Description
技术领域
本发明涉及显示技术领域,尤其是一种具有压力感应触控功能的外挂式触摸显示装置,还涉及包含该触摸显示装置的电子设备。
背景技术
随着移动式电子产品设备技术的发展和进步,触摸屏的使用显得尤为重要。目前有许多不同的触控感应技术,主要为电容式触摸屏,其主要是通过识别手指触摸的平面位置信息(通过获得该点分别在X轴方向电极和Y轴方向电极的电容变化,以精确计算触摸点的位置)。随着人们对触摸技术的要求不断提高,理想中的触摸屏不仅需要能够感应触摸的平面位置信息,还需要能够感应到触摸的垂直压力(Z轴方向),从而实现传统的人际交互的形式从二维模式转变为三维模式。
但目前,具有压力感应触控功能的触摸显示装置大多是在显示器(如液晶显示器)中额外增加多个压力传感器来实现,这种设计,需要对显示器本身的结构设计做出较大的改动,且结构比较复杂,工艺难度较大。压力传感器具有有限的空间分辨率,当增加多个压力传感器时,会影响显示器的显示品质。
发明内容
有鉴于此,本发明提供了一种具有压力感应触控功能的外挂式触摸显示装置,使用简单的结构在触摸显示装置中实现压力感应触控功能,降低成本。
为了达到上述目的,本发明采用了如下技术方案:
一种外挂式触摸显示装置,包括呈叠层设置的电容触摸屏和显示模组,所述电容触摸屏用于感应触摸信号,所述显示模组包括相对设置的显示面板和背光模组以及用于支撑所述显示面板和背光模组的中框,所述显示面板包括阵列基板,所述阵列基板中设置包括多个像素电极的像素电极层,其中,所述像素电极层被用于作为第一电容感应电极,所述中框的朝向所述背光模组的一侧还设置有第二电容感应电极,所述第二电容感应电极与所述背光模组之间具有间隙,所述第一电容感应电极与第二电容感应电极构成电容感应机构,用于感应施加于所述电容触摸屏上的压力信号;其中,在一帧画面的显示时间内,所述像素电极层用于分时地传递像素电压信号和压力感应信号。
其中,所述第二电容感应电极的材料为ITO。
其中,所述电容触摸屏包括异层设置的触摸驱动电极和触摸感应电极,所述触摸驱动电极和触摸感应电极用于感应施加于所述电容触摸屏上的触摸信号。
其中,所述电容触摸屏连接有触摸驱动芯片,所述电容感应机构连接有压力感应驱动芯片。
其中,所述触摸驱动芯片和所述压力感应驱动芯片集成于同一控制芯片中。
其中,所述显示面板还包括滤光基板,所述滤光基板与所述阵列基板相对设置,所述阵列基板和所述滤光基板之间设置有液晶层。

相比于现有技术,本发明实施例提供的外挂式触摸显示装置,在现有二维触摸功能的外挂式触摸显示装置的基础上,通过在中框和背光模组之间设置第二电容感应电极,并且将显示面板中的像素电极层用于作为第一电容感应电极,第一电容感应电极与第二电容感应电极构成电容感应机构,用于感应施加于所述电容触摸屏上的压力信号,从而实现了三维触摸功能,并且其结构简单,易于实现,生产成本低。进一步地,增加的第二电容感应电极的材料为透明导电的ITO,并且是设置在背光模组的背面,在实现三维触摸功能的同时不影响现有液晶显示装置的显示品质。

本实施例提供了一种外挂式触摸显示装置,如图1所示,所述外挂式触摸显示装置包括呈叠层设置的电容触摸屏1和显示模组2。
其中,所述电容触摸屏1包括异层设置的触摸驱动电极11和触摸感应电极12,所述触摸驱动电极11和触摸感应电极12用于感应施加于电容触摸屏1上的触摸信号。
其中,所述显示模组2包括相对设置的显示面板2a和背光模组2b以及用于支撑所述显示面板2a和背光模组2b的中框2c,所述背光模组2b提供显示光源给所述显示面板2a,以使所述显示面板2a显示影像。
其中,所述显示面板2a包括相对设置的阵列基板21和滤光基板22以及位于所述阵列基板21和滤光基板22之间的液晶层23。具体地,参阅图1,所述阵列基板21包括第一玻璃基板211,所述第一玻璃基板211靠近于所述液晶层23的一侧依次设置有像素电极层212和公共电极层213,所述第一玻璃基板211靠近于所述背光模组2b的一侧设置有第一偏光片214;其中,所述像素电极层212和公共电极层213为相互绝缘(附图中未示出绝缘结构)的导电结构层,所述像素电极层212包括多个阵列设置的像素电极。所述滤光基板22包括第二玻璃基板221和彩色光阻层222,所述彩色光阻层222设置于所述第二玻璃基板222靠近于所述液晶层23的一侧,其中,所述彩色光阻层222包括红色光阻R、绿色光阻G和蓝色光阻B;所述第二玻璃基板221靠近于所述电容触摸屏1的一侧设置有第二偏光片223。进一步地,所述阵列基板21中还设置有数据线、扫描线以及薄膜晶体管阵列等,所述滤光基板22中还设置有黑色矩阵等。这些结构与本发明所要改进的结构关联性不是很密切,因此附图中没有示出,在此也不再详细说明。
其中,如图1所示,在所述中框2c的朝向所述背光模组2b的一侧还设置有第二电容感应电极3,所述第二电容感应电极3与所述背光模组2b之间具有间隙H1,间隙H1应当要保证触摸显示装置被按压时具有足够的形变空间;其中,第二电容感应电极3的材料为氧化铟锡(ITO)。进一步地,在本实施例中,所述像素电极层212被用于作为第一电容感应电极4,所述第一电容感应电极4与所述第二电容感应电极3构成电容感应机构C1,用于感应施加于所述触摸显示装置的电容触摸屏1上的压力信号。其中,由于像素电极层212被复用为第一电容感应电极4,因此在一帧画面的显示时间内,所述像素电极层212用于分时地传递像素电压信号和压力感应信号。
具体地,所述电容触摸屏1连接有触摸驱动芯片5,所述显示面板2a连接有面板驱动芯片(附图中未示),所述电容感应机构C1连接有压力感应驱动芯片6。其中,触摸驱动芯片5、面板驱动芯片和压力感应驱动芯片6可以集成到一个控制芯片中,并通过柔性线路板(FPC)与对应的各个组件连接。触摸驱动芯片5驱动电容触摸屏1的触摸驱动电极11和触摸感应电极12感应出触摸的位置。并且,在一帧画面的显示时间内:显示时序时,所述像素电极层212(第一电容感应电极4)传递像素电压信号,显示面板显示影像。触控时序时,所述像素电极层212(第一电容感应电极4)传递压力感应信号,当触摸的手指按压电容触摸屏1,第一电容感应电极4与所述第二电容感应电极3之间的距离变小,所述第一电容感应电极4与第二电容感应电极3构成电容感应机构C1的电容相应地发生变化,通过建立电容变化值与压力值的相互关联,压力感应驱动芯片6获取电容变化信号后即可获得按压的压力信息,实现压力感应触控功能,从而使得该触摸显示装置实现了三维触摸功能。
本发明还提供了一种电子设备,如图2所示,该电子设备包括外壳100以及封装于所述外壳100中的触摸显示装置200,其中,所述触摸显示装置200为如上实施例所提供的外挂式触摸显示装置。其中,所述电子设备可以是手机、平板电脑、智能手表、智能音箱等等。
综上所述,本发明实施例提供的触摸显示装置,在现有二维触摸功能的外挂式触摸显示装置的基础上,通过在中框和背光模组之间设置第二电容感应电极,第二电容感应电极与显示面板中的像素电极层构成电容感应机构,可以感应施加于显示面板上的压力信号,从而实现了三维触摸功能,其结构简单,易于实现,生产成本低。进一步地,增加的第二电容感应电极是设置在背光模组的背面,在实现三维触摸功能的同时不影响现有显示装置的显示品质。

Claims (8)
1.一种外挂式触摸显示装置,包括呈叠层设置的电容触摸屏和显示模组,所述电容触摸屏用于感应触摸信号,所述显示模组包括相对设置的显示面板和背光模组以及用于支撑所述显示面板和背光模组的中框,所述显示面板包括阵列基板,所述阵列基板中设置包括多个像素电极的像素电极层,其特征在于,所述像素电极层被用于作为第一电容感应电极,所述中框的朝向所述背光模组的一侧还设置有第二电容感应电极,所述第二电容感应电极与所述背光模组之间具有间隙,所述第一电容感应电极与第二电容感应电极构成电容感应机构,用于感应施加于所述电容触摸屏上的压力信号;
其中,在一帧画面的显示时间内,所述像素电极层用于分时地传递像素电压信号和压力感应信号。
2.根据权利要求1所述的外挂式触摸显示装置,其特征在于,所述第二电容感应电极的材料为ITO。
3.根据权利要求1所述的外挂式触摸显示装置,其特征在于,所述电容触摸屏包括异层设置的触摸驱动电极和触摸感应电极,所述触摸驱动电极和触摸感应电极用于感应施加于所述电容触摸屏上的触摸信号。
4.根据权利要求1所述的外挂式触摸显示装置,其特征在于,所述电容触摸屏连接有触摸驱动芯片,所述电容感应机构连接有压力感应驱动芯片。
5.根据权利要求4所述的外挂式触摸显示装置,其特征在于,所述触摸驱动芯片和所述压力感应驱动芯片集成于同一控制芯片中。
6.根据权利要求1所述的外挂式触摸显示装置,其特征在于,所述显示面板还包括滤光基板,所述滤光基板与所述阵列基板相对设置,所述阵列基板和所述滤光基板之间设置有液晶层。
7.根据权利要求6所述的外挂式触摸显示装置,其特征在于,所述阵列基板包括第一玻璃基板,所述第一玻璃基板靠近于所述液晶层的一侧依次设置有像素电极层和公共电极层,所述像素电极层和公共电极层之间相互绝缘。
8.一种电子设备,包括外壳以及封装于所述外壳中的触摸显示装置,其特征在于,所述触摸显示装置为权利要求1-7任一所述的外挂式触摸显示装置。
