Detailed Description
The present invention will be described in further detail with reference to the accompanying drawings and specific embodiments.
As shown in fig. 1-4, the embodiment of the invention comprises a chain wheel seat 1, a roller 2, a chain wheel 3 and a base 4.
As further shown in fig. 5 to 8, the sprocket seat 1 of the embodiment of the present invention includes two side plates 11, a top plate 14, and two adjusting plates 16. In particular, the top plate 14 is substantially rectangular and has two opposite edges fixed to the upper edges of the two side plates 11, respectively, and the top plate 14 and the side plates 11 may be welded or integrally formed. Thereby, the cross section of the chain wheel seat 1 formed by the top plate 14 and the two side plates 11 is U-shaped.
Preferably, the outer surfaces of the two side plates 11 are respectively provided with a downwardly extending adjustment plate 16, and the adjustment plate 16 is in the shape of a narrow strip, which is significantly narrower than the lower portion of the side plates 11. Further, the upper end of the adjusting plate 16 is bent to form a bending section 18, so that the adjusting plate 16 is L-shaped as a whole; the bending section 18 is vertically fixed on the outer surface of the side plate 11, and the arrangement of the bending section 18 can enable the space below the chain wheel seat 1 to be larger, so that the specification of the base 4 is increased, and meanwhile, the operation and installation are facilitated. The adjusting plate 16 is provided with two elongated holes 17 along its length so that the adjusting plate 16 can be coupled to the base 4 lightly and simply. However, in other embodiments, the two side plates 11 may be directly position-adjustably fixed to the base, and the adjustment plate 16 is not necessarily provided.
Further, the top plate 14 is provided with an observation window 15, and the observation window 15 corresponds to the sprocket 3 below the observation window 15, so that the operation state of the sprocket can be observed when the present embodiment is applied. The two side plates 11 are respectively provided with a corresponding through hole 12 and a corresponding through hole 13, and the height of the through hole 12 is slightly higher than that of the through hole 13. On the side plate 11 on one side, the number of through holes 12 corresponds to the number of rollers 2, and the through hole 13 is located in the middle of the four through holes 12 and is larger for assembling the axle 30 of the sprocket 3.
As shown in fig. 9-10, the roller 2 of the present embodiment has a cylindrical (or cylindrical) shape, a smooth surface, and short posts 21 at two ends for inserting into the through holes 12 of the side plates 11. Of course, it is preferable that the stub 21 and the through hole 12 be smooth and lubricable. The roller 2 in this embodiment mainly has a guiding function to guide the chain accurately and stably onto the sprocket 3 to engage with it. In other embodiments, the guide mechanism including the roller may not be provided if the chain can be stabilized or stabilized with other guide mechanisms.
As shown in fig. 11, the sprocket 3 of this embodiment has a through hole 31 at the center thereof through which the sprocket shaft 30 passes for supporting the sprocket 3 to rotate.
As shown in fig. 12, the base 4 of the present embodiment is a U-shaped plate structure, which includes two bottom side plates 41 and a bottom plate 43 located between the two bottom side plates 41, and the bottom plate 43 and the bottom side plates 41 can be welded or integrally formed.
The bottom side plate 41 is provided with a plurality of parallel fixing holes 42, and the fixing holes 42 can be screw holes or unthreaded holes. The arrangement direction of the plurality of fixing holes 42 is aligned with the extending direction of the long holes 17 of the adjusting plate 16 outside thereof. The bottom plate 43 is provided with a plurality of bottom holes 44 for fixing the base 4 to a chain device or other supports. Of course, the base plate 4 may be welded to other equipment or other supports.
When assembling the present embodiment, the roller 2 and the sprocket 3 are arranged between the two side plates 11 of the sprocket seat 1 as shown in fig. 1-4. Four gyro wheels 2 are two by two a set of, and every group gyro wheel 2 is located the both sides of sprocket 3. The axis of each roller 2 and the axis of the sprocket 3 must be parallel to each other.
When the chain is applied, the base 4 is fixed above or below the chain by passing through the bottom hole 44 through the bolt, then the adjusting plate 16 is sleeved on the outer surface of the bottom side plate 41 of the base 4, the chain passes through the lower part of one group of rollers 2, is meshed with the chain wheel 3 and then passes through the lower part of the other group of rollers 2. After the height of the adjusting plate 16 is adjusted and the chain is tensioned, the chain is fixed by nuts after the bolts pass through the long holes 17 and the corresponding fixing holes 42, and the bolts are inserted into different fixing holes 42 to adjust the chain to be in different tension degrees.
Compared with the prior retainer ring mounting tool, the chain tensioning adjusting tool has the advantages of simple and easy operation of chain tensioning adjustment, no need of long-time halt, simple overall structure and convenient mounting and dismounting.
It will be appreciated by those skilled in the art that the invention may be embodied in other specific forms without departing from the spirit or essential characteristics thereof. The embodiments disclosed above are therefore to be considered in all respects as illustrative and not restrictive. All changes which come within the scope of or equivalence to the invention are intended to be embraced therein.
