备通信。
下面结合附图对本发明做进一步具体说明:
参见图2、图3、图4,WIFI通讯模块的指令执行和数据采集都由单片机U2(STC15W404S)完成, WIFI收发器U6(ESP-12E)负责与服务器之间的通信,解析服务器传过来的指令并送给U2执行,WIFI收发器还打包采集到的数据并上传到服务器。U6通过UART口(Pin7、Pin16)与U2的 UART口(Pin24、Pin25)进行数据通讯。
WIFI通讯模块的输出控制共有12路,U6接收指令后传送给U2,经电路传输,最后由端子P2-1至P2-12输出。其信号传输过程以第一路为例,U2解析指令后,发现要断开第一路开关,则U2的Pin40输出高电平,U4的Pin9输入高电平,U2的Pin 6输出低电平,U4的Pin12由高阻态变为高电平,再经过电阻R29,输出高电平到输出端子P2的Pin1,第一路开关断开,然后U2的Pin6输出高电平,U4的Pin12恢复高阻态,第一路开关断开操作完成。若U2解析指令后,发现要闭合第一路开关,则U2的Pin40输出低电平,U4的Pin9输入低电平,U2的Pin 6输出低电平,U4的Pin12由高阻态变为低电平,通过二极管D18拉低输出端子P2的Pin1为低电平,第一路开关闭合,然后U2的Pin6输出高电平,U4的Pin12恢复高阻态,第一路开闭合操作完成。其它的11路输出控制参照第一路。
WIFI通讯模块的开关状态输入共有12路,由模块的输入端子P1的Pin3-Pin14输入,最后由U2打包传给U6,再发送至服务器。输入信号传输过程以第一路为例,当P1的Pin3为高电平时,通过排阻R18,使三极管Q6导通,Q6极电极为低电平,U2的Pin4为低电平,U2得到第一路开关状态为断开;同理当P1的Pin3为低电平时,可使得U2的Pin4为高电平,U2可得到第一路开关状态为闭合。其它11路开关状态输入参照第一路。
WIFI通讯模块的告警状态输入共有5路,由模块的输入端子P1的Pin12-Pin16输入,最后由U2打包传给U6,再发送至服务器。告警输入信号传输过程以第一路为例,当P1的Pin12为高电平时,通过二极管D4、排阻R4,使三极管Q1导通,Q1极电极为低电平,U2的Pin34为低电平,U2得到第一路告警状态为正常;同理当P1的Pin12为低电平时,可使得U2的Pin34为高电平,U2可得到第一路告警状态为出现故障。其它4路告警状态输入参照第一路。

Claims (5)

1.一种用于家用智能配电安全系统远程监控的WIFI通讯模块,其特征在于:包括主控单片机、WIFI收发器、家用智能配电箱开关状态输入接口及处理电路、家用智能配电箱告警状态输入接口及处理电路、主控单片机输出控制接口及处理电路和WIFI通讯模块工作电源;WIFI收发器同时连接主控单片机和服务器,并且负责主控单片机与服务器之间的通信,WIFI收发器接收并解析服务器传过来的指令,并发给主控单片机;主控单片机输出的控制信号通过主控单片机输出控制接口及处理电路连接控制家用智能配电箱的开关电路,而家用智能配电箱的开关状态信号和告警状态信号分别通过开关状态输入接口及处理电路和告警状态输入接口及处理电路连接至主控单片机,主控单片机再将这些采集的家用智能配电箱的开关状态信号和告警状态信号打包通过WIFI收发器上传给服务器。
2.根据权利要求1所述的用于家用智能配电安全系统远程监控的WIFI通讯模块,其特征在于:所述的WIFI收发器通过自身的UART口与主控单片机的UART口连接,进行数据通讯。
3.根据权利要求1所述的用于家用智能配电安全系统远程监控的WIFI通讯模块,其特征在于:所述的主控单片机输出的控制信号共有12路,经主控单片机输出控制接口及处理电路、数据线和输出接线端子P2-1至P2-12连接至家用智能配电箱的各支路控制电路。
4.根据权利要求1所述的用于家用智能配电安全系统远程监控的WIFI通讯模块,其特征在于:所述的主控单片机输出控制接口及处理电路包括集成电路74HC573和电阻、二极管Q0-Q11,其中,处理电路为两块集成电路74HC573。
5.根据权利要求1所述的用于家用智能配电安全系统远程监控的WIFI通讯模块,其特征在于:所述的家用智能配电箱的开关状态信号和告警状态信号首先连接至输入接线端子P1-3至P1-19,其中,开关状态信号12路,告警状态信号5路,输入接线端子P1-3至P1-19的开关状态信号和告警状态信号分别经各自的排阻、三极管连接至主控单片机的输入端,使主控单片机获得家用智能配电箱的开关状态信号和告警状态信号,主控单片机再将这些采集的家用智能配电箱开关状态信号和告警状态信号打包通过WIFI收发器上传给服务器。
