本发明公开了一种多圈齿合硅胶柔性单向阀,用于排水系统,它包括鸭嘴、阀体、法兰,所述鸭嘴处的两对边内侧有若干圈表面齿合的硅胶层,由于硅胶遇水具备粘性,使得其能够更好的防止水的回流。

技术领域
本发明涉及输水排水器件领域,尤其涉及一种带有硅胶封边的柔性单向阀。
背景技术
单向阀是输水排水器件中的一种,一般分为金属单向阀和柔性单向阀,而使用橡胶作主原料的柔性单向阀的使用寿命是比金属单向阀长的,在实际使用过程中,由于采用橡胶作主体材料的柔性单向阀的闭合性不甚好,影响其止回效果。
发明内容
针对现有技术和设备的上述问题,本发明作出以下设计:结构包括法兰、阀体、鸭嘴,其特征在于:所述鸭嘴的内侧,固定有若干圈硅胶层,所述硅胶层的表面呈齿状,所述鸭嘴内侧与所述硅胶层的结合面有沟槽,所述硅胶层朝向鸭嘴内侧一面有相应的凸起结构。
本发明利用硅胶遇水具有一定的粘性,能在外部压力大于内部是,紧密的贴合防止回流,同时硅胶层与所述鸭嘴内侧的凹凸结构扩大了两者的结合面及作用力,使其粘接后的结合强度更好,设计巧妙,值得推广。

实施例一
如图1所示,本发明包括法兰1、阀体2、鸭嘴3,其特征在于:所述鸭嘴3的内侧,固定有两圈硅胶层4,所述硅胶层4的表面呈齿状,鸭嘴两边的硅胶层合并后齿合,所述鸭嘴3内侧与所述硅胶层4的结合面有沟槽,所述硅胶层4朝向鸭嘴3内侧一面有相应的凸起结构。

1.一种多圈齿合硅胶柔性单向阀,包括法兰、阀体、鸭嘴,其特征在于:所述鸭嘴的内侧,固定有若干圈硅胶层,所述硅胶层的表面呈齿状,所述鸭嘴内侧与所述硅胶层的结合面有沟槽,所述硅胶层朝向鸭嘴内侧一面有相应的凸起结构。
