本发明公开了一种家用智能配电系统,包括控制模块,所述控制模块的连接有功能模块,所述控制模块与功能模块采用一体或分体式连接。通过上述技术方案,本发明所提供的家用智能配电系统能够随时管理家用电器电路开关,了解电器使用情况,诊断电器故障,利用信息技术和物联网技术的完美结合,实现配电领域的数字化、模块化、量化、精确化和可视化。

技术领域
本发明涉及通信技术领域,具体涉及一种家用智能配电系统。
背景技术
随着小区规模的扩大及高层住宅的发展,住户密度大大增加,特别是随着每户用电量的直线上升,小区用电负荷急剧增加,配电系统容量激增。一方面是单台设备容量愈来愈大,另一方面设备数量也大大增加,对系统的控制管理提出了更高的要求。
现有配电系统,一般由户外开闭所或电缆分支箱、箱式变电站和用户单元几部份组成。由于没有统一的控制装置,配电系统需要专人值守,不能实现环网控制逻辑和多电源环网功能,运行效率低,故障率较高。
发明内容
为解决上述技术问题,本发明的目的提供了一种家用智能配电系统,能够本发明所要解决地技术问题,就是针对现有技术配电系统运行效率低,故障率高的缺点,提供以一种采用数字式控制技术的智能配电系统。
为达到上述目的,本发明的技术方案如下:
一种家用智能配电系统,包括控制模块,所述控制模块的连接有功能模块,所述控制模块与功能模块采用一体或分体式连接。
进一步,所述的控制模块包括微处理器电路组、液晶显示电路、WIFI总线收发电路、时钟电路、稳压电路、人机交互电路及485通信电路;所述的微处理器电路组包括主控制微处理器电路、总路控制微处理器电路及一个或多个分回路控制微处理器电路;所述的一个或多个分回路微处理器和总路微处理器通过485通信电路与主控制微处理器连接;所述的主控制微处理器与液晶显示电路、WIFI总线收发电路、时钟电路,分回路和总路的信号通过485通信电路传输至主控制微处理器,通过主控微处理器连接的液晶显示电路显示;所述的功能模块包括浪涌模块、开关电源模块、总路开关模块及一个或多个分路开关模块,所述的浪涌模块、开关电源模块、总路开关模块及一个或多个分路开关模块分别与控制模块相连接。
进一步,所述的总路开关模块包括断路开关、电压检测电路、电流检测电路、剩余电流检测电路、电压比较电路及断路开关驱动电路。
优选的,所述断路开关为磁保持继电器。
进一步,所述的分路开关模块包括断路开关、电流检测电路、电压比较电路及断路开关驱动电路。
优选的,所述断路开关为磁保持继电器。
通过上述技术方案,本发明所提供的家用智能配电系统能够随时管理家用电器电路开关,了解电器使用情况,诊断电器故障,利用信息技术和物联网技术的完美结合,实现配电领域的数字化、模块化、量化、精确化和可视化。

下面将结合本发明实施例中的附图,对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述。
图1所示,一种家用智能配电系统,包括控制模块,所述控制模块的连接有功能模块,所述控制模块与功能模块采用一体或分体式连接。
进一步,所述的控制模块包括微处理器电路组、液晶显示电路、WIFI总线收发电路、时钟电路、稳压电路、人机交互电路及485通信电路;所述的微处理器电路组包括主控制微处理器电路、总路控制微处理器电路及一个或多个分回路控制微处理器电路;所述的一个或多个分回路微处理器和总路微处理器通过485通信电路与主控制微处理器连接;所述的主控制微处理器与液晶显示电路、WIFI总线收发电路、时钟电路,分回路和总路的信号通过485通信电路传输至主控制微处理器,通过主控微处理器连接的液晶显示电路显示;所述的功能模块包括浪涌模块、开关电源模块、总路开关模块及一个或多个分路开关模块,所述的浪涌模块、开关电源模块、总路开关模块及一个或多个分路开关模块分别与控制模块相连接。
进一步,所述的总路开关模块包括断路开关、电压检测电路、电流检测电路、剩余电流检测电路、电压比较电路及断路开关驱动电路。
优选的,所述断路开关为磁保持继电器。
进一步,所述的分路开关模块包括断路开关、电流检测电路、电压比较电路及断路开关驱动电路。
优选的,所述断路开关为磁保持继电器。
浪涌模块:该模块独立工作,在该模块保护损坏后,会给控制模块的主控制微处理器提供信号,让主控制微处理器知道浪涌模块损坏,并通过指示灯指示。
开关电源模块:该模块将输入的交流220V电源转换成电子电路使用的直流12V,提供给控制模块和总路开关模块及分路开关模块工作电源。
总路开关模块:采集电流、电压、漏电信号,传输到控制模块的总路微处理器,通过总路微处理器采集、分析、运算并处理,根据情况驱动断路开关(优选磁保持继电器);同时该模块还具有电压比较电路,当发生短路故障时,由硬件电路(电压比较电路)直接驱动断路开关脱扣,提高分断速度。
分路开关模块:采集电流信号,传输到控制模块的分路微处理器,通过分路微处理器采集、分析、运算并处理,根据情况驱动断路开关(优选磁保持继电器);同时该模块还具有电压比较电路,当发生短路故障时,由硬件电路(电压比较电路)直接驱动断路开关脱扣,提高分断速度。
通过上述技术方案,本发明所提供的家用智能配电系统能够随时管理家用电器电路开关,了解电器使用情况,诊断电器故障,利用信息技术和物联网技术的完美结合,实现配电领域的数字化、模块化、量化、精确化和可视化。

1.一种家用智能配电系统,其特征在于,包括控制模块,所述控制模块的连接有功能模块,所述控制模块与功能模块采用一体或分体式连接。
2.根据权利要求1所述的家用智能配电箱,其特征在于,所述的控制模块包括微处理器电路组、液晶显示电路、WIFI总线收发电路、时钟电路、稳压电路、人机交互电路及485通信电路;所述的微处理器电路组包括主控制微处理器电路、总路控制微处理器电路及一个或多个分回路控制微处理器电路;所述的一个或多个分回路微处理器和总路微处理器通过485通信电路与主控制微处理器连接;所述的主控制微处理器与液晶显示电路、WIFI总线收发电路、时钟电路,分回路和总路的信号通过485通信电路传输至主控制微处理器,通过主控微处理器连接的液晶显示电路显示;所述的功能模块包括浪涌模块、开关电源模块、总路开关模块及一个或多个分路开关模块,所述的浪涌模块、开关电源模块、总路开关模块及一个或多个分路开关模块分别与控制模块相连接。
3.根据权利要求2所述的家用智能配电箱,其特征在于,所述的总路开关模块包括断路开关、电压检测电路、电流检测电路、剩余电流检测电路、电压比较电路及断路开关驱动电路。
4.根据权利要求3所述的家用智能配电箱,其特征在于,所述断路开关为磁保持继电器。
5.根据权利要求2所述的家用智能配电箱,其特征在于,所述的分路开关模块包括断路开关、电流检测电路、电压比较电路及断路开关驱动电路。
6.根据权利要求5所述的家用智能配电系统,其特征在于,所述断路开关为磁保持继电器。
