Abstract
The invention discloses a multipurpose measurement ruler for an oversize wind electricity bearing, comprising a ruler rod, a fixed ruler rack, a mobile ruler rack, a sliding block, a guide rail, a gauge support, two pull springs, an indicating gauge, a fixed measuring head and a movable measuring head; the fixed ruler rack and the mobile ruler rack are installed on two ends of the ruler rod; the sliding block is installed on the lower end of the mobile ruler rack; the guide rail is inserted in the sliding groove of the sliding block; the gauge skeleton is connected to the outer end surface of the guide rail; the two ends of the two pull springs are connected to the sliding block and the gauge support; the measurement rod of the indicating gauge is inserted into an inserting hole of the gauge support; the fixed measuring head is installed on the lower part of the fixed ruler rack; the movable measuring head is fixed on the lower end surface of the guide rail; both the fixed measurement head and the movable measurement head comprise measuring rods, upper cone measuring heads, upper column measuring heads, lower cone measuring heads, middle column measuring heads and lower column measuring heads. Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to a multipurpose measuring scale for an extra-large wind power bearing.
Background
The end faces of the inner ring and the outer ring of the wind power bearing are generally provided with a sealing groove and a circle of mounting holes. The diameter of the seal slot and the center diameter of the mounting hole are typically measured during the machining of the seal slot and the drilling of the mounting hole to reduce ovality at the center of the seal slot and the center of the mounting hole. The diameter of the existing sealing groove and the central diameter of the mounting hole are obtained by an indirect measurement method, namely a fixed-point measurement method.
When the diameter of the outer side wall of the seal groove on the end face of the outer ring is measured (see fig. 1a), the diameter D of the outer ring is measured at a fixed point, and then the diameter D1 of the outer side wall of the seal groove 21 is calculated according to the diameter D of the outer ring measured at the fixed point, that is, the diameter D1 of the outer side wall of the seal groove of the outer ring is equal to the outer diameter D of the outer ring, the wall thickness a1 of the seal groove on one side of the diameter line from the outer circumferential surface of the outer ring corresponding to the diameter line, and the wall thickness b1 of the seal groove on the other side of the diameter line from;

The measurement method not only needs to measure a plurality of data, is time-consuming and labor-consuming, but also needs to calculate, and is possibly miscalculated. Improvements are therefore needed.

The invention aims to overcome the defects of the prior art and provide a multipurpose measuring scale for an extra-large wind power bearing, which can measure the central diameters of a sealing groove, a mounting hole and a threaded hole on the end surface of an outer ring, realizes multiple purposes by one scale and is convenient to operate.
The purpose of the invention is realized as follows: a multipurpose measuring scale for an oversize wind power bearing comprises a scale rod, a fixed scale frame, a movable scale frame, a sliding block, a guide rail, a meter frame, two tension springs, a dial indicator, a fixed measuring head and a movable measuring head; the fixed ruler frame and the movable ruler frame are respectively arranged at two ends of the ruler rod; the sliding block is arranged at the lower end of the movable ruler frame; the guide rail is inserted in the sliding groove of the sliding block; the horizontal part of the watch frame is connected to the outer end face of the guide rail; the two tension springs are positioned on two sides of the guide rail in parallel, one ends of the two tension springs are connected to the sliding block, and the other ends of the two tension springs are connected to the gauge stand; a measuring rod of the dial indicator is inserted into an insertion hole formed in the vertical part of the indicator frame, so that the end of the measuring rod is abutted against the outer side surface of the movable ruler frame by means of the pressure of the tension spring; wherein,
the fixed measuring head is arranged at the lower part of the fixed ruler frame;

The invention will be further explained with reference to the drawings.
Referring to fig. 2 to 4, the multipurpose measuring scale for an extra large wind power bearing of the present invention includes a scale rod 1, a fixed scale frame 2, a movable scale frame 3, a slide block 4, a guide rail 5, a meter frame 6, two tension springs 7, a dial indicator 8, an adjusting screw 9, a fixed measuring head 10 and a movable measuring head 10'; wherein:
the ruler rod 1 is made of a carbon fiber pipe;
the fixed ruler frame 2 and the movable ruler frame 3 are both Y-shaped structures, and the fixed ruler frame 2 and the movable ruler frame 3 are respectively arranged at two ends of the ruler rod 1;
the slide block 4 is arranged at the lower end of the movable ruler frame 3, and two side surfaces of the slide block 4 are respectively connected with a tension spring rod 40;
the guide rail 5 is inserted in the sliding groove of the sliding block 4;
the meter frame 6 is in an L-shaped structure, and the horizontal part of the meter frame 7 is connected to the outer end surface of the guide rail 6;
the two tension springs 7 are positioned on two sides of the guide rail 5 in parallel, one ends of the two tension springs 7 are connected to the tension spring rod 40 of the sliding block 4, and the other ends of the two tension springs 7 are connected to the gauge stand 7;

the fixed measuring head 10 and the movable measuring head 10' both comprise a measuring rod 100 and an upper cylindrical measuring head 102, a middle cylindrical measuring head 104 and a lower cylindrical measuring head 105 which are sequentially and coaxially connected at the lower end of the measuring rod 100 and have diameters from large to small, the upper cylindrical measuring head 102 is connected with the measuring rod part 100 through the upper conical measuring head 101, and the middle cylindrical measuring head 104 is connected with the upper cylindrical measuring head 102 through the lower conical measuring head 103.
The diameter of the lower cylindrical gauge head 105 is smaller than the width of the bearing seal groove 21 on the end face of the bearing outer ring 20 and the diameter of the predrilled hole of the mounting hole 22, so that the diameter of the seal groove 21 on the outer ring and the center diameter of the predrilled hole of the mounting hole 22 can be measured, and the diameter of the upper cylindrical gauge head 102 is smaller than the diameter of the mounting hole 22, so that the center diameter of the mounting hole 22 can be measured.
When the diameter of the outer side wall of the sealing groove 21 is measured, firstly, the spacing distance between the fixed ruler frame 2 and the movable ruler frame 3 is adjusted on the ruler rod 1 according to the diameter of the outer side wall of the sealing groove 21 on the outer ring 20 of the measured bearing on a drawing, then the lower cylindrical measuring head 105 of the fixed measuring head 10 on the fixed ruler frame 2 is inserted into the sealing groove 21 on one side of the end face of the outer ring 20 of the measured bearing, then the movable measuring head 10' on the guide rail 5 is moved to the sealing groove 21 on the other side of the outer ring 20 of the measured bearing by the tension spring 7, the lower cylindrical measuring head 103 is inserted into the sealing groove 21, the outer side wall of the sealing groove 21 of the lower cylindrical measuring head 105 is contacted under the action of the tension spring 7, then the outer ring 20 of the measured bearing is rotated, and the lower cylindrical measuring head 105 of the fixed measuring head 10 and the lower cylindrical measuring head 105 of the movable, and reading the change value on the dial indicator 8 in the process of rotating the tested bearing outer ring 20 to obtain the actual value of the diameter of the outer side wall of the sealing groove 21 and judge the ovality of the outer side wall. After the measurement is finished, the movable measuring head 10 'on the guide rail 5 is retracted from the sealing groove 21 of the outer ring 20 of the measured bearing after being inwardly tightened by the tension spring 7, so that the whole measuring scale can be taken out, and meanwhile, the movable measuring head 10' on the guide rail 5 is reset along with the guide rail 5 by the resilience force of the tension spring 7. The multipurpose measuring scale for the super-huge wind power bearing can also use the lower cylindrical measuring head 105 to measure the central diameter of a pre-drilled mounting hole, and use the cylindrical upper cylindrical measuring head 102 or the middle cylindrical measuring head 104 to measure the central diameter of a threaded hole on the end face of the outer ring.
