Abstract
A dryer, which belongs to the field of corrugated board manufacturing mechanical equipment; aiming at the problem that the quality of corrugated paper boards is inconsistent due to uneven stress on the upper and lower sides of a corrugated paper board stack when the existing dryer, in particular a dryer with a flattening machine, the invention avoids the influence of the gravity of the corrugated paper board stack on flattening pressure by changing the flattening of the flattening machine in the vertical direction into the flattening of the flattening machine in the horizontal direction or flattening the corrugated paper boards in the horizontal direction, and can greatly reduce the problem of inconsistent quality of corrugated paper caused by inconsistent flattening pressure.

The invention belongs to the field of corrugated paper manufacturing mechanical equipment, and particularly relates to a dryer.
Technical Field
The base paper is corrugated by rolling a corrugating roller in a single-sided machine and is sized, actively humidifying or absorbing moisture in the slurry to humidify, and drying in the subsequent process; in order to avoid shrinkage deformation of corrugated paper in the drying process, the corrugated paper needs to be flattened by a flattening machine; in addition, the bonded corrugated board needs to be cured for a period of time under a certain pressure, dryers with flattening machines are therefore very common.
The existing dryer with the flatting machine is limited by the flatting of the traditional flatting machine in the vertical direction, the problem that the corrugated paper board at the bottom of the stack is deformed by the dual action of pressure and the gravity of the corrugated paper stack in the corrugated paper stack after being flattened and dried can occur, and the quality of the corrugated paper board at the bottom of the stack is poor after being dried.
Disclosure of Invention
The technical problems to be solved by the invention are as follows: aiming at the problem of overpressure deformation of a bottom-stacked corrugated board of the existing dryer, particularly a dryer with a flattening machine, the invention provides a dryer, which can avoid the problem.
The invention is that taken by the technical scheme of (a) is as follows:
a dryer comprises a blast heating system composed of a fan and an electric heater, an air duct connected with an air outlet of the blast heating system (1), and a flattening machine with a main body part arranged in the air duct; the flattening machine frame comprises a rectangular bottom plate, side beams perpendicular to the bottom plate and arranged at four corners of the bottom plate, and a top plate connected with the other ends of the side beams, wherein the side beams are 10 degrees away from the horizontal plane, an air cylinder is arranged at the top end of the top plate, a connecting telescopic rod penetrates through the top plate, a telescopic rod (35) is connected with the pressing plate, and a positioning plate is vertically arranged on the bottom plate.
The beneficial effects of the invention are as follows: the flattening mode of the flattening machine for flattening corrugated boards in the dryer is changed from the existing vertical laying mode to the horizontal direction or the direction approaching to the horizontal direction, so that the influence of the dead weight of the corrugated board stack on flattening can be greatly reduced, and the problem that the corrugated boards at the bottom of the stack deform due to overlarge pressure is solved.

Description of the embodiments
The following describes specific embodiments of the present invention in detail with reference to the drawings.
The dryer as shown in fig. 1 comprises a blast heating system 1 composed of a fan 11 and an electric heater 12, an air duct 2 connected with an air outlet 21 of the blast heating system 1, and a flattening machine 3 with a main body part arranged in the air duct 2; the section of the air duct 2 is rectangular, when the corrugated board is flattened by the flattening machine 3, the stacking upper limit of the corrugated board is limited in the air duct 2, and the pressing plate 36 is arranged in the air duct.
The flattening machine 3 frame is composed of a rectangular bottom plate 32, side beams 31 which are arranged at four corners of the bottom plate 32 and are perpendicular to the bottom plate 32, and a top plate 32 connected with the other end of the side beams 31, wherein the side beams 31 and the horizontal plane form 10 degrees; the cylinder 34 is arranged at the top end of the top plate 33, the connecting telescopic rod 35 penetrates through the top plate 33, and the telescopic rod 35 is connected with the pressing plate 36. The cylinder 34 is fixed on the top plate 33, and the expansion and contraction of the expansion rod 35 are controlled to control the pressing plate 36 to flatten the corrugated board pile. After flattening, the blast heating system 1 blows hot air to dry, and the shrinkage deformation of the corrugated board is prevented while drying; at the same time, the pressure applied to the corrugated board pile all the places tends to be consistent, the corrugated boards have consistent performance and quality.
A positioning plate 37 is vertically arranged on the bottom plate 32.

A dryer, which comprises a drying machine, the method is characterized in that: comprises a blast heating system (1) consisting of a fan (11) and an electric heater (12), an air duct (2) connected with an air outlet (21) of the blast heating system (1), and a flattening machine (3) with a main body part arranged in the air duct (2); the flattening machine (3) frame is composed of a rectangular bottom plate (32), side beams (31) perpendicular to the bottom plate (32) and arranged at four corners of the bottom plate (32), and a top plate (32) connected with the other end of the side beam (31), wherein the side beams (31) and the horizontal plane form 10 degrees; the cylinder (34) is arranged at the top end of the top plate (33), the connecting telescopic rod (35) penetrates through the top plate (33), the telescopic rod (35) is connected with the pressing plate (36), and the positioning plate (37) is vertically arranged on the bottom plate (32).
